Beautiful house, historic stone walls and floors. Bedroom suites were carefully done up and very clean. Bed and bedding were extremely comfortable.

Continental breakfast consisted of a very nice yogurt, granola and fruit dish set at each place setting, juice and tea or coffee and a basket of bread and scones. Bread products were white flour only. Cereals and milk were an available. No other options were offered for mainly protein eaters or the gluten sensitive. The property is not visibly labeled as a B&B so it is not easily identified from the street.

We can't praise Knockaderry House enough! This 19th-century gem has been meticulously restored, preserving its original features and oozing the charm and character of a bygone era. Gerry and Mary are exceptional hosts, epitomizing hospitality and going the extra mile for their guests. The breakfast they served was a delight, featuring freshly prepared scones, an array of fresh fruits, and delectable freshly baked pastries. Gerry's attention to detail in accommodating our Halal dietary requirements was truly impressive. everything was very nice and with attention to the smallest details, we found everything we could need, and when we arrived Gerry allowed us to dine on the outside table since we had bought something to eat at the supermarket and he immediately took care of bringing us fresh water and all the crockery we might need. Throughout the house we found small bowls with chocolates and biscuits that made us feel truly pampered. Breakfast was my favorite moment, everything was delicious; and then Gerry offered to give us a ride to the city center and he was very kind.

Knockaderry house is a beautiful historic building set in a quiet neighborhood about a half hour walk from city center. The room had so many lovely touches including a beautiful tea tray. The breakfast was amazing! Delicious and beautiful! It was all set for us in the dining room when we came down. Gerry kindly included gluten-free items for me, so that I had just as lovely a breakfast as my husband. Delicious local yogurt with fresh peaches and raspberries, scones, butter, jam and wonderful coffee!

Location lovely and quiet but quite tucked away and hard to find initially.Room lovely,spotlessly clean,comfortable beds.Not sure that a glass table with crystal on a tiled floor is the best idea in the bathroom.Breakfast nice,bread delicious,maybe toast or access to a toaster could be an idea? Would have preferred a TV in bedroom,but all in all a lovely stay.

Everything. This is the place to stay if you have a car and are staying in Ennis, or doing the cliffs of moher or exploring CO Clare and need a base. The accommodation, the hosts - (Gerry is the perfect B&B host), breakfast is an amazing surprise, even freshly cooked scones in the morning... I can't recommend enough. We were on a road trip around Ireland for just over 2 weeks and this was a stand out - thank you so much Gerry :)

Owner picked me up at the bus station. Greatly appreciated as many delays with airlines pushed back my arrival date. Owners arranged for a taxi to take me and my friend to the Cliffs of Moher to hike for the day. They also gave us a ride to the bus station on the day of our departure. The owner gave us her cell number and said call if you need anything while out and about. I attempted to tip them, at least give them some gas money upon departure, and they politely declined in their easy joking manner. The couples Irish hospitality and humor was the highlight of our stay. The old and historic home was also perfect. They set a beautiful table in the morning for breakfast which is included in the night's lodging.

first of all the hosts mary and jerry were very helpful, friendly and kind. they provided good advice on place to eat and pubs. their place was very homey, comfortable and close to downtown Ennis- a wonderful small town. the breakfast they proved was great! i would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling ireland in this area.

I arrived around 5PM, very tired and hungry. Jerry and Mary were very understanding, Jerry helping with my heavy bag and Mary gave me a lift to a nice restaurant just down the street. My room was very comfortable in their beautiful home. I certainly recommend a stay with them. Thank-you, Jerry and Mary😁💚

Host Gerry was very helpful, offered us a more scenic route through the Burren for our trip to Galway which was definitely worth seeing. Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious.

A little hard to find. Could use a larger sign posted on the road.
