Very kind and accommodating staff. When booking online I had requested to please get a double room instead of a twin (was possible that I could end up with one or the other) and was given the honeymoon suite, which was a very welcome surprise on arrival. Finn was on the desk when we checked in and was really lovely to deal with, as was the night porter whose name I've forgotten.
Possible I simply missed it, but a minor thing was I couldn't easily see what time check out was on any literature in the room or card, but the lovely staff were happy to clarify when asked

I left too early for breakfast but enjoyed my evening meal immensely. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable. A great person to meet your customers. I was very pleasantly surprised by everything. The hotel really exceeded my expectations. Maybe put a couple of sachets of instant coffee in te room.
Such a small thing but I don’t like strong coffee. Perhaps a couple of sachets if instant coffee. I had, fortunately, some coffee in my car so brought that in. Apart from that I couldn’t find anything else. A great experience for me. Thank you.

Lovely hotel. The room was so nice with a four poster bed. Staff are so nice and friendly. Food was lovely. Perfect location overlooking Wexford harbour.
The only issue was the ladies toilets in the lobby were out of order which meant you had to go up stairs to the ladies toilets.

Did not have breakfast but the hotel was comfortable, clean and we had no issues at all. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We didn't really spend much time in the hotel apart from to sleep. Had a late drink when we came in. As residents, there was no trouble. Hotels proximity to wexford town is great and just a short stroll across the bridge. We really enjoyed our short stay in wexford town. Plenty to do and see in this area. Lovely beaches just short drives away, lots of places of historical interest and the town itself offers a huge variety of shops, eateries and pleasant lively pubs. The hotel is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and taverns. Wexford is a lovely safe town to go out in.

The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant food at dinner was very good. Breakfast was excellent with coffee refills being offered. The staff at breakfast were particularly friendly.
The room was smaller than expected with a key as opposed to card access. The restaurant was crowded and noisy for dinner, but I understand the objective of any establishment is to get as many patrons as possible. The staff members were extremely busy and this - understandably - tended to impact service.

We paid for breakfast included in the room rate. The breakfast was good, coffee cup re-filled, and it was good value for money as the amount paid upfront was less than shown on the menu. Our room was beautifully warm all day, which was much appreciated during a very cold spell.
Breakfast was in the large bar, with only a few other table in use. A smaller room set aside for guests would have been more cosy, welcoming and enjoyable.

This hotel was located across the river, out of the city's heart, but close to a gym and short riverside walk. The Wexford Bridge was basically at its door. I'd like to say we received a warm welcome but the receptionist was more officious than over-friendly; perhaps it was simply her manner. The restaurant/bar was welcoming and we ate and drank there several times. The food was delicious. Our room was adequate; the bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was great, good variety and the eggs benedict with salmon noteworthy.
The road out of town is at this hotel's door and it is very, very busy. Parking is okay but walking is better. The Wexford Bridge gives access to the city centre, but don't expect it to be a 5 minute walk, certainly in the rain. This hotel has seen better days. The rooms, while comfortable, are in need of a major revamp. The decor is of a past era, heavy and musty. Our friend's room was so musty and mouldy-smelling we had to spray it with perfume before she could get to sleep. When we were there the separate bar was not open. If you wanted a drink you had to sit down at a table in the restaurant.

I liked the plants at the entrance and inside. Breakfast was very good. The old style of the hotel was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was plenty big, beds were comfortable, bathroom was excellent. Windows could be opened. Nice view onto the river and part of the coast.
We were in room 102, near some kind of an air conditioner. Constant noise (wasn't too loud). When you are not used to that kind of noise, it can keep you awake.

Location is excellent, staff are very extremely friendly and helpful. Properly and rooms are spotless. Gorgeous entrance with trees and lights.
The property is very dated. The lighting in the room was very poor, even with all lights and lamps on it it’s still dark. Rooms are cosy, no air conditioning so maybe complimentary water for guests in the rooms would be a nice touch.

Food was great .Breakfast was really good,a lot to eat. We’ve never had so much to eat anywhere.Dinner was exceptional as well.Would highly recommend the food.Cleanliness was good.No hairdryer in room.Heated towel rail wasn’t working.En-suite lighting very dull.Corridor very dull.
Brighter bulbs required and a little decorating.Cracked tiles in foyer that would need replacing. Some information about places to visit. The town has no Tourist Information office.
