Hotel is located by the beach which was nice. The breakfast was alright. It's nice to have a convenience store within the hotel itself as the next nearest one is about 12km away. Room was big with questionable steps above the bed (i don't know what it's for). Room can feel a bit sandy but that's what you get when your room is facing the beach. The pool was good. The room aircon is super cold. FREE PARKING!

WiFi is close to non-existent. Gym had a lot of faulty equipment. Place may seem a bit outdated. The TV had a lot of channels but many were inactive.

The view and view and view was amazing. The hotel to the beach is about 100 meter with soft sand and wonderful wave sound. Front desk was amazing they were so helpful and always wish me good morning and asking me if I need anything thank you for the great service. The Spa was the highlight for me. I had the best massage I ever had. They was incredible polite and listen on where to tackle. I am feeling so fresh after an hour massage. If they were closer I would be coming to them.

The hotel in need renovation in certain area. It’s look age. If it’s not because of the staff and amazing view to make up the wonderful stay

The nice clean room also comes with a good sea view, we enjoyed the sunrise in our room. Had a pleasant stay with my family and will go back again! Must try the new seafood restaurant on the ground level, great menu! Oh they even have a mini zoo at the side of the hotel which was not ready during our previous year's visit.

My first trip here was great . its private and away from all other hotels. Closer to ringgit town you can buys beer liquor, clinic, good lobster food. My second trip was disappointed due to the sea water contamination cant swim in the sea

The hotel seaside water and sand was contaminated by a river releasing a dark brown liquid. No body was swimming there as it was 1km towards the sea and 5km wide. Hotel need to complain this matter to DOE or they will start to loose customers

There was a particular staff member named Azira who went beyond the extra mile to help address the needs of my wife. Without diving too much into the details, Azira was not only friendly and approachable, she quickly came up with a solution and took ownership in solving the matter at hand. Thank you, Azira.

Second time staying here. We love the seaview through our balcony. Got room at level 5 but the view still satisfying and fascinating. Breakfast also delicious, definitely come back here again.

.Big swimming pool..walking distance to the beach...bike rent and also ATV Easy check. Out and chech in Clean room but aircondition in my room feel hot. Breakfast good.. And satisfied. With the quantity and taste of each food.

..Cafe for in-house guest closed earlier..around 7pm.. So difficult to get dinner.. Have to drive until..sg Rengit. Lastly turn back and have to dine in lotus Seaview resort. Restaurant.. A bit funny..

The scenery was good, open the balcony window and it is a beach front view. The breakfast spread was great.

Cause it is near the beach, the distance to the hotel was quite deep in.

We love our room! Our king bed room with sea view at Level 4 was really awesome! I wanna cry when need to check out haha. My son also had fun at the entertainment room, playground and the beaches. Should provide more activities in future and surely we will come again.

Not so much activity to do there. Pool also not so big. Just luckily we went on Monday so just us by the pool. The food quiet limited choices and just so-so. Bit salty. Toooooo sweet for the dessert. Taste weird. Staffs also not really knowledgeable/familiar with the vending machines/explanation.

The hotel staff are helpful. The room balcony facing the sun rising is excellent.

We have problem w wifi. Booking.com rate on Monday is almost half compared to Sunday rate.
