It was not nice to charge for the water in the room in such a nice hotel. Can't the hotel just provide drinking water for free?

Somehow the hotel manages to have the feeling of a boutique friendly hotel despite the vast size. The staff on reception were very polite and helpful. The room was a decent size for a short stay (2 nights) and we were comfortable. The double bed request was fulfilled, although it was 2 twins pushed together and therefore a bit of a gap in the middle! The wifi worked well and enabled me to get a little work done when I first arrived. Also we really enjoyed the breakfasts, these are especially nice because the chefs will cook up whatever style of eggs you like including omelettes in a matter of minutes. But there was a great general selection also. We also used the on site restaurant for Sunday lunch which was delicious and good value (and very quiet so the service was excellent and also away from all the crowds).

The air conditioning in our room was broken? and couldn't be set any lower than 24 degrees. Making it a warm experience in the room.. especially when it was 20 outside. I didn't like the gap between the 2 twin beds much. Neither of these things really impacted on us and were the only things I can think of that were any kind of issue.

The location is very central. Breakfast was good, probably I expected something more for a 4 star hotel ( fruit trays were very small and often empty). The room was very big although the bathroom too small ( not enough space to leave my toiletries, hangers for towels above and next to the toilet seat not very practical). Bathroom furniture a bit dated (wear and tear, scratches..). The room was very clean, mattress and pillow very comfortable and I liked the quietness at night.

The hotel is located in the city center, easy to reach from the airport by public transport (bus 100E). Very kind staff. The hotel close to the objectives of our short vacation. Breakfast was for all the picky eaters :-)

The room is heated by a centralized air conditioning system, with thermostat in the room. The system works only during the existence of people in the room (the electricity must be activated with the card). Otherwise, the system is very good, but since it was winter, when we arrived in the room, the temperature was a bit low. The window (room 102) has a "view" exactly towards the wall of the neighboring building, about 5 meters away, but who stays in the room on vacation?

The location of the facility is really good. Very near to the bridges that connects Buda & Pest. Especially our visit during the Christmas Market made it really comfortable to access the biggest Christmas Market very easily because the hotel is located at the end of the famous shopping street. The room we stayed in was quite spacious for 2 people and very comfortable as well.

The only problem I might mention is the brerakfast service during the rush hours (9.30-10.30 am). The service level, frequency of the renewal of the limited food and speed of the waiter/watresses might be improved.

The location was excellent. Located very close to the main tourist area and shopping street. Restaurants, shops and tourist attractions within easy walking distance. Hotel room itself was immaculately clean and very quiet. The whole hotel was always perfectly clean. Our room was well equipped with a fridge, hairdryer and safe. Hotel staff were polite and courteous and always helpful. They even provided a breakfast box as we were leaving early in the morning to catch a flight and would miss breakfast. I would stay in this hotel again.

At breakfast time it was a little unclear when ordering a cooked breakfast whether to wait at the counter or sit down at your table and wait for the staff to bring it over. But that is a very minor thing as the breakfasts were always cooked to perfection and very tasty.

The staff at Zenit Hotel were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! They have fabulous customer service and though I speak some Hungarian, I didn't have to use it - they all spoke amazing English. EVERY SINGLE staff person was amazing! Zsolt was on the all night shift and he was an absolute pleasure and a huge help when my son lost his phone. The room was clean and modern and comfortable and AIR CONDITIONED beautifully!

I did not love the bed - but it was a minor dislike in the big scheme of things. I am very picky about mattresses (and am overweight) - it was totally fine for my son. He slept like a log while we were there!

Clean, good location (close to city center), agreeable staff, nice layout/design/architecture. Great breakfast

Parking options: - public parking (if you are lucky to find a spot nearby); you have to do a payment every 3 hours and you need to use cash (parking app does not work if you dont have an hungarian mobile number. - private parking/garrage nearby; aprox 25 EUR per day. No bathrobe and no slippers in the rooom (for a 4-stars hotel that is unaccetable) Some minor cosmetic damages around the room an the bathroom.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. It’s very clean, comfortable, cozy and very well organized hotel. The location is awesome- just next to the most tourist attractions. The staff at the reception is professional and friendly. Special thanks to Emma, she made for me an upgrade for the room. The room was nice, cozy and not noisy. I found everything needful in the room. Good they have tea and coffee makers in the room- because that time I was little sick, so it was important for me to drink hot.

The only thing which I could mention - are those cheap plastics shower gel and lotion holders- they are bad quality- every time I was trying to squeeze the bottles, the holder was out and the bottles filled out. So it was not comfortable to use them at all. You need to hold the bottles by one hand( to not fall down) and to take soap with other hand. Please replace them.

Breakfast was really good with great selection of cold cuts, fruits, pastries and ability to order eggs at your choice. Location of the hotel is just behind Marriot hotel, central to every single place you really need to go to and metro as well so you can go any direction you want. Receptionist helped us with possibly early check in as well as keeping luggage as we were flying late in the evening. Also this is probably one those hotels that has shower cabins built correctly so water from shower cabin does not flow to the floor outside causing flooding :) with no drain available outside of shower cabin needing you to clean up every time.

Interior has table and bedside table in loft design with no drawers or additional shelves which causing small items being kept on top making area busy. Yes, design looks great but from practical point of view not really handy. Not enough wall hooks for jackets so imagine 4 people for example traveling in the wintertime it will be messy in terms of hanging jackets etc. So would advise to add more hooks as from cost perspective it is negligible but will make guests happier.
