First and foremost, extremely close to the bus stop, making dragging luggage or moving around the island an absolute breeze. The room was perfect, spacious, clean, and modern, and had everything we needed. Many plug points everywhere and big mirrors to dress and get ready. Quiet and no noise. Had a jacuzzi which was nice. The lady at the front desk (Julia) was one of the most friendliest people we have ever met, and helped us throughout our stay. She also let us store our luggage after checkout, as we had a late ferry. Because it was our honeymoon, they left some gifts for us to enjoy, which was really sweet. This hotel is worth every cent, and we would go back in a heartbeat!

We loved everything, especially Julia, who was one of the friendliest person we met. As we arrived with my two teens, we got a surpising upgrade (got 2 more floors), which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great, facilities clean and comfortable. It was very quiet in the hotel, while main street of Fira started just few minutes away (perfect location if you want to be close to everything, but with your own quiet space). Jacuzzi on the top floor was really nice with beautiful rooftop views. We would recommend this place without any doubt and BIG thank you for Julia and all the staff to make it wonderful!

Excellent location. Within walking distance to all the sites on Fira, and close to KTEL ( the bus station), which we used daily for excursions to the beach and to go to Oia. Great breakfast with many choices, and is delivered to your door at the requested time. Loved the robes and slippers and was happy to have new towels and made up beds every morning. They provide beach/pool towels. The jacuzzi is on the top floor for use only for this apartment and has a great view, but we did not use it nor the pool in front of the apartment, since there was too much to do in Santorini.

The place is 5 min walking to Fira main square, the bus station, and the Caldera walking path and is placed in a very quiet and beautiful location. The villas are very big, have anything y need to stay and cook y own meals and are close by to a big supermarket. The staff is super nice and ready to help with any needs. The hotel has a small common swimming pool but the must is the private jacuzzi that every villa has. Watching the sunrise in the jacuzzi had no pair! I strongly recommend staying here

It's only a very minor issue, but the television had only Netflix as the satellite DTV channels didn't work. I understand that very few people watch the television in Santorini, but there was the European Cup....

Amazing stay from start to finish. We were greeted by a very friendly and lovely receptionist (Julia) who went through everything we needed to know about our stay and the island. Including restaurant recommendations in all the towns around the island, assistance with ATV hire, gave us the bus timetable and lots more. Good breakfast which was brought to our room at our chosen time each morning, including giving us our breakfast the night before our final day as we were leaving prior to the first breakfast time slot. Amazing location with short walk to main street, supermarket and bus station. Jacuzzi was a bonus, up on the roof of the apartment with views of the town.

The hotel was very central yet very quiet. Our villa was stunning and we loved having our own pool and roof terrace, which had incredible views. The staff were exceptional.

The villa was a few minutes’ walk away from the square where all the restaurants, souvenir shops, attractions are, so the location is AMAZING and saved us ££ to use taxis because the bus terminal is a minute walk away. It was so peaceful, modern but traditional style, clean, comfortable and safe. The service is topnotch with Dimitra & Jenny in reception, the cleaners & the guy who delivers the breakfast to our door every morning. The facilities and details were thought out well and the owner had excellent service in mind. It was a great decision to book this property because they made our holiday extra special - many thanks and the memories will last a lifetime.

It’s hard to think of one!

Excellent service, great location close to the buses and the city, but still peaceful. The pool was perfect for us (with a 9yo child). The villa was great, big enough to stay comfortably even for a longer time. The beds were comfortable, and the villa was nice and clean. We stayed in Antigoni. I can't emphasize enough the great service, though! Cleaning was done well every day, breakfast was great, and the recommendations from the reception were excellent 👌

Everything was great! Just a small minus for a fridge that made a lot of noise during the night and other guests who didn't respect the quiet time 2:30-5pm, as we lived as locals and actually took naps that time 😉

The reception staff Julia and Apostolos were amazing, they helped us from when our ferry was cancelled through to where to eat, what to do and very lovely people that you could tell loved what they did. We ended up arriving at 7am after an overnight trip and they had the room cleaned very quickly after the prior guests left so we could grab some sleep before going out. Room was cleaned beautifully daily and had everything from air con, tv including Netflix and a lovely welcome drink. Breakfast was great, they delivered it to your room (you picked what you wanted from a sheet). highly recommend

Pslmariva Villas staff was so welcoming and so caring. Most importantly hospitality we got which is at next level. This is one of the best staying experienced i ever had in this hotel. I will surely recommend Palmariva villas to all who would like to experience best service ever. When we reached the hotel they explained about all the places of santorini to visit, area map and bus routes that was so helpful if you are visiting first time to Santorini. Hotel breakfast was superb and those are always adjusted according to your need and reach to your room on time. Also they clean the rooms daily. At last i am so overwhelmed about the last day, we have to leave early in the morning and could not take our breakfast, hotel staff prepared our breakfast day before so that we can carry it on next day and make sure everything is according to our need.
