The suite was very spacious and comfortable; wonderful terrace; hot tub; great staff; close to the cities, airport and beaches (by car); quiet and calm; comfortable beds; great communication; good breakfast food; clean; easy parking; very helpful staff; possibility to have massage on site; concierge very helpful; amazing showers; easy check in and check out;

needs a microwave (or hot plate), despite plenty of space for one, there is no way to warm up a meal; breakfast was delicious but served out of a delivery bag, no plates available for eating on, no hot drinks provided with breakfast (but nespresso machine available in the suite with two capsules per day)

I booked Victoria Caves to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday and it exceeded all of our expectations. Our flights were delayed and they were super accommodating and had someone at reception 24/7. The journey from the airport takes around 7 to 10 minutes, make sure to take cash if you will be travelling by taxi!! We were surprised to receive a room upgrade, the first view of our room completely blew us away. We live in a 2 bed flat in London and this place was almost double to size of our flat!! There was some cold water and lovely coffee ready upon arrival and lovely hygiene products and soft towels of all sizes. Our first morning was a treat with a hand-delivered breakfast to our room, the breakfast had a lovely variety of local food, mystery pastries and fresh orange juice. Our hot tub and room were cleaned daily by very friendly staff and the attentive reception staff were eager to help with any requests. Make sure to add them on WhatsApp! The location was super central, we visited Fire, Red Sand Beach and the Dock and the journeys were all around 20 minutes, the private taxi service from the hotel is super premium if you do not have your own car. The taxi prices in the area are relatively high but it's because the island is on the smaller side! We used the hot tub every day on our trip, it felt private and was super romantic in the evenings after a day of walking in the sun. The electronics and lights take a bit of getting used to but we streamed movies from YouTube onto the TV which worked well. Overall the WIFI was very strong too! Overall the staff were attentive and exceeded any requests or expectations, an example of this was the lovely wine hand gifted to my partner on his 30th birthday! There were very minor things in what was a spectacular trip! The heating system was not super user-friendly, we figured it out near the end but a how-to leaflet would have helped a lot! There was a random deep hole in our room, it looked like it stored water or something previously. There was a hole on the left with a glass covering but I would recommend covering the right one as well as it would be very dangerous if someone fell in. I would not say this room is family/kid-friendly because of this.

Our accommodations were a seamless fusion of contemporary refinement and bohemian architecture .The spacious room was a haven of comfort, inviting us to unwind and rejuvenate. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the private plunge pool that graced our terrace. Each dip was a luxurious retreat, offering us a serene escape from the demands of daily life. Maintaining an impeccable level of cleanliness, the hotel upheld the highest standards of hygiene. The diligent housekeeping team ensured that our surroundings were consistently immaculate, contributing to an overall sense of tranquility and ease. Although the hotel itself didn't house a restaurant, a dining establishment was conveniently situated nearby. Our mornings began with a delectable breakfast served in our roomxFrom freshly baked pastries to tantalizing local treats, each meal was a culinary journey celebrating the rich flavors of Santorini. However, what truly set Victoria Caves apart was the staff's unwavering dedication.

The room was beautiful. Everything was high quality and well designed. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was very friendly and informative. It was easy to rent a car with them that arrived within 10 minutes. With a car the location is great because you are in the middle of the island and you are able to explore all the places.

The location is not easy to arrive w/o a car. Taxis are very expensive in the island and in a walking distance there is nothing to do. It would had been better that we would have known this in advance so that we didn't waste time and money in the airport trying to get to the hotel and we would have get our car already in the airport. The water in the jacuzzi is warm but is not like a jacuzzi is expected to be for our preference.

