The location of this hotel was ideal for me as it was close to my customers offices. Staff and facilities were all of a very high standard. In particular the restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive and worked to a very high level of customer care. The breakfast was excellent offering a wide variety of food which had been prepared to a very high standard. The room itself was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and had an open shower which was very good. The fitness suite was again well-equipped with treadmills and upper/lower body exercise machines.

Two points... the bathroom, despite being clean, suffered from a strong sewer smell from the sink plug-hole which I tried to mask out by running the tap whilst I was in there. Secondly, the TV streaming box wouldn't work so after reporting this to reception they said someone would sort it out, but nobody did. I was a bit disappointed at this but considering this was my base for work, I had plenty to keep me occupied.

Comfortable room, good breakfast with wide selection, very friendly/helpful staff. Large room - we had a suite. Location - close enough to everything but quiet.

Tech in room is a bit out of date (eg lighting controls). Follow through on some of our selections on checkin - eg we were asked to complete a preferences card for what kind of fruit we wanted - we never got any. Pool area undergoing a bit of renovation and lacks enough loungers 4 in total only 2 with cushions). Clean, but approaching refit time.

This was a great property and close to the metro. Service was exceptional, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I was traveling for business and had a chaotic schedule but the manager was very helpful in helping me sort out dates and accomodation. The on-site facilities were great. Restaurant was very good and the service was excellent. I also treated myself to a spa treatment that was very relaxing. Certainly will stay here again on my next business trip.

There wasn't really anything I could fault!

I stayed at other hotels in other cities and quickly realized with many small things the thought that had been put into all the things in the room at Radisson. It made me think of people who travel for extended periods and I could see how almost everything one would need had been thought of and available in the room - I was very impressed! The room as well as furnishings were all well maintained and clean. Staff were all super friendly & helpful. I also absolutely loved the variety and quality of food available during breakfast!

Very comfortable stay, the bed and pillows were great, as was the shower. Nice and quiet in the room, while I could still hear honking noises from outside, it was very muted and didn’t disturb my sleep (not a lot of traffic at night anyway). Free bottles of water were great, saved me having to go and search for some. Breakfast was great, so much variety, the more you looked the more you found!

Allergens list on breakfast items would be great, I saw on the menu they were able to do that (gluten free marked, as was dairy, soy, etc) There was a weird clicking sound coming from I assume the air con. It didn’t wake me up, but it was hard to get back to sleep if I was awake

location while being central to the city, didn’t have much shopping options close by. there’s also a perpetual traffic (signal) jam outside

The bed n pillow were comfortable, the bathroom ok. The food, other than Indian food not much variety. But the staff super friendly n helpful...from the reception Uzma, the bell boy n security guard (forgot the name), house keeping also I forgot the name especially in the resto (Sruty, Karna Roshni, Aravind n not forget Mr. Prabhat). Thank you to all for your kindness n services...

I did not like the smell in the bedroom especially near the chiller in front of the bathroom there is something smelly. And the room they gave it to me suppose to be for disable. The bathroom without curtain so everytime you take a bath your whole floor inside the bathroom will be wet after that you must call the house keeping to do the cleaning

The staff were very courteous and very willing to make our stay very comfortable. We interacted with Vindi, Vincy and Khusbu on numerous occasions and ensured that we didn’t face any issues/concerns. The housekeeping staff were very polite and helpful too. We look forward to visiting in future again as my family had a pleasant stay and my son enjoyed the rocking bed in our room 7018

The bathroom and toilet seems a little cramped.

Fantastic stay. Staff was very helpful. The desk staff was excellent and changed my room at 11 p.m. because I complained about varnish or paint smell in my room. Shruti at the restaurant was extremely helpful and took care of all our particular and special requests at lunch and dinner. Great location..nice buffet with a lot of variety. Beautiful City view from the rooms and the rooftop. Location is central. Swimming pool is great on top...

I don't like to complain but I think that all the power plugs for charging phones or smart watch in my room on 5th floor do not work well for two prongs chargers. The connection was lose. I had to juggle a lot to get some stable charging done.. kindly improve those. Rest was all perfect.
