we planned this vacation as a mid year gateway , as usual me and my wife booked four seasons as its always exceed our expectation in all aspects and bali was not an exceptional , once we've arrived we were upgraded to ocean front villa and arriving to the villa , the fruit basket with non alcoholic champagne was waiting for us , other that the villa and how breath taking it was , the service at the four seasons is amazing as usual , the whole crew was very friendly and all of our requests were addressed with alot of passion , for example my wife loved some sort of desert that was served in one of the restaurants in the hotel , we tried to order it on room services but it was unavailable , next day we found 2 dishes of that desert waiting for us at the room as complimentary , also my wife loved the coffe beans served in the coffe machine , she asked the hotel manager where can we buy this coffe in bali and we found that they prepared for us 2 packages of this beans as complementary at our check out , again one of the best four seasons stayed in and defiantly will repeat this again

We loved the room, view, pool, and menu provided.

The beach has trash all over it and I encourage the Four Seasons, as a very respectable hotel chain, to do a better job cleaning up their portion of the beach. I understand it is not an exclusively private beach, but we found numerous plastic containers, wrappers, and even a razor on the beach. I understand that trash on the beach is not unusual for the area, but the hotel should do their best to clean it up everyday.

Absolutely gorgeous villa with private pool overlooking fully the sea and the beach. Our villa was upgraded and also we got a late checkout complimentary. Location is amazing. Food is amazing. Service is amazing. Highly recommend for couples and for families, wonderful facilities!

I liked everything about the resort the staff were so polite and helpful and the food was amazing and the rooms smelled good everyday and very clean I would definitely come back again for my next visit every thing was perfect and I really will miss the hotel staff so much and specially buda the butler for my villa number 3 he was very kind helpful and polite and also he founded some lost money in the villa and he came and told me that he founded the money and I was shocked because if it’s someone else he would just take the money and say nothing but budh my butler was very honest and loyal he came and told me that he founded some money under the table while cleaning … thank u fourseasons for making my trip to Bali exceptional

The service is outstanding. The rooms are gorgeous and cleaned to perfection with all the amenities that you require. All the staff were outstanding.The buggy drivers very kind and helpful. The restaurants are very good and the service is impeccable. Jala restaurant offers an excellent Indonesian cuisine. The breakfast is delicious and they have an excellent variety of food. The fresh natural drinks are very tasty. My experience was amazing and beyond my expectations. The resort team make my stay very comfortable and enjoyable . A special thanks to the assistant manger Agnes, she was so kind and showed a great hospitality and professionalism also thank you to Dika and KC for their kindness. The concierge was very helpful as well. The resort is surrounded by nature and wonderful frangipani plants. The nature surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax. The FS app is excellent! The staff is extremely helpful no matter if you are inside of the hotel of outside of the hotel .they will help and guide you no matter the time and place .Uluwatu is 30 min from the hotel and you can find very beautiful beaches with cristal water.The concierge will help you with all the informations. There were no mosquitoes and the evenings were so peaceful and relaxing by the private pool.

Amazing resort. One of the best! Beautiful, super clean and lots of things to see and do! Free upgrade to ocean view villa Amazing staff and service Great restaurants and food (Sundara for grill & beach views, Jara for traditional Balinese food, Alu for poolside snacks) App works perfectly for anything you need Jimbaran beach is also great, not too busy with tourists, many locals, surfers, beautiful sunsets and grilled fish restaurants If you can afford it, definitely recommend!

It's pretty expensive (it's the Four Seasons), so not accessible for everyone

Everything was on point. Every staff at Four Seasons were professional and friendly. We did have issues with our bathroom, but they did everything they could to fix this, and how they dealt with the issue was very professional. Room was really great and listening to the waves in the morning was a real joy. Sunset at Sundara was excellent as well. Surfing lessons were also great.

Nothing much. Maybe their food can be improved a bit. Sundara was great, but the main buffet restaurant was a bit average for a Four Seasons hotel. No other dislikes other than that.

The staff at the Four Seasons resort were absolutely incredible. They made our entire stay magical and so memorable. The entire team there should get promotions and raises on how good they were (honestly they really really should)! In particular the concierge team were amazing and made us feel like to trip was a dream! Thank you so much, we loved our stay and will definitely recommend the Four Seasons to our friends and family.

The hotel has a very special vibe, the landscaping is beautiful and all villas set up in the style of Balinese templates. If you have small kids, come to this hotel, because kids will be treated as kings - they don't pay for any food or drinks they order, lots of activities in the kids club and they are always busy. Overall nice location of the hotel, you can access Jimbaran beach for swim, walk or cheap food. The service in the hotel is next level, before you think they are already doing it for you, bringing water, cleaning your glasses, getting you a drink, very fast and pleasant staff. The restaurants in the hotel have very good food and drinks, and we enjoyed it a lot. You do feel special in the place and staff takes care of you to make sure you have an amazing holiday in Bali ❤️

The villa size is a bit too small for the price that you pay (in comparison to other hotels we stayed at during the same trip), it is also quite outdated. Kids club is a bit overcrowded, but still nice.
