The property was wonderful. We enjoyed that we were able to use the pool and restaurants at the adjoining facility. Buffet breakfast was great by day 4 we would have liked some more variety in the food - but it tasted good. Rooms were great, clean and good kitchenette. Had I known I would Have taken some more snacks/ lunch food of my own. Wifi was excellent. The staff was amazing. Great quick get away from Singapore.

The only downfall was the trash on the beach. At least once a day the tide left a decent amount of trash on the beach. They were quick to clean it up but until they did it took away from the beauty of the view.

We, a family of four, came last year around this time too. Buffet breakfast at Lotus Cafe is definitely better than at Vista Cafe. The draw of course is the beach in front of the hotel doorstep, and swimming pool just in front of the beach. Kitchen is compact and adequate. Good for catering family with children. Cassia friends (staff) are helpful.

I tried not to use free wifi because it is unsecured, I received warning from my mobile app and used data roaming most of the time. Used free wifi on less sensitive device for entertainment. If secured wifi is provided it would be better.

Spectacular setting, right on the beautiful beach. Beautiful clean resort. The staff were all so friendly and wonderful, couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. The ocean was beautiful and warm and the ability to use the pool at Angsana was great and we frequented this pool a lot. Recommend having a treatment at the Angsana spa, was a fantastic experiencel. Wine prices are insane so tip is to utilise happy hour where you can get a great burger and cocktails for reasonable prices. All in all a wonderful stay.

There could be more pool/beach lounges made available, particularly when you have an influx of 200 school children.

Breakfast is very good. The service is excellent. I am very impressed. The layout of the tables is worth a mention. The service at the reception is also commendable.Service with a smile.

The food at the various outlets is good but I must agree on previous reviews on the prices. As for the activities planned, I enjoyed the nature trail and the ranger trail. Our guide is very caring and has taken good care of the participants. As for the beach volley, in order to engage more guests, a proper time must be factored in with a staff there to play with the guests. My guest felt that the prices for the other activities were too expensive. Overall, we have had a relaxing time during our stay.

Fabulous apartment resort in Fabulous Bintan. Breakfast was substantial enough to last all day, plenty to choose from. Good choice of restaurants. Our favourite was Happy Hour. Sipping delicious cocktails outside on the deck in front of the beach was just heavenly. Good facilities, gym, swimming pool and beach. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable with facilities for cooking. (you can buy ingredients). The resort is cool and modern rather than the traditional Indonesian style, but the staff give good attentive Indonesian service.

Very nice beach. Access to sister properties. Super friendly staff. Apartment has complete stuff to use for your stay. Happy hour everyday at one restaurant by the beach. Mini market on site for essentials you can purchase in case you forgot to bring something for your stay.

Rooms a bit far from the beach. Walls are thin? Can hear all the noise from the corridor when you’re hanging in the living room. There was fogging for the mosquitoes done during my stay and although I was well informed beforehand the noise of it woke me up at around midnight then the fire alarm went off that panicked my next door neighbours (guess they did not knew about it) and made so much noise outside my room as it seemed like they were not prepared for the smoke alarm ringing. Meh breakfast buffet.

It has everything we need, the room was also very clean , spacious and well maintained. The balcony faces the garden which offers a nice view. It’s great that the beach and pool are so easily accessible. We love the food served in the hotel. We weren’t expecting much since it didn’t feel like a restaurant but the food was really tasty and authentic. Like that there is a convenient store area to buy snacks, etc.

The room smelled musky when we first checked in and had to air the room for about an hour with the fan on full blast and windows open.

location is good, with access to private white sand beach which is clean and shallow. the rooms are good and with good views.

There is only self service to carry luggages to the room, and some rooms are far from reception. room cleaning and makeup and filling of coffee/tea sauchet and and others like hand wash could be every day. lighting near beach was less during night, could have been better to enjoy sea watching during night time. food options could be better and also faster in the Vista restaurant as we were waiting for 45mins for food.

The best part of this hotel is the location, the beach is fantastic and the water is very clean. Having a small apartment for yourself is also very nice especially if you travel with kids. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.

- It would be nice to have some fresh veggies for breakfast, a general breakfast selection is good but it's more an asian style - The main restaurant at CASSIA could be re-designed (need a bit of modern touch, more homely and cosy), right now it feels like seating in the canteen rather than a restaurant - not really fair to charge different prices for beer at the restaurant and beach bar that only few meters away (bar is more expansive) - menu selection at the restaurant could be updated with more seafood and fish options, at the end its a hotel at the ocean
