Excellent interior design, cleanliness, and attention to details.

Breakfast could’ve been better. We weren’t given any options. No juice offered. Served loose tea but strainer was not given. Extra cup of anything will be charged. The person in charge is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. We felt like we were begging for food. We also felt rushed.

We spent the night when passing through Kutaisi. After checking in booking that there are available rooms, we did not book upfront, but arrived at the hotel and checked in ( the booking rate i had with different discounts was much better vthan the hotel could offer me). Nice and pleasant staff. It was a supper rainey day, we managed to find parking on the street Infront of the hotel. The hotel design and decore is wonderful. I loved it. We took the queen room and even for us with two big suitcases it was excellent. The bed (matters, pillow ans bedding) was one if the best in a 10 days trip. The shower room is very big and inviting. While the area around the bed is small, there is a big are before it to put lagged and get organized. Water were brought to the room after check in. Our room did not face the main road so this was an advantage. We did not include breakfast in the room we booked, and ordered from the menu ,but it seems a good deal to include it if you eat breakfast ( its a good restaurant and the food is good). In the same street there are many restaurants for dinner. Overall it was a wonderful night in a well designed room, supper clean and comfortable. In summer they have an outdoor pool, this wiuld be nice to check.

Everything was great except for the non-working air conditioner.

Upon checking in, we discovered that the window in the room was left open, making it uncomfortably cold inside. When attempting to activate the air conditioner for heating, the panel displayed an error. After several attempts to contact someone via messages and phone calls, the manager said, "this is a central system and unfortunately, heating has not been turned on yet." That was very surprising and disappointing. Eventually, the hotel staff gave us the heater, so the problem was somehow solved.

When we arrived, in the afternoon, we spoke to the woman at the desk as we had gotten in rather late in the afternoon. She made a check, found that the Prometheus cave was still open, and ordered us a cab so we could make it. The next day, after the same cabbie arranged to take us to Martvili canyon early the next morning, she packed us breakfast to take with us. Above and beyond. The room itself was great, with excellent bed. The pool, which we used in the evening, was also quite nice.

The only thing lacking was an elevator, but it was only 2 flights of stairs. The staff helped bring the luggate to the room as I found it difficult.

The room was really romantic. When we came lights were on, music playing, nice smell. We made a hot bubble bath in the evening. View from window to the back garden with a pool. Breakfast there is big and tasty. Also we went for lunch too, a really good restaurant. And the staff was really good and friendly. She let us leave our things before checking in and we found our things later in the room. There was also coffee, tea and water in the room. Truly recommend!

That we have to go home early because of our flight :)

The bed, the air-conditioning, the shower pressure were great. The layout of the room is somewhat unique, with shower, bathtub, and sink as part of the room. There was a lovely desk with chair, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, tea, and hooks with hangers and bath robes. Also the restaurant had great food. The customer service is Georgian, so at times good and at other times, quite lacking in understanding international customers. English is spoken but in great varying degrees of fluency in the hotel.

Commual Hotels is a true gem in Georgia and finally they have opened in Kutaisi. The quality in general and the attention to details is unmatched. Rooms are comfy and nicely decorated. The inhouse restaurant DOLI is the best in Kutaisi with an interesting interpretation of regional dishes. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. Will stay again for sure and I'll recommend it to anyone going to Imereti or Kutaisi.

Lovely place to stay with an excellent location. The restaurant was fantastic although breakfast was a bit slow - Georgians don’t start the day early in our experience. Rooms were very comfortable with great beds and sheets! Staff were responsive when there was a slight problem and resolved it quickly for us.

The stairs were a bit steep particularly those at the entrance which would have been fine if we hadn’t been trying to get our suitcases up to the reception.

The hotel is cozy and very well located. The design is unique and links to the city of Kutaisi. The rooms are big, beds and pillows very comfortable. Isolation is also ok. The staff are friendly!

The hotel has a very good restaurant - Doli but it serves breakfast only as of 9:00 - I only could use it once because the day trips I took from Kutaisi normally start at 9. Doli is also a very popular place so even if you stay at the hotel, it's best to book in advance.

Room was well equipped and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located - a minute walk from the white bridge and city center 7 min away. The receptionist was super helpful and the overall staff was caring. We highly recommend trying the amazing breakfast and food at the restaurant "Doli" itself. The food, alongside carefully picked Gerogian wine varieties, were exceptional and had quite a fair price. Even if you don't stay at the hotel don't miss the chance to drop by the restaurant.
