The location is the best spot on the island. The staff really makes the stay so comfortable as they bend over backwards to make sure even the smallest things are attended to. The smiles and “Good morning” are a great way to start your day. The rooms are well appointed and have extremely comfortable beds!

Modern, ultra clean and excellent location. Friendly, attentive staff. Gorgeous Pools.
Still under construction for renovations, but wasn't bad (minimal noise, limited areas taped off) and didn't negatively impact our stay. Main areas with the pools and outdoor restaurant / bar to the beach were all fully open and beautiful.

Our room was perfect size for 2 of us and had enough amentities to enjoy drinks in the room or on the deck. We were at the end of the resort, so there wasn't much of a view, but it was quiet and convenient to the main building for breakfast. Breakfast was provided and there were different options each day, so we were able to try something new. The pool was very large and not crowded at all. It was nice to come back from the beach and have a quick swim before heading to our room for the evening. We enjoyed walks on the beach to find places for dinner.
The only area for improvement we were disappointed at times was at the Palapa Bar by the pool. There were always plenty of servers, but we always had to beg for service and was never asked if we needed anything while standing at the bar unless we aggressively got their attention. We did have good service for dinner at the Palapa Bar restaurant seating area. I would suggest a friendly, more helpful and inviting staff at the bar.

The pool was epic and the private beach access was invaluable. The free kayak rentals were very ideal. Live shows near the bar were really cool. Restaurant on site was one of the best on the beach.
The construction at the time but that is only temporary. What they are building is really amazing.

The rooms are large and it’s a great location. And the morning breakfast was delicious with a lot of quality options.
The check in and check out process took longer than it seemed like it should. Also it’s too bad that we were there during pool construction but they did let us know ahead of time.

I loved the room, house keeper, the beach, the pool, the drivers, the staff, breakfast was amazing.
The elevator to go to the dinning room is out of service and everyday I needed to go up stairs to go to breakfast and I had surgery on my knee. Some workers were rude when you spoke to them. I fell in one of the chairs outside because the chair was broken and no one from management came or call to see if I was ok.

you can not beat West Bay. great place to swim, snorkel, relax. beautiful
the room we had was very lacking. no sharp knifes. only ONE and it was so dull . no kitchen supplies. like pans, bowls with lids, water pitcher, steak knives or cutting knives , no dust pan, no washer dryer. NO Water pressure, ceiling fan one speed. did tell Resort they brought us dish soap for dishwasher but not dish liquid but they did bring us a coffee pot. unable to fix anything else. unit 1506. was not good. im sure it is privately owned and thats why resort could only do so much.

Location could not be better, breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff really friendly.
Only downside was we got put in the back building (nearest to the main lobby) with no good view and a bit of smell of sewage.

It was a very beautiful and calm resort. The staff was very friendly. The location was amazing and water was very beautiful.
The all-inclusive is not worth the cost. It is buffet only and did not include the restaurant on the property.

The location, beach, coral reef. The air conditioning in the room. Beans and tortillas for breakfast.
The paper cups at the restaurant, glass adds to the experience. The fan in our room made really loud noises at night, so had many disturbed nights of sleep.
