This hotel was relatively inexpensive compared to others, so I was nervous. But it exceeded my expectations. The room was large, including the bathroom and shower, and was well designed and quiet. The hotel is convenient to the Berlin Hauptbahnhof train station, just a five minute walk away. The staff was friendly and I was surprised on arrival to be given a travel card that allowed me to use public transport for my entire stay. The room was well maintained with more than acceptable daily cleaning. I never had to wait for an elevator.

Like most Americans, I wonder why European hotels don't provide face wash clothes (and the bath towels could have been plusher). The rug could have used a refurbishment.

I loved the fact that it was so close to the train station and lots of eateries around it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed having a nightcap in the hotel bar. The room was very clean and comfortable, the pillows could do with an extra one but I managed. It's also in walking distance to the Brandenburg gate and the Reichstag building, lots of green spaces and of course the river Spee is just at the bottom of the strasse. Will definitely be back. Oh and the train from the airport was super easy to navigate €4.40 for a single ticket. Brilliant service

No tea making facilities in the room, if I'd have upgraded there would have been but I didn't. That's the only thing

Location is brilliant. Easy to find and lots of restaurants near by. The staff were super serviceminded and friendly. We asked for an extra pillow and it was brought to the room shortly after. Housekeeping came every day and made up the rooms. Nice and big restaurant for the breakfast buffet. A good variety of food on the breakfast buffet.

We stayed in a room with 2 single beds (of our own choice). The beds were very low to the ground and the mattresses extremely soft. When you sat down on the bed, you almost felt like you were sitting on the floor. I don't know if the beds/mattresses are different in the double rooms. The hotel shampoo/conditioner stripped my long hair of any moisture. It felt like I had shampooed my hair with salt.

The hotel is very modern and up to date. Easy to guide your way around, it’s signed very well and the staff are unbelievably welcoming. The free travel pass for being a rewards member was an unbelievably good touch! Saved a fair amount of €! If we had any issues we spoke to the staff at the front desk and they were resolved almost instantaneously!

Only downside would be the A/C wasn’t really cold at all even through we had it on the coldest setting. The only two bad things would have been: 1. Only one pillow each (petty I know but 2 would’ve been better) 2. The walls looked battered and could do with a touch up! There was a lot of marks from previous guests and wear and tear.

The location is great. It’s a five minutes walk from the Central Main Station (Hauptbahnhof Berlin) They provided us with a free transportation ticket which was valid for our entire stay.

The bedding was of poor quality. The mattress was very soft and the duvet cover had a hole. We had to ask for an additional pillow. Furthermore during the entire stay (8 nights), the carpet wasn’t often vacuumed. In the bathroom, the sink was a bit blocked and while using hot water, there was a sewage smell. Finally it was so warm in the room and the air conditioning was not working. We opened the window (unfortunately it wasn’t possible to open it properly). I went to the reception desk and they just said that they couldn’t do anything about it.

The location was perfect for me, very close to the Berlin main train station, and it was no problem arriving late at night. The location is also close to main sights like Reichstag and Brandenburger Tor which where easily reached by foot, and with good connections to S-bahn and underground trains. The room was amazingly large and well equipped, and sound-proofing was good, no disturbing noise. The area was feeling quite safe also late at night, even though it was close to the main train station. Food shops are easy to reach and there are many food options at the train station.

Basically nothing. Breakfast was on the expensive side so I didn't try it.

Great hotel just 3 minutes walk from the main Berlin HBF train station. Great staff especially Mario on the front dest who provided excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble to ask him during our stay.

Oddly upon check the clerk tried to get us to upgrade for 30 euro a night , then 20 to one of their better rooms citing our room was small and on the noisy side of the hotel close to the railway tracks. We politely declined and found our room to be perfect and not noisy at all with the double glazed windows. Are staff on a bonus to get people to upgrade as the is no mention of railway noise on the booking site. 😕

Location: The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to Berlin Central Station. This made it extremely convenient for traveling around the city and accessing various attractions. Room Cleanliness: The room was spotless and very well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay. Quiet Atmosphere: Despite being in a central location, the room was incredibly quiet. I appreciated the tranquility, which allowed for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring Berlin.

Mattress and Pillow: The only downside to my stay was the comfort of the bed. The mattress and pillow were too soft for my liking. Firmer options would have been preferable.

The room was great. Very clean upon entry and very clean after room service visited. Breakfast was a highlight as it was amazing. Everything you could ask for on a breakfast buffet besides sausages but they were clearly accessible throughout the city. The view from the room was great and the vending machine downstairs was very useful as we didn’t have to go far to get what we needed. Being next to the central station was so good as everything u could ever need is 100 metres away. Staff were extremely helpful with everything asked of them and were all polite and understanding.

Our room was top floor and furthest possible point from the elevator which was slightly annoying. The television in the room could have been improved as it was quite old fashioned and hard to work. We never ended up visiting the hotel restaurant for dinner as the menu was limited.

Next to main station, so easy to use public transportation. Also easy to grab breakfast or quick meal at the station or at the nearby food court in the Cube building. Easy walk to Brandenburg Gate. Room and hotel are clean.

While the location is good for using the trains, there really aren’t many restaurant choices in walking distance. Last time we stayed, we were given complimentary public transport passes, but not this time. I enrolled in loyalty program, but no one asked or checked. Bed was very uncomfortable.