Location- a little village about 10 minutes outside of Thira. We hired a quad bike and it was the perfect way to get around the island. There is a lovely supermarket (which the most adorable stray dogs often relaxing near by), a gorgeous bakery, a pizzeria etc all about 5 minutes by car 15/20 min walk from the accommodation. It’s pretty central in the island so it’s really handy to get to everything. Oia about 30 minutes away, Kamari beach about 10 minutes away, lost Atlantis museum about 15 minutes away, Akrotiri 25 minutes away (must see! Greeces ‘Pompeii’) Accommodation- We stayed in room 5. The plunge pool and outdoor space was perfect we spent so much time out there relaxing. Everything was fresh and clean as you’d expect with the accommodation being so new. The bed was comfy, towels and bed linen clean, an nespresso machine and fridge were in the room and a GOOD hair dryer was too. Pool towels were provided and a selection of white company toiletries were also provided. The only thing they could improve was that these were TINY and they didn’t get replaced daily like they usually do in hotels so we ended up running out of shower gel. An ironing board was in the room and we just asked reception when we needed an iron which they quickly brought to us. They use WhatsApp if you need anything and this is also how we ordered our daily breakfast. This was a super easy process and they were prompt at replying. One thing we did notice was that the only mirror was in the bathroom so it would have been handy to have a floor length one somewhere but it obviously isn’t a deal breaker. The AC worked well and the cave rooms are tastefully done. We did notice a few ants when we first got there which I think is to be expected but I sprayed the unit with insect repellent and this wasn’t an issue after this. Breakfast- The breakfast menu was good. The portion sizes were good and it came with a bread roll, a pastry and fresh orange juice.

Late checkout- we requested late check out which originally they asked for €109 and we paid €90.. a bit steep for a late checkout but we had no choice as we didn’t fly until 18:55 and the quad bike had to go back at 13:00!

We loved everything about our stay at Victoria Caves. From the moment we arrived till the second we left. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Very peaceful and chilled location with easy access to the touristy areas. Breakfast was delivered every morning to our room which we could enjoy on our terrace. Staff were amazing and we couldn’t thank them enough. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini.

That we didn’t stay long enough! Honestly don’t have a bad word to say about Victoria Caves.

This hotel has very friendly staff, excellent service, clean and comfortable bedding and bathroom supplies, and outstanding interior design! Breakfast can be ordered in advance and consists of a main menu of your choice, delicious bread and freshly squeezed orange juice, delivered to your room at the appointed time the next morning. The manager and the front desk staff are very nice, they will introduce you to the good places around and help you call a taxi. We also tried their recommended cruise project, very wonderful experience! If we have the chance to visit Santorini again, we will very possibly book this hotel again!

I always read reviews to help me decide on where to stay however due to the recent opening of this accommodation there were very few at the time of booking. I am SO glad we decided to stay here despite the minimal reviews because it was my favourite of the trip! My husband and I stayed in Greece for 12 days between 5 different accomodations and this was hands down the BEST! The room was unbelievable! We originally booked the Cave Suite with Hot-tub, however, it was our honeymoon and were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Cave Two Bedroom Suite with Hot-tub, and HOLY this room was unreal! Stunning room with great aesthetic (very instagram worthy for those who are into that type of thing). Staff are really friendly and helpful, they gave us recommendations on things to do and places to eat, and as they are Santorini locals they know what they are talking about! The manager Alex was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We spent two hours talking to him upon check out as he was so friendly and he continued to give us recommendations for the remainder of our time on a different part of the island. Breakfast comes to your room every morning at whatever time you request. It is prepared off site so it may arrive a little later than the arranged time so keep that in mind. It also comes in takeaway format due to it being prepared off site but that didn't bother us; it was delicious! Location is nice if you want a bit of peace and quiet however you will need transport to get around as it's a little too far to walk to the central areas. This place hasn't been open for long so take advantage of this 5 star accommodation for the very affordable price it is advertised for. 10/10 we will be back!

Everything was perfect. This is unique and brand new hotel with private villas. Besides the luxury, its also cool that you are really inside the caves. So, no need for air condition during hot days, which is amazing if you are having issue with air conditions and alergy. Something also nice is the parking next to the object, which is not so often in Santorini. Alex, the manager was always there for us and provides great service. Excelent!!!

The manager Alexandro was very helpful and so was the rest of the staff, they helped us with travel from and to the airport, helped us get a rental vehicle late in the evening and the communication was very solid through either the phone on the room or WhatsApp on our mobile phone

There’s nothing to complain about, the area is kind of quiet but you have a rental company and restaurant down the route with very good local prices so that makes up for it
