The whole experience was exceptional. The hotel is stunning and located just a few minutes away from Seminyak beach. The staff was so ready to help, I would mention that we had to request drinks and food to the room a few times and they would bring it in a minute. They would take your request very seriously and help in a minute. The breakfast was so rich and nice. If you need an excellent treat, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, my partner got food poisoning and the hotel helped us to call a doctor. The fees for the doctor were relatively high but we found out that the price was this high just because the hotel added charges on top of the doctor’s fees. I personally think this was unfair to add charges for a phone call they did. As clients of that hotel, and especially when it’s a health issue, they should not take advantage and add charges and take advantage of every kind of situation to make money.

My partner and I loved this resort. The staff were always friendly and helpful and readily available. The room was spacious, comfy and had everything we could imagine. We appreciated little food gifts that appeared every couple of days and lots of free drinking water that was restocked each day. The bed was super comfy and whilst I didn't like the initial pillows we used the pillow menu to order ones that suited us better. The breakfast buffet at Makase was amazing! It had everything you could think of including eggs Benedict, shakshuka, made to order mee goreng, sushi, barista made coffee and plenty more. The pools were lovely with attentive staff and the hotel has an exit near the beach which was great at sunset to grab a drink right on the beach and watch live entertainment. We will definitely recommend and plan to come back.

The place was so big I got lost a lot, and the map wasn't very helpful, but I figured it out eventually! The doona was a bit thick for me but I'm a hot sleeper.

We liked absolutely everything: from the kind staff to the excellent facilities. The hotel is very clean and in an amazing location. The room is large with a comfortable bed, cleaned twice a day. There are several restaurants inside the hotel with very good food. We liked the pool area with enough space and privacy for all. The beach is a step away. If you like to be on a good location and feel relaxed, this is a right place, without crowds, loud music, and traffic chaos. We will definitely be back at the same hotel. I can’t recommend it more.

The resort is in a fabulous location, on Double-Six beach, rated one of the best beaches in Bali. The indoor and outdoor spaces are well decorated, with a quirky and colourful theme. The rooms have a fantastic layout - very chic and spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and a balcony with a daybed and coffee table. The resort offers many daily activities to choose from including yoga, cycling and kids activities. There is a free shuttle to Seminyak Village that runs twice a day, making it more convenient to travel to the town. The resort is located right on the beach and there are many dining options to choose from, both inside and outside the resort. Sava Spa is probably the best spa experience I’ve had in Bali - the staff are exceptional and provide a wonderful service - definitely recommended. Room service was great, and so are the other dining options at the hotel. Pottery Cafe offers a delicious afternoon tea spread, while Makase serves a very good breakfast and the Tree Cafe offers a fun atmosphere and drinks. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali, and I will definitely be back!

The rooms are very spacious, staff was helpful and very friendly, we enjoyed breakfast every morning, we travel a lot but this was the biggest and most versatile choices I have ever seen at a buffet breakfast.

Sorry but there was nothing I did not like, the location is perfect, close to the beach shops and restaurants.

Fantastic breakfast variety and fruits. Gym is well equipped. Poolside service provided is efficient. Spacious room, very comfortable bed and walk in robe, makeup table with LED magnified makeup lamp Beachfront access, shuttle service to shops/restaurants, or short walk if preferred Lots of staff employed throughout the hotel. All courteous and friendly.

Had to pack up and requested to move room after the first night as the first room facing exterior had a strong damp/musty smell. Extra pillow stored also had a very damp smell needs to be replaced or aired regularly. Tea cannisters very difficult to open/close and needed to use fingertips to pull the teabags out which was awkward. Suggest to change to easier to open container. Too many ornaments cluttered on around the minibar.

Fantastic location, very modern and well equipped, luxurious and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff here are amazing, all so outgoing and friendly, will do anything to help. The facilities were so clean, luxurious and elegant yet modern. Pool was large and nicely laid out. The food here was exceptional, so tasy and a choice for the whole family. We really loved it here.

The public beach behind is not so clean and gets extremely busy.

- Gorgeous entrance when you arrive - so lush and tropical with beautiful trees and plants - Slowish check in but lovely welcome drink on arrival - Spacious King room with balcony (room 2322 - building 2 over the entrance of hotel), walk in closet and lots of complimentary water each day - Being in building 2, I had a gorgeous garden right outside the door and beautiful glass (air conditioned elevators) to enjoy the ride each time - Restaurants, room service & poolside menu and variety has been plenty (recommend the satay chicken skewer from Makase / tree top restaurant- so delicious!!! I ate this 7 days in a row)!! - Circle k convenient store literally steps from the front gate - stock your own mini bar (it’s half the price) and pool side team are happy to bring you buckets of ice to keep your own drinks chilled by the pool - I loved the secret garden pool - lush with tropical plants and plenty of shade - not always enough cabanas / day beds for the number hoping to secure them - Hotel literally backs on to the beach. Roughly a 20 minute walk along the beach to Ku De Ta and 30 minutes to La Lucciola

- The mattress however had no give in it - very firm and took a few days to adjust - I wished there was a dedicated kids pool for balls being thrown and jumping etc

a beautiful resort located in seminyak but away from the noise and hustle of the vibrant town! the property is amazing, the rooms are brilliant and the staff are what made this stay even more exceptional. Everyone has a smile on their face as though they’re happy to work and serve your every need. Really blown away by their friendliness and helpfulness. The main pool was unbelievable Also. Will 100% be back if we are in Bali again.

Nothing at all really, maybe a few more options on the room service menu but still a great selection regardless! Fantastic stay a must visit if you’re in Bali.
