Ambience, good and courteous staff.

Their system of billing. They first take the room charges from you saying it as a surety. The amount is deducted from your card. Then they again take the full amount on check out stating the amount taken earlier will be refunded in one day. It is already four days and I have not got the money. This needs to be taken by your seriously otherwise I will never stay there again.

Every thing about the htl was fabulous and the staff was the most impressive. I had fallen sick nd the staff took extra care of me. Kudos to the managers nd the front office, restaurant nd House keeping staff for being hospitable nd their humble nd soft approach towards the guests. Will always recommend HC MG Rd to my other friends cmng to Blr. My wife and daughter totally enjoyed the hospitality nd the food at the hotel.three cheers to the hotel.

The room dimensions were a tad smaller otherwise nothing much to complain.

Cozy rooms, great staff and amazing breakfast buffet! The hotel is at the city centre so it is a wonderful location. We restaurant is open 24/7 so we sat there till late night. The food was delicious. They also have a spa, a pool and a bar. The rooms were clean. The staff was wonderful. I really appreciated the early check in. Thank you. Overall I loved the experience here.

The swimming pool was under maintenance so we couldn’t enjoy a swim. Also we booked a king room with view but the lake view is actually blocked with all the buildings so can’t really see the lake.

Location of the Hotel is good, it is actually in the city centre. Break fast spread was good. Although My dinner was included & due to less occupancy no buffet was served, but they served me well from their set dinner menu and that was enough for me. Aaron deserves a special mention due to his service in the restaurant.

Rooms / washroom are very small. its not at all spacious. Room interiors and the quality is also not as per 5 star standard. Poori in the breakfast was full of oil. But overall it was a nice experience staying at Hyatt centric. Except for the room !!

I think the best part of this property is the staff, particularly the F&B staff. I am sorry I don't remember everyone's names but I will list the ones I remember: Arun, Vijith, Sandhya, Tanmay, Neha. It is not easy to offer service with a smile day in and day out. But that's exactly what I got on all the days of my stay and I am very grateful for the kind attention and care of the staff at the Hyatt Centric. I hope the management treasures them because they make the place memorable.

We had booked twin beds for double occupancy but the beds were pushed up against each other with no room to move them. I found this disappointing and I found the bathroom particularly small.

Breakfast variety is good. All staff are polite and helpful. Very professional.

The cut fruits available at breakfast were not covered. there were many fruit flies on them. Service staff do not proactively ask guests if they want tea or coffee. I have to approach service staff every day to get my coffee. Everywhere i have stayed, once u are seated, service staff will ask guest for their choice of beverage.

Really enjoyed my stay, the staff were extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. Can’t fault the service! Room was surprisingly a bit smaller than expected from the photos but overall very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good spread… I personally enjoyed the South Indian options and would have liked a slightly better sambar but I’m picky about sambar!

The constant security check every time I came in felt a bit “un-holiday”! The gym was a bit small and the treadmills could do with a better view during use, would have been better facing the pool perhaps or even the mirror!

The staff at this hotel is wonderful, helpful, and professional. The room was nice, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast was fabulous, one of the highlights of the day. It is especially nice to eat breakfast outside in the pleasant setting near the pool.

The pool area on the fourth floor is nice, but it would be nice to have a bit of a garden or something to relax in as well. Bangalore buzzes with energy, so a bit of a sit down would be nice sometimes.

The property held high standards in every regard. The staff were wonderfully presented and eager to help, our room was spotless and had every amenity needed. The rooftop/poolside bar and restaurant were immaculate and with great food and drinks, as well as top notch service.

Only gripe was that I was required to pay to upgrade to a premium wifi package in order to take a conference call, but at Rs.700 for the upgraded speed I could hardly complain.

Very Good Hotel! We stayed in India for about 3 week and this Hotel was the best!. They had a very good menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even western food as an alternative!. But the highest point was the staff. We felt welcome and supported, from recommendation about the what to try for food to recommendations about what to visit in the City... good conversations and always wth a a smile in their faces.! A couple of nights there was a party in the pool with loud music. This was not a bigh problem because it was until early.
