A most beautiful family run hotel that was tucked away in Ennystimon, well done all from a lovely welcome at reception to room service/cleaning, to dining both breakfast and dinner (night entertainment 👌) and leisure centre (spot on👍)....staff are very engaging and pleasant...well done all...a lovely relaxing experience all round..and so central to all historical sights and great information provided on local tourist interests...amazing 😊👍

I hate to say bar menu was super 1st night, but could alternate on other nights as there are absolutely limited restaurants in Ennystimon...just a wee suggestion....but definitely catered for families..thanks for all

Spacious and comfortable room. Beautiful lobby. Spa. Bar food is very tasty. View on the river and falls. Good breakfast.

Floor in the room was dusty, with hair and dust balls around, wasn’t cleaned well. Smell and taste of the tap water is very specific, like it’s from the river. Fine for me, but my wife didn’t like it, so even washing hands was a bit of an issue. Water in the spa was fine though. Spa (pool, sauna, etc.) was included in the room’s price. I forgot my slippers. I asked for a pair in the spa reception, but they said it’s only for spa customers (those who pay additional money for massage, etc., as I understand). I can understand this, but cannot agree. You could do a bit more for your customers.

I had a wonderful night at the Falls. The room was GORGEOUS (and spacious) - I took pictures. I received wonderful service when I dined that evening at the hotel bar (superb superfoods salad) from the attentive and kind staff. The breakfast on offer the next morning was delicious, and the service bar none. What a gem!

As an international traveler, it would have been useful to know what toiletries are provided by the hotel (and aren't provided), so that I could have been prepared to bring along my own conditioner and body lotion (shampoo and body wash were provided). Hardly a deal breaker, but were I to make a tweak, it would be to add this information.

The location in town was so quaint and lovely. I love the donkeys in the field. The food at the bar was superb. I love how close it is to the main street of that town. Beautiful walk from the hotel to the streets of the town. I love the proximity to the Cliff’s of Moher from this town.

We had a difficult time getting to our room we got lost. It would have been helpful to have a little map to get to our room or maybe even a person who could walk us some of the way because the direction by the our front desk agents were a little confusing.

I was in room 108 and I loved the room and the shower space in the bathroom. The bed, was a little high for my short legs but was very comfortable. Breakfast choices were amazing. I had dinner the evening of my arrival. The service and food was very good. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

I noticed a message on the bathroom wall about towel reusage thus perhaps another message can be added as to how to get the hot water from the shower. I turned the dial every which way and lukewarm water is all I could get! Maybe there is a 'secret' knack to it....?

An emotional weekend home to visit the family home and grave. This hotel was ideally situated for visiting Ennistymon. On arrival, we had our room changed to 3 beds instead of the double which was the only one I could get at the time. The staff were fantastic. I've known the hotel for many years because it is my family's home town. It was lovely to stay there by the falls. It was a lovely mix of modern and contemporary. Despite a large wedding going on that evening we still felt welcome and looked after. Would highly recommend it. If we come again we will definitely take advantage of the Spa which looks fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful stay on an emotional visit for myself and my sister.

Really nice comfortable hotel, room was great, beds very comfortable, very clean, lovely shower and bedroom. Great location for exploring Clare.

Everything was really good, room, breakfast, facilities. Only let down was the evening meal in Cascades restaurant, setting was lovely, staff were excellent but food was a let down, overpriced at 50 euro pp for what we got, had chicken as main course but it wasn't nice. Poor meal for price we paid for it.

We enjoyed using the gym and swimming pool and also sitting at the bar with the live music. Also nice allowing my daughter to play on the piano before we left. The longer check-out time (compared to other hotels) was also appreciated.

Breakfast was disappointing which was a shame. I had expected it to be more relaxing. I didn't like having to grab a staff member before they disappeared to ask for a simple cup of tea. Having self-service tea, coffee and also baked beans would have been much better. This would also free up staff to provide more specialised egg-based options and focus on clearing tables. Staff would be more accessible and would look less rushed.

Comfortable room, great pool and gym, good food, welcoming staff. The location is beautiful and the hotel is right by the falls. Lots to do in County Clare within an hour's drive in any direction.

Whilst the room, reception and bar areas etc were great the corridors and linking spaces etc were tired looking and dark.

Front Desk Staff in reception area were extremely friendly and approachable. I had quite a few inquiries over the time period in which I stayed and always felt comfortable in asking them.

I felt the pool age restrictions were pretty strict. Maybe I had read about it when I booked, but I didnt remember. I had my son bring his swimsuit and I didn't bring mine. He is an avid swimmer and I was planning on sitting pool side, but the gentleman would not let him in unless someone 16 or older was submerged in the pool alongside my 11 year old.
