My partner & I stayed in Lasamana villas recently and absolutely loved how hospitable & caring all the staff were towards us, every need or request we had was always taken care of & they always made sure that we were okay or asked if we needed anything all throughout the day. Putu, gede, purnama, komang & arta, were all amazing people and their level of professionalism is outstanding, including making sure our room was spotless every day, cooking us an amazing breakfast & organising tours for us so we could enough the trip without having to worry about everything! We were even talking about returning here & out future plans to come back before we had even left, thank you so mcuh!

Everything was perfect, in saying that you will find the location may be not as accessible for all people, it is a 15 minute walk with some incline from the main strip. It is very easy to get to, including staff always offering to drive us to & from the villa, which was amazing! So, while the location is a bit of a walk, you will find that there are ways of getting to the villa.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lasamana. We chose this place because of the reviews and booking.com and could not have been happier. The location is simply beautiful, just far enough away from the Ubud madness but close enough to walk to restaurants and bars. We loved the room and private plunge pool. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. They particularly helped us on our last day when we had problems communicating with our pre-booked taxi. We stayed 8 nights which was the perfect amount of time for us. We did see a lot of couples zooming in for 1-2 night stays. If you can stay longer I would recommend it. Getting to Ubud is hassle with all of the traffic etc, so I personally think you need to make it worth you while and take time to soak up the place. We would 100% stay here again. They are in the process of building 2 x more villas which I think will be a little larger - but our studio villa size was perfectly fine for us.

Breakfast in the room in the morning was so good by the pool overlooking the rice fields. Breakfast was always very filling

Property only accessible by scooter, however the staff are very accomodating in getting you to where you need to go!

It was the best accommodation we had during our holidays in Indonesia! We loved this beautiful villa! It was so relaxing to sit outside, enjoy the view over the rice fields, have delicious breakfast, watch the stars. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They would always bring us with the scooters to the centre of Ubud and back and would help us with anything we needed. We definitely recommend the Lasamana Villas if you're staying in Ubud.

Only minor things that did not influence much our stay: it is a bit bright in the villa in the morning and you can sometimes hear the neighbours.

Great location, only a short drive or even walk from the centre, but still in a peaceful beautiful rice field which felt a million miles away from the craziness, it was so lovely to come back to. The Villa itself is a dream, perfectly romantic and cleaned every day for us. The staff and management… just wow! Mr Putu and his team did everything they could to ensure we had a wonderful stay. From providing fresh coconuts (which were picked from trees by our private pool), to pick ups and drop offs into town, Mr Putu arranging a scooter for us to rent for our stay, and giving suggestions and arrangements for activities, just everything was so perfect. We would just like to thank Mr Putu and his beautifully friendly team for always welcoming us with a wide smile and lovely words, whether it was 8am or midnight! Thank you so much guys!

We loved everything, the Lasamana villas are a perfect place to stay for your trip to Ubud!

Staff are fabulous, Villa very comfortable, as was the bed. Spacious, modern and clean. Though Villa faces south (overlooking rice field and the busiest of ducks) there was still sun in pool area. Close proximity and easy walk or ride into Ubud centre. Their new restaurant was only completed the day we were leaving but will have to try during our next stay. Cars can not access property so pick up is 3 min away by staff on scooters for us and luggage and was managed without incident.

Door to bathroom in Villa 3 needs fixing. Noisy to open and close. Our fault for not highlighting during stay as I’m sure that would have been addressed promptly by staff if we had of mentioned.

The staff was very helpful to us. They even transferred us for free from and to property. Later they arranged a bike rental and taxi to another location. Property is well located just next time the rice fields and still pretty close to city centre. We found there great balance between the luxury and nature. We loved the outside bathroom and had a great time taking an outside bathtub.

Only thing we can think of is the fact that there was not a really strong light bulb in the room so after dusk the light condition in the room was not sufficient.

The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and thoughtful. The breakfast served to the room was delicious. The room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The location of the villa next to paddy fields means that the entrance is located on a road that is only accessible by 2-wheelers. That said, the staff are available 24 hours to take you by motorbike to the main street whenever you need. They even picked us up in the pouring rain, and thoughtfully brought umbrellas for us as well!

The team were so welcoming and picked us up on scooters with all of our large luggage and were happy to give us a ride to wherever we needed to go. The reception organised a cooking class for my stepmom who had the best day ever. The villas were so beautiful, the pool nice and loved the outdoor bathroom. The team there work so hard! The location is AMAZING, in the rice paddies and gorgeous views from the vila. 10/10!

The villa what a beauty...view of the rice fields, private pool...big size bath tub...the special arrangements done by the staff for my birthday and anniversary and for valentines...the attention to details...the staff my god they were just so sweet and always available..breakfast was included and they have various options and deliver it to your room....i can just go on and on....all i would say if u are in ubud this is the place to book.
