The room was the best ever , the bed was the best ever we have ever slept on . I would love to come back . The staff was also good from the day we came in the lady who working night shift gave us the best service , if I was the hr manager I would have increased her salary

While I enjoyed my stay overall, I would like to make a small recommendation. Our room was missing a spoon, morning slippers, and body lotion. I’m not sure if this was due to the price we paid, but it’s something worth noting for improvement.

This was our second stay at this hotel and find its location ideal for airport / train location. The area is very tidy and shopping centre located so close.

Next time we ask for a view out the back overlooking the footbal pitch. The only irritations are a secone chair would be helpful as we were a couple. Also only one side of the bed had a bedside unit for small items close by the bed. We did request a blanket but it never arrived and there was not one available in the wardrobe.

Room and restaurant very good, housekeeping great - standout were the staff. After a fall they helped with a range of things to make things easier and very grateful for this as the sprain turned out to be a broken ankle. Thank you all.

Location was perhaps a little further out than hoped but equally everything was walkable and station was close as another option.

Having read all the reviews about the receptionist. We had little to complain about. We had a few strange experiences regarding towels as we were two customers and on three occasions we had one hand towel. We could had a few more items of cutlery - we improvised.

Clean and ideal location to catch up with our daughter. Good value for money and we may book again in the future. The low level boxing was useful and one side of the bed did not have a bedside unit for a cup of water or somewhere to place you phone.

It was 10 minutes away from the train station, very easy access to the city centre, big shopping centre 2 minutes away, nice restaurants close by. Clean and tidy room, good size of the bed.

We were missing a bath towel and one hand towel had a stain on it so the impression of clean towels dissappeared. However hotel was very quick to sort it out for us. Having an iron would be a bonus☺️

The hotel was quiet, the lifts worked well. The room was clean, the bed and pillows and duvet all very comfortable. The kitchen sink and refrigerator were useful. The shower was excellent and easy to use. The separate surface for suitcases was very handy.

It seemed very dark everywhere in the hotel. In the room there was only one bedside table; I used the second chair as a bedside table instead. It would have been nice to have bedside lights, and to see a picture or two on the wall,

The room was very spacious and the shower had great pressure. Attention: the bath tube is quite high so if you have some mobility issues it might not be a good fit. Close to a metro and train station with a direct train to the airport.

Airco was working in the bedroom but not in the living room area. Not a single spoon in the kitchen, only 2 glasses. Stuff was a bit rude and showed no hospitality or willingness to help. We asked for some recommendations about nearby restaurants and they asked us to check Google :( of course we can do that, and that's what we did, but that's one of the differences with an AirBnb...

The hotel is located near to the Gesundbrunnen station. Very good transitions to all areas. Staff was friendly, the room was tidy. Bang for the buck. The complex is quite new. environment to recover from Berlin’s nightlife, suitable for dj’s/ artists like we are. Next time i will book Ocak again!

Nothing really: good hotel for what you pay. We made reservations for two separate beds but got a double bed. We didn’t complain about it but I’m sure we could’ve get another room, if we mentioned this.
