This was THE BEST experience that we had on our entire trip! Aspa, the property manager, was incredible, and she gave us a list of recommended places to go around Santorini, including restaurants, beaches, wineries, and more. My husband and I loved how this place was in a quiet and more local town instead of some other crowded places on the island. We went to local restaurants and rented a car so we could travel around at our leisure. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here. Oh, and the breakfast each morning was INCREDIBLE! I highly recommend booking at Abelis!!

What an amazing place! Aspa was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and such a nice touch that it is served in your private outdoor space. The accommodation itself is unique and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This stay at Santorini was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. The rooms are part of an old cave winery that have been turned into the coolest hotel rooms you could imagine. The inside of the house has some really cool features that I don’t want to spoil, you have to stay and see. The pool was the perfect temperature, the outdoor area was fantastic and the rooms were large and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to make the stay memorable, they are so quick to respond to any request, so friendly and kind. It was like staying at your favourite friend or family members house, we felt so welcome. The breakfast was included and in Greek style was HUGE and you could make requests to style it how you wanted it (selected coffees, etc). You can also order snacks, drinks and lunch during the day which were all affordable, convenient and extremely good. I didn’t try the wine that was available but it was also really affordable. It also has an off road parking lot for my rental car. Also, the host gave us dinner recommendations, made bookings for us and got us the best seats in the house. I want to go back already and if I come back to Santorini I will not hesitate to book here.

There is not a single downside of this place.

Very silence location, between Airport and Fira central, with car we arrive everywhere in 5 ~ 10 min. big and clear rooms, the house is very special, very Santorini, traditional Greek style, my parents and my wife are happy and interested, the private pool is amazing, clear and warm. we had a great summer holiday here. Best breakfast and super roomsvervice, Aspa is so sweet and nice, she is always for us if we need Help. Aspa our host was amazing, she was so friendly and welcoming, she made sure we get gluten free and egg free choices for our breakfast. She helped us to get a car rental and was always giving us helpful advice on sightseeing and dinner options. We felt very much at home and taken care for. Rooms were quite big and spacious. Rooms quite tastefully decorated and cutlery also available in the kitchen. Our flight was late in the night and Aspa let us stay till 6 pm without charging extra money. I will highly recommend this place to experience lovely hospitality and a beautiful accommodation.

During day time, lights were very dim, there were no cupboards and no door for the shower room. It was very hot without the air conditioner. There was a sink, electric kettle and cutlery in kitchen but no provision of microwave. The location was such that without a car it was impossible to come out of that area but we had rented a car so we were ok.

First of all we want to thank Aspasia. She was an incredibly good host and treated us like friends. Even though we arrived at 7 in the morning, she was very helpful and interested in us. She is a wonderful person, very thoughtful and friendly. As for the hotel, the hotel has a wonderful architecture. The rooms are better than in the photo and quite clean. Everything was thought of in the rooms. Have a great time in the pool. 3.5 km from the airport and the nearest black sand beach. The surroundings are quiet and calm. We are glad we chose this hotel and thank you for everything. We had 2 perfect days.

The only location is far from the center and places to visit, but we came here knowing this. A car needs to be rented. Public transportation is a little difficult.

Abelis suites were just amazing! It was our first time in santorini for our honeymoon and the place itself was stunning ! Anna who hosted us was amazing and couldn’t of been more helpful , breakfast each morning was perfect and great variety. We can’t wait to book again for our anniversary! Thanks so much for making our trip amazing.

Absolutely amazing stay! Booked based on photos and previous reviews - the actual stay far exceeded our expectations! Absolutely amazing host, who kindly provided so many wonderful recommendations - including kindly arranging our engagement on a boat at sunset! Room was huge and so comfy, varied and tasty breakfast delivered daily by the pool! Could not ask for more. Fantastic value for money and thank you so much to our wonderful host 😊

Honestly nothing - photos of rooms and pool area don’t give the place justice, it’s well worth a visit!

The staff was super attentive, not looking to overcharge for everything and giving the best tips on where to eat or go for the day The rooms are clean and very large, everyday breakfast is served at your patio for no extra cost The place feels cozy and homey, we even felt bad about not being more time at the hotel during the day

The only "downside" might be that if you didn't rent a car it may be hard to get around, but they get in touch from the beginning to help you book transportation

Where to start? I honestly cannot write enough about this place. Even well before we arrived, the wonderful and amazing team at Abelis (Marilena and Luke) were in constant contact with us trying to set up the best possible exoerience we could have! They set up our transfer from the ferry to the villa and back to the ferry when it was time to check out. They gave us reccomendations to the best places to eat at and beaches to visit on Santorini and would even make our reservations for us! They bring your breakfast right to your room! We got to a point where we felt bad and we were taking advantage of them and being so needy with everything they were doing for us (typical Canadians haha!)! This place isn't just a villa, they strive to make you feel like you're one of their own and you can feel their sincerity! We actually have decided to keep in contact with the lovely employees at Abelis because they are just so down to earth and friendly! I could keep writing on and on about how beautiful this place is and the over and above care you recieve from the staff here. Instead I will end it by simply saying, come check this wonderful piece of paradise out and see for yourselves! Words simply do not do it justice. We will undoubtedly be back! Oh!! And the villas themselves...well you'll see for yourselves when you decide to take the plunge and pick Abelis as your next destination!!! ;)
