We loved our stay at Terre Pellagos this summer. The location is excellent - just a short walk (uphill) once you exit from the tunnel that connects Manarola to the train station. We stayed in the cave room which was very comfortable, clean and had a nice view of the town. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. We were able to the hear the trains passing through Manarola from the room but didn't mind that at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful - they even helped us in making reservations for dinner at one of the best restaurants in Manarola ahead of our arrival. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location and amazing apartment! Lorys was my main contact and was incredibly kind and friendly since the booking. She sent very detailed instructions of how to get to the apartment, what was very helpful!! The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable, and they even have a coffee machine and a few cookies and a greeting gift. There is a balcony public for the guests with amazing view! I was traveling alone with my 3 year old son, so when I was checking out they offered me a local service of luggage carrier to the train station that saved my life!

The location is just amazing! Right in the heart of Manarola and inches from the train station. The room itself is really spacious and beautifully laid out. En-suite was incredible with a great shower! We arrived later than anticipated (after check-in) but had clear instructions on how to gain access to our room - all very smooth. I’d advise anyone staying here to limit yourself to a small bag, if you can, so you don’t have to lug heavy baggage up and down the streets and the stairs. If you’re driving to Manarola then be aware that the closest parking is a 10-minute walk uphill from the property. Okay on the way down but it’s a steep walk back to the carpark. Seriously, pack light! (or take the bus) There are plenty of lovely bars and restaurants within a minute’s walk.

If you’re a light sleeper than the proximity to the train station may prove disruptive as you can hear the trains rumble right past until after midnight and from about 6am - but I sleep like a log so it wasn’t an issue.

This room was great. And Loris was very helpful and welcoming. My daughters and I agreed ~ this had the best room facilities out of all the Italian rooms we stayed in over the course of our trip. The shower was great. Air conditioner worked well. Very private part of the hotel (we had the cave room). Honestly not one complaint. Also it was the most comfortable bed we had in 17 days in Italy.

Nothing. It was perfect

A guesthouse only 5 minutes walk from Manarola station. Clean and comfortable with decent bathroom. The manager gave us local information and booked us a table at Trattoria dal Billy where we had an excellent prawn spaghetti meal-without a booking we would not have got served. The train sounds were actually rather nice-not a problem at all

We had a room next to the main door and so heard people coming in and out.

The room was clean and airy and looked just like the pictures. There is a door in the room leading straight to the shared balcony which was a bonus for us. Walking from the train station with two large luggages wasn't a problem, as there were no stairs and we could haul our luggage upslope. The train sounds were more like an undertone. I personally loved the sound of frogs at night.

Location was super easy to find from the train station. Owner and staff were helpful with any questions we had. Room was comfortable and the shared balcony was a definite bonus. Laundry services were available at a reasonable cost.

The bed was low to the floor but was comfortable. There wasn't a room safe.

Loris is a wonderful host. She provided all the details about the area and was very communicative from the beginning. The place was 2 queen size beds, good size washroom And very close to the station, helping us with lugging our luggage easily to the suite. Directions were great. Loris also helped us with the booking to a nice restaurant

I stayed this hotel to see the famous "Presepe" for Christmas Season, and the hotel is located in the perfect location. You can enjoy the illumination from the balcony of the hotel, it's located in the center, and the restaurant recommended by the host was excellent. Her travelling advice was also very helpful. I really enjoyed the stay :)

The staff are exceptional! We felt so welcome as soon as we arrived. The room and bathroom were more spacious than expected. There’s no breakfast provided, but they left us crackers, biscuits, jam and espresso to start off the morning. They also do boat tours around Cinque Terre, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to do this during our stay.

We were there in spring (not warm enough for AC, but too warm for heat) and there was a lot of humidity in the air of the rooms. Clothes in my suitcase always felt a little damp in the morning. A dehumidifier would probably solve the problem! The train goes underneath the property, just good to know if you’re a light sleeper!
