Beautiful beach- except for jellyfish! Nice rooms and amenities, lovely staff.

Garden needs some maintenance

The resort has a large beach, but is very secluded. The staff is pleasantly courteous and the breakfast is very good. The evening menu is well laid out but sufficient, but the prices are reasonable by Asian standards. The rooms lived up to expectations and were spacious. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, there was no small market in the resort itself to stock up on things (water/snacks). So you have to rely on the restaurant and bar at the hotel prices This is a point that cannot be blamed on the resort, but should not go unmentioned. Due to its proximity to Singapore, many ships are moored in the roadstead. This is partly noticeable when swimming (although there is no rubbish here, but occasionally there are small items in the water), but more so on the more secluded stretches of beach, which are not cleaned daily. Environmental sins!

Convenient for spa, multiple great restaurants, golf, cycling, beach, running, walking, etc. The breakfast is great and some fantastic options for dinner. For a couple it is a more relaxed experience than the other option on-site (Casia) & less pricey than the Banyan Tree which are both part of the same extended property. Staff are superb & friendly / helpful.

Swimming pool area is a bit dated / tired. The rooms are being updated gradually and hopefully this gets extended to the other areas. Clean and tidy just a little dated.

Dated property that could use some reno. Property is shared with Banyan Tree resort & Cassia. So there are big pools and several restaurants to eat from.

A bit old - they shld invest into renovating the rooms. Also the family suite is just one floor with 2 rooms & the size was smaller than expected. Pictures are misleading with 2 floors shown.

We had the family suite, the kids loved it and it was very convenient. All The staff was very really nice We really enjoyed our stay!

Was low season so maybe have a staff more often at the pool would have been good and the price of the food is on the high side.

Great location and very close to the ferry terminal. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, particularly the nasi goreng and mie goreng. Great pool and the beach was also lovely. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

The pillows were a little hard so softer pillows would be nice or a selection of hard and soft pillows to choose from.

I was there for a calm, relaxing stay. Loved the staff and their service, the spa, beach access, and peace and quiet.

I suggest that being on the beach they offer some water equipment free of charge. Perhaps a slightly bigger gym.

Beautiful and clean beach, amazing and very friendly staff (thanks Pancha and Elvaretta). Spa procedures were fantastic. A great location for an easy, relaxing escape from Singapore.

Food prices in all restaurants are equal to Singapore prices.

Family room was spacious with a beach outlook, buffet breakfast had a good choice of food and an excellent buffet BBQ dinner. Large swimming pool and a peaceful beach.

Nothing
