Small room but as expected and I only needed the room to sleep as visiting friends. Everything was basic but clean. Main reason for staying here was the location. Breakfast was good continental served to the table with an egg, rolls, ham and cheese. Coffee, orange juice, yohurts and fruits was also available. The staff were super helpful and friendly and I would stay here again.

I read after booking that some rooms are smoking which had me worried a bit as an Asthma sufferer. I haven't come across a hotel, B&B or any holiday accomodation in years, where smoking is allowed. I emailed with the request and received a prompt reply that I would be allocated a non smoking room. So if you are a non smoker, make sure you request a non-smoking room.

The hotel is in a very good location and you can take the train which is 200 meters away to go anywhere you want in Hamburg. It is very clean and has a kind staff and a pretty good breakfast, but there is no buffet, but they bring it to each person separately.It is located in a very quiet area and there is no hustle and bustle around. I would definitely choose it again to stay.

It's a shame that the room inside doesn't have a fridge to put water or food in to preserve it without spoiling.

the hotel is very picturesque, inside a building where other small hotels are. It's in a quiet area close to public transportation and for me it was perfect because it was 10 mins walking from the Messe. Breakfast was very good and in big quantity. The breakfast room is also very welcoming, with nice view and lots of light. Truly enjoyable. Friendly staff. My room was also very big, with a balcony.

I had a nice time in Hotel Belmoor. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was cozy and clean and the breakfast was always fresh! Also it was very close to bus and train station. Even though it's kinda old-fashioned hotel, it offers a good accomodation for a short stay.

The internet connection was unfortunately very slow most of the time. Also I would like a bigger variety and more vegan options in the breakfast menu.

I have been travelling all through Europe and without a doubt the Bellmoor has been the best accommodation I have had. The staff were amazing and the service was impeccable. The room had natural light and air which was very welcome. The daily breakfast was fantastic. The location could not have been better walk to absolutely everything.

Everything was great, exceding my expectations. It's one of 5 different hotels in a nice old fashioned building in a lovely and very convenient location (we walked everywhere). The people at the reception were very kind and helpful and so was the staff. Rich and good breakfast and very clean room and bathroom. Reasonable price. I'll sure stay there in the future.

I was just a bit disappointed not having found a TV channel in English, but I enjoyed reading a book, so no problem!

The property is well situated in Hamburg. The parking for unloading the car could be better managed with an unpacking area at the door. Breakfast was good and the staff are all friendly.

Luckily the hotel has an elevator. Otherwise you can get your cardio going when using the stairs.

Staff was nice, reception was available even before our scheduled arrival time and we were able to leave our stuff there while we went to a Café outside. The hallway is nice and looks like it could be an interesting movie location, with some of the old parts of the building (like the elevator in a second entrance) was still original.

The walls are kind of thin (as to be expected for an old building).

Location is great, right near Dammtor station. It's a beautiful building on the university campus. Breakfast was pretty good. It was calm and clean and had everything I needed for a night in town.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable one and a bit short. Furniture was pretty old and the room had a carpet flooring which I didn't love. (It was very clean though.)
