Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at an accommodation in Berlin, and overall, my experience was quite satisfying. The room was very nice, clean, and well-arranged, which made my stay enjoyable. An important factor for me was the temperature of the space, as it was always very warm—ideal for the cold nights in the city. Additionally, hot water was always available, something I particularly appreciated. However, I would like to suggest some additional amenities, such as disposable slippers and hair conditioner, which would have made my stay even more comfortable.

The only negative aspect I encountered was the pillows, which were incredibly high and thick, making it difficult for me to sleep. Despite this minor issue, my overall experience was positive, and I would definitely stay at this accommodation again.

The hotel was really nice. Large rooms, good sized bathroom. Very clean and in a great location to bars and restaurants and close to train station making it easy to navigate the city. The staff were so nice and helpful. They let us keep our luggage there after we checked out as we had some events in the city to attend. Then we collected them later that evening. The room was warm and cosy with a great little view over a courtyard.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was pretty comfortable but it consisted of 2 single beds pushed together and it meant I couldn't cuddle with my partner at night as the beds would slide apart and I would fall between them!

Location was excellent. Price was fair. Reception staff were very mixed. Lovely gentleman in duty the day we arrived and lovely girl on duty thus morning when we were leaving c.

Lack of friendliness of reception staff during our stay. Each time we came back to the hotel, if there was a staff member at the front desk, not that there always was, they never even lifted their head to acknowledge us which raised the concern of security. The stairs is directly in front of the entrance and we just walked straight in and up the stairs. It did not seem very secure.

Great location, helpful staff, clean room. Restaurant with nice breakfasts, delicious lunches and a la carte menu. Spacious and bright rooms. Hotel is located close to the multiple restaurants, close to the transport, attractions but on a nice quiet street.

There were problems with the wi-fi signal in the room. But after reporting to the reception, the technical staff fixed the signal. I missed a tea and coffee station in the room. But we could always go down to the bar and the staff poured boiling water into our thermoses without any problems.

This was a good place to stay in Berlin. The location of the accommodation is good- close to the river, a lot of shops and restaurants, and walking distance to a station that can easily connect you to the airport. The room was good too- good sized windows to allow a lot of light in, decent sized room for 2 people and access to the basic amenities. The bathroom was clean and you also had access to sufficient toiletries. Easy access to a lift for anyone with mobility issues. Staff are polite and helpful.

The exchange of fresh air in the room was limited- it felt quite stuffy at night even though a fan was provided.

The hotel is lovely, with pretty inner court yard. The location is perfect next to the Spree for riverside morning walks, plenty of cafes, and next to F-strasse station with a direct connection to the airport.

My room had no real air con, so the air felt stale. Also the curtains in the windows are difficult to use. The restaurant didnt have any a la carte during lunchtime on weekends, only a massive brunch. Even ordering a simple coffee seemed complicated as no one seemed to know how I could get a coffee to my room. Luckily there were cafes next door, so I didnt use the hotel services at all.

Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast were excellent. The rooms were always made when we arrived home and were a joy to come into. The staff did a great job as we have everything all over the room😀 Loved the courtyard. Beautiful and relaxing

I felt the mattresses and the pillows could have been better. The mattresses were not firm and the pillows were too bulky for sleeping. I didn’t get a good night sleep and the duvet was always somewhere else other than on me.. I guess that’s from tossing and turning all night. Other than the beds, everything else was great.

Nice Hotel. And I travel a lot. Receptionist was great, she surely tries to help you sincerely. Nice common areas. Close to a good train/subway station. Safe to walk around. Cafes, restaurants and places to have a drink nearby. Room was good and bathroom good. I was traveling solo.

This summer of 2023 has been very hot, and the city was under a heat wave, this room has nice windows, but no A/C. They had a cooling fan, but at times it was not enough... mother nature was playing with us. Opening the window help buts the early morning sun forces you to choose for heat or darkness. The window has nice mini-blinds but no curtains or drapes. No much way to totally block the shining sun in the morning. So check for your room orientation.

A quiet hotel in building with an interesting history. Good location near metro station (direct connection to airport). The room was spacious and clean, with spacious bathroom as well! Soft pillows and blankets. There are great restaurants and cafes around. I definitely recommend the German restaurant Ständige Vertretung, which is 60 meters away - they are open until 1am every day.

It bothered me that the double bed was actually two separate beds with wheels underneath, the beds tended to move around. There could have been a kettle in the room.

Everything was fine, including very friendly staff, a small but comfortable room and bathroom, a fabulous breakfast, and good WiFi. The location was very good, with a large selection of restaurants and cafes and public transport around the corner. The chapel and invitation particularly touched me to a prayer meeting.

The room was not cleaned on my last full day. The weather was very warm and being on the top floor meant that the room was hot with the fan not helping much.
