The location of Casa Uffizi is unbelievable....Just off the square next to Sculptures. You just can't ask for a better location in the Uffizi area of Florence. The staff is absolutely fantastic,...they are soooo nice and will do anything to help make your stay better,

There is alot of early morning noise from the restaurants below starting their day, There is no Television in the room,...and if you have a few bags of luggage space is tight. BUT, you are not in Florence to watch TV or spend time in your room. The location is 10 / 10 and the place is clean with daily maid service. All things considered, I highly recommend a stay here for two people when your in Florence,

The location was outstanding. Less than 50m from the Piazza del Signoria. The included breakfast was really cool. You redeem a voucher at the nicest little coffee shop with a huge range of parties.

The stairs to get to the room were quite steep. Wasn't a problem for us, however if you have troubles walking or carrying luggage up stairs then this could be an issue for you.

Location,location,location!!! I first time experienced hotel reception through WhatsApp, but it was positive one.

Breakfast was joke, but at least you got something. Noise from restaurant kitchen downstairs, but it is never quiet in tourist cities.

The location is very convenient. All of the landmarks, galleries and shopping areas are within walking distance. Silvano was very responsive in his communication. On our first day, the place where we were supposed to have our breakfast was unexpectedly closed and Silvano quickly found a nearby alternative, reimbursed us and personally came to apologize for the inconvenience (although it was beyond his control). Very kind of him to make sure we remember Florence with good memories. The bathroom was also nice, spacious and felt like someone put good thoughts in making sure guests have a good experience. Silvano also made efforts to reserve a taxi for our departure.

There is no elevator from the street to the first floor. You have to carry your luggage 16 steps before you can take the elevator. There is no view from the windows.

We were blown away by location. Imagine having breakfast at Piazza Signoria, and thanks to Slivano we received free upgrade and were seated at the Bar Perseo, looking across the Piazza and seeing all these masterpieces in the Loggia, next to Palazzo Vechjio. Imagine looking at the Michelangelo’s David from your table. Then walk couple hundred feet and enter Uffizi Galleries. Unforgettable experience in the heart of Western Civilization. The place, the staff and overall experience was awesome.

Everything was exceptional! Excellent location, very friendly host, we communicated with him via WhatsApp. He recommended us nice restaurants and important landmarks to visit in Florence - it was like you communicate with a friend. Breakfast was also excellent. The room was exceptional clean and comfortable, you feel like home. It was January, but it was very nice warm in the room. ! The stay in Casa Uffizi exceed our expectations and we will be back there again for sure! It was my best experience in Italy and we are so grateful and happy that we choose Casa Uffizi for our stay in Florence.

The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. The room was the right size for a couple, clean and comfy. The owner provided a comfort set (shampoo, conditioner, sewing set, ear plugs, etc.), which is not often included in this price range. The concierge was amazing, sent us tips and advice for restaurants, attractions and more, every day - they deserve a huge 10 for customer service! We had a great experience!

We usually took the stairs because we didn’t feel great using the elevator, but we understand that this is a historic place and you can’t build a better elevator in a constrained space.

The property was very quirky and characterful.It was very clean with tea and coffee provided We paid for breakfast and the arrangement is you go to a local cafe and stand having a coffee and cake this was plenty as you had the choice of so many delicious cakes and the coffee was excellent Although never meeting any staff I felt well supported through messages Oh and not to forget very very central could walk to the dome in a couple of minutes

Was quite difficult to find as down a very narrow alleyway off of a square Google maps was even confused !! No view but didn’t find that a problem as didn’t spend a lot of time in the room

The location is superb. Near to all sites of interest, shops, restaurants. We just walked around everywhere and if we needed a break, we come back to the hotel - easy. The host also provides a lot of insight and recommendations which I appreciated. If you have large luggage like ours, you just have to power through the few flights of stairs, then a lift is available to bring you to whichever floor. Without luggage, we just use the stairs all the way to our room. Room and bed are cozy and clean. It's sufficiently quiet at night to get a good night's sleep.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Florence. It was full of character and literally 2 minutes walk from the Uffizi and the Palazzo Vecchio. This could not have been a better location. The hosts were great and gave fantastic suggestions about where to go and where to eat - they suggested and booked a great restaurant for our anniversary. Breakfast in a cafe in piazza della Signoria was perfect. A wonderful place to stay.
