The location was perfect - right in the heart of Siena with the brilliant ‘Prosciutteria’ restaurant literally next door to us! The view from our balcony was breathtaking - a classic Tuscany landscape which was sensational. The room was huge and the bed really comfortable. This was a very special place & we will return here if we come back to this stunning city.

We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel because the room looked dark - but I am sure it was delicious.

Location is ideal for exploring the city. The room was very spacious and well looked after with a lovely original fresco ceiling.

The frontage and vestibule weren't very attractive as you went through the outer doors, but completely fine once up a couple of floors and through the inner doors. Also please note there is no permanent reception desk so if you arrive early and just want to drop luggage you need to phone the manager and wait for him to arrive. However he was very prompt in appearing and let us have the room early as it was ready which we were grateful for but didn't expect. It wasn't clear if there was a secure place to leave luggage when the building was unmanned.

The room was far larger than it looked online. It was very pretty and the bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not that they can control it, but the palazzo is close to some bars which don't close until 2am, and the noise went on way beyond then even on weeknights. Make sure to bring earplugs.

Location is excellent. Also our room was on the back side of the building so that reduced the noise of the partying on the street. Siena is lively at night!

We had asked for twin beds but what we got was a queen bed and a pull out sleeper chair which was not particularly comfortable. But the room was spacious with big windows opening to the greenery below. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

The room was amazing. The ceiling is exceptional and the bed was very comfy. We were allowed to check in early, which was great. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful.

It was a bit hot and if you opened the window it was noisy with traffic starting at 6am. We sorted this on the second night by cooling the room down early evening, then it was fine overnight.

The room was comfortable with a beautiful view, and the location —everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious. It was a convenient and enjoyable stay

Excellent location, friendly kind service and a lovely buffet breakfast. The room was stunning and made our stay very special. The video to show us how to get in was clear and concise.

It was hard to find as we arrived at dinnertime and had to drive strait through the narrow street with diners on every side to get to the apartment. even tho the host told us to drive strait until we found him it took us awhile to believe that we actually could drive thru the crowded narrow street. (it felt like driving on a busy sidewalk with restaurant diners /walkers all around in LA) We stayed in the family sized room and there was an ac unit hooked up in there that only felt cool if we were standing over it. It was so hot and humid it took awhile to fall asleep but we were grateful to have that unit! WiFi only worked in the hallway not in the room

The location is fantastic 😊 Very central, next to Piazza Campo and lots of fancy restaurants. You can visit the most important monuments walking. Juliano, the owner, was very kind and efficient. Siena? No words to describe it...

How quaint it was. You felt like you were transformed back in time. The breakfast room was small but it was beautiful with the manager there to ensure that you have everything. Staff are very friendly and accommodating

Nothing. At first I was unsure about having a private bathroom down the corridor. However, I surprised myself at how much it didn’t bother me, and the bathroom was huge! It is well documented on the website there is no air conditioning. However, there was a large portable unit in our room when we arrived.
