Everything! Samuela was an excellent at answering all our requests leading up to our trip (as well as during our stay!) We were treated like VIPs and had a wonderful time. From our balcony, we could see the Duomo and listen to the rhythm of the day down below. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was just like home. Breakfast downstairs was coordinated with a local restaurant and was charming and a great way to start our day! Location was excellent and we didn't even have to use a cab for our entire trip to Florence.

From the moment we stepped into Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca, we were enveloped in luxury and charm. The historic ambiance combined with modern amenities made our stay an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail in every corner of this exquisite hotel, from the elegant decor to the impeccable service, surpassed our expectations. Our room was gorgeous and had the most beautiful view of the duomo. The staff at Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca epitomized hospitality, going above and beyond to cater to our every need with warmth and expertise. The staff surprised us with a beautiful array of snacks and prosecco to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. And when one of the restaurants we made a reservation for wasn’t answering their telephone, one of the amazing staff members went down to the restaurant to confirm in person! It’s the personal touches and dedication to service that truly sets this hotel apart. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore Florence's iconic landmarks while still being tucked away down a quiet street away from the big crowds. Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca embodies the epitome of luxury hospitality, seamlessly blending heritage charm with contemporary elegance. Our stay was nothing short of perfection, and we eagerly anticipate our next trip to Florence and this fabulous hotel.

It’s location is perfect! Close to the train station and a train stop, yet close to Il Duomo and most popular attractions. Short walk to Ponte Vecchio. The host/front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean, and quite lovely, with the star being the balcony with a view of Il Duomo!

I only wish it was clear from the description that there isn’t a restaurant or rooftop bar/bar as part of the accommodations; however, it’s not at all an issue since there is a bar right below on the first floor, a beautiful restaurant across the street where you get a voucher for breakfast, and just about anything you could want close by.

This is my second time And I will book it again and agin absolutely. Very cozy clean comfortable they provide us with everything we need. Taking care of every single detail. Best staff ever they were very helpful , kind and amazing . They give suggestions on places to visit. Help us booking the train and the bus to the mall outlet. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level. Location is very good . And it’s near everything even the station Highly recommended.

The location and view from the balcony were amazing. I loved being just off the main center area but close enough to get there in a minute. And the view from the balcony was why I booked the place. The room and bathroom were both modern, with a few old-style aspects that made them fantastic. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I slept in on my trip. The breakfast provided by a local restaurant on the street outside the hotel was simple but fantastic. The hotel employees were very helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

If anything, the stairs, but I expected that, so it didn't detract from my stay, and they did have an elevator that was modern as well.

The place was soooo pleasure. The room is clean, and the host is very nice and knid. They organized some birthday wine for us. It made special memories for me. Also, the host helped me manage ZTL(we rented a car), and it was very helpful. The location is perfect, too. We can visit almost everywhere around 10 minutes. And breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed for 5 days.

Everything about our stay at the Palazzo dei Conti was perfect. The central location to all the major sites, the comfortable and pristine room, the breakfasts across the street, but most of all, the wam and welcoming staff. I can’t say enough good things about Samuela and Rina. They were so welcoming, helpful and treated us as good family friends. If I could rate them 15 out of 10, I would. I’m not sure when we will be able to return to their beautiful city, but if and when we do, we will definitely stay here again.

Location was very convenient. Walking distance to all the places we wanted to go to. Train station very close by. The breakfast across the street at a café was good, too. Above all, most helpful and kind people in charge. Samuela was fantastic. Gave us lots of tips on various things; she also found us several non-gluten options for restaurants. Rina, who took over from her on the weekend, was also very kind. Since we'd been having trouble with cabs not turning up a couple of times, she personally made sure that we were safely on our way to the train station the day we left. Many thanks to them both.

Location is centralised, short walk to the train station. Plus we had a nice little balcony that had some views of the Duomo which was a nice touch

The hotel entrance was a little difficult to find, or rather easy to miss as it is a little wooden door, and we had to head upstairs for the check in. We were originally looking out for a typical hotel lobby and missed the door several times.

We loved that the entire property was located on a single floor, at the top of the building. This allowed us to have great views of the city and feel more tucked away from the street below. We were within walking distance of everything Florence has to offer. My husband and I loved the cafe on the ground floor of the building and stopped in there most afternoons. The breakfast options for the hotel were also lovely - it made it convenient to walk just across the street to grab a buffet breakfast with amazing cornetto’s and cappuccinos! The facility and rooms were very nice and comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We felt like valued guests by the hotel staff and got great food recommendations from them. We already want to make a trip back to Florence and will absolutely be staying here again.
