Staff were really nice and accommodating, I asked to switch rooms because my first room wasn't very private (right by the pool area with people able to see into the room) and they upgraded me to a better room without any issues and the room was really nice Pool & view was beautiful The hotel is decorated so well I like the whatsapp service to contact reception / staff

breakfast was average the initial room i stayed in wasn't private, if you like privacy i don't recommend the bamboo room. no laundry service

We had a fantastic stay at the Gravity Suites. The Moneyt suite was just divine - spacious, bright and comfortable; the pool was awesome; the breakfast was delicious, with proper barista-made coffees included, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we need. Uluwatu was the highlight of our Bali trip and we would definitely come back and stay at the Gravity Suites.

Accommodation is not within walking distance from restaurants or beaches, so you must have a scooter or use taxis. The hotel has scooters available for hire, which is handy. Just be mindful that it is a very hilly area, and there are terrible riders and drivers on the road.

The relaxed atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and comfortable rooms were just as advertised. Keep in mind these are traditional bamboo and wood rooms with open air bathrooms, although they do also have fully enclosed suites nearby. The staff and service was exceptional. This is the perfect place for chilling, privacy and being close to the beach but not on the beach.

Uluwatu is a developing neighbourhood not yet overrun by tourists, it is hilly and does not have alot of footpaths so you do need to use drivers to go out. But there are shops, restaurants and beaches only 5 mins away by car or bike. If you come expecting this then it is not a problem.

We stayed in the Kayu suite which was a lovely room. The staff were amazing, really helpful and friendly. The suites section is really small and feels more like a house than a hotel and is beautifully decorated.

There’s a fair bit of construction noise during the day (which seems to be a constant for Uluwatu) and you need a scooter or taxi to get anywhere (again maybe this is just Uluwatu). The pool wasn’t very clean, although we didn’t realise we could also use the main pool in the other part of the hotel, which is a little walk down a road.

Everything, this is the level of service you want when you're in Bali, especially Uluwatu! The staff all seem happy, are very friendly, and their attention to detail is impressive. They're very well-trained, and the owner did an amazing job selecting them. The level of communication pre-check-in, during the stay, and at the end was exceptional and provided us with some peace of mind and comfort. The staff were a large part of making the stay what it was. In addition, the facility itself is gorgeous, well-designed, clean and modern, and very secure. It was a little difficult locating, but, surprisingly, I would not change that as it added to the level of security the location provided; a non-issue as the communication with staff allowed us to locate where we needed to be. A beautiful pool area and a nice bar with what I would consider the right kind of music to match the vibe. The room itself was amazing, 2-floor villa with a bed on the main floor and another on the 2nd, very big, and still gives you the privacy you'd want even while being perched up on the hillside looking over everything. A few more mosquitoes than id liked, but again, the staff came in and helped minimize that issue for us, after a half-day, they weren't really a bother anymore. It was great meeting the owner of Gravity and getting to know him a little and his motivation behind what he does/why. He happened to stop by while we were relaxing near the pool, and we loved the hands-on approach he took making sure his guests were enjoying their time but also bringing any issues to his attention or his staff's attention. We got the impression he genuinely loves what he does and truly wants to make Gravity the best it can be. Definitely will be back next time & would recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Bali!

It was so good, not really anything to "Dislike". After traveling for 5 weeks, eventually, you run out of the toiletries you brought or what you purchased when arriving will eventually run out at the wrong time leaving you to use what's available at the property. More of a helpful/honest suggestion. Change the body wash, the scent is horrible. In the staff's defense, they did state if anything was not perfect, to let them know so they could fix it, not their fault, this one slipped our mind! Also, more OR stronger fans around the bed on the lower and 2nd floors (we communicated this to the staff for next time). Other than that, amazing all around!

The grounds were very picturesque. While the rooms were quite close to each other they still felt well placed out to feel like you had your own getaway. Also the orange cat. Seems from previous reviews she's been around a while. We kept her happy with a feed and pats. Unfortunately the staff are not allowed to feed so hopefully the guests keep her well fed. Island food next to the loft sell Whiskas!

Not much about the site itself. Nothing within walking distance so will need a scooter or grab to get anywhere which is easy enough. Handy that it is central to most key areas.

I don't even know where to start... I was really looking forward to staying at Gravity, and I was not disappointed. Everything was just perfect! The whole area of the hotel gave off such a pleasant vibe that it was hard to leave, even for a day. I would have loved to spend the entire time there because the team is so friendly and helpful, always ready to serve drinks and food. Not to mention how beautiful the whole hotel is… We will definitely be back soon. In the meantime, stay all well and keep the flag flying high. Also, greetings to Wisnu who made us great cocktails, and to Ricky who has built such a beautiful hotel. It was so nice talking with you both, wish you much success! 🤍

The pool is very nice and the staff was exceptionally friendly. There is a shower room if you leave after you have checked out. The location is close to the major areas and beaches in Uluwatu. The suite was nice and quiet and there were no incoming noises.

For the price we expected more luxury (compared to other places we stayed at). The suite was nice but did not feature anything special except the bathroom which was spacious and had a nice shower. The breakfast was good but there are better breakfast options in the area. The towels at the pool could be changed.

The staff were super friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed chatting to them and they were even kind enough to give us advice on things to do. The pool and areas to relax. The breakfasts were delicious and the chocolate brownie was to die for. If you have a late flight you can use the facilities and they even provide a shower should you wish to have one before you leave for the airport.

At night the room was quite bright from the outside lights that were on throughout the night. We did mention this to the managers and they were happy to have the feedback. In the bigger picture this is just a minor thing that could have just been with our room.

The location was perfect for us, around 5 to 10mins from the bars and restaurants but far enough away to have the noise, view from the upper pool area gives you a lovely sea view looking west out of Uluwatu. Pool was great, offered the perfect opportunity to cool off and have conversations with other guests. Breakfast had predominantely western options with a couple of local options also, food was all round really nice from the hotel and the complimentary breakfast really helped to set the day off right! The staff were great, available 24hrs and always super polite and friendly.

Not the hotels fault, but beware there is a lot of steps at this property but that is just the nature of Uluwatu. It's very hilly so you'll struggle to find somewhere that doesn't.
