Friendly host:D Very close to the Köln Süd train station and has a lot of restaurant nearby. Bathroom and toilet are separated, which is quite convenient.

The walls are a bit thin, so if your neighbor takes shower at a very early or late time you can hear it, but it's not a big issue:)

The landlord was very kind with us from the first moment giving advise and some recommendations and offering help when needed.

because of everything was dirty! like they clean kitchen in the last 3 months. Key’s: we should them from under Garbage! with this amount of money i expect much more. i don’t know how they are in Booking.com

I liked the location in cologne

I didn't like personal...they treated me like I were a second class human being ( I'm gay and I went out for a party during the night). But when I went home in the morning I didn't do any noise.

The location was good and the room was very comfortable and clean. We had a very good night. Very good bed and no signs of dirt in the room, a very quiet place as well with no disturbance. Everything you need is in the room and in the kitchen (kitchen is a little unclean but no problem for me). Also the bathroom was very well in check.

We felt unhappy with the Staff, because of disrespectful words for example "this is not my problem" after making food in the kitchen at night as quietly as we could and as quickly as we could accidentally waking up one of the Staff members. I explained to him that we had a very long and stressful trip behind us and just wanted to make a bit of food before going to bed, to which he replied "it's not his problem" in a very rude and uncomfortable way. If said in a nicer tone and kindly asked for us to be a little more quiet, I could forgive this. But such a situation from a staff member after we paid 76€ just so we can't be allowed to eat after a whole day on the road... is unforgivable. It's also not our problem that your staff has to wake up early to work and doesn't allow their guests to eat after paying you.

The property was alright but dusty. The bed in the “Romeo” room was very uncomfortable and somehow broken in the middle the pillow is very bad to sleep on which I ended up with a huge neck pain. there are no covers for the blanket and the pillow.

The guy who was managing the place is kinda of a spy for the owner and they made my stay very uncomfortable as he was somehow listening to our conversation (me and my guest) and reporting to the owner and kept sending uncomfortable messages the whole evening which made me very angry and feeling controlled which I had to close the room while sleeping thinking that he might open the door at any time. i would never recommend the place and would ask anyone to think twice before booking the place and have the creepy experience that I had with them both.

I don't understand what such a terrible accommodation is doing on booking.com! I had to absorb this accommodation for a few days. Dirty bathroom, stale and smelly bed linen, duvet but also towel. All this for unrealistic money. The keys under the trash can are just icing on a very bad cake. Definitely not recommended! Shame on you.
