The concierge (Alberto) spoke good English, was very welcoming and provided useful information. Check in was easily communicated. We were able to deliver our bags ahead of us, and also left our bags in the hotel temporarily post check out. Breakfast was provided and plentiful. The hotel had a beautiful garden with a view of part of the city. Despite a downtown location, it was quiet once the windows were shut. There is a laundromat opposite, and a supermarket 200m down. Plenty of dining options right outside. We went in as a group of 9 and loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is very well located, close to many attractions and restaurants in Siena. Everything was super cleaned, organized and signed. The breakfast was very tasty, the garden is gorgeous and you can have your breakfast in there. The bedroom was very comfy! It was super easy to communicate with Alberto. He accommodated our check-in, check-out and parking. Besides that, he recommended us amazing restaurants in town! We really appreciate attention to detail and he is a master on it! I couldn't recommend it more! If we ever go back to Siena we would definitely stay there again!

The property was in a great location in the heart of Siena, minutes to Piazza del Campo. Room was very beautiful, spacious with a large bathroom/shower. The room had beautiful murals painted on the ceiling that made you feel that you were in some grand European palace. Beds/Pillows were extremely comfortable, Room and entire property was very clean. Breakfast is served in the backyard overlooking a beautiful garden, with various cold choices, as well as cooked eggs. The best of all was the care, concern and help provided by Alberto at the front desk. He was amazing for all the attention he gave us and the assistance provided whenever we needed it. He was, by far, the best host we had during our 18 day trip, which is saying a lot, since we did have some great hosts.

The room we were in faced a main street with 3 or 4 restaurants/bars right outside of our window. Noise was heard until way past midnight, and interfered with our sleep. Alberto was very sympathetic, but there was nothing he could do (there were no rooms to switch us to). We highly recommend this property though, because all other aspects were wonderful. Just make sure that the room that you reserve is not the front room facing the street which we were in. I believe all other rooms face the back and are far from the noise. The property would have received a 10 rating, had it not been for the noise.

lovely setting close to the highlights of Siena. our room (13) overlooked the garden and beautiful valley. Woken by the sun and swifts and smell of jasmine each morning. Very comfortable and two excellent restaurants within a hundred metres in each direction. Breakfast nothing exceptional but lovely that we could sit on the terrace to eat it

Communicative and Welcoming - The staff at Il Giardino far exceeded our expectations and surpassed every other accommodation that we booked for our recent 8-night trip to Italy. This is not an overstatement. During a long and arduous travel day related to strike-related train cancellations, our host provided information for alternate methods of transportation that helped us arrive in Siena a whole 4.5 hours earlier than we anticipated! This blessed us with an extra night to eat, drink, and walk in our favorite city in the world. They were also a simple text/phone call away from any services we needed. Prompt and friendly responses! Accommodation - Breakfast and garden were beautiful! A lovely dining room was available for breakfast each day, and access to the garden was easy and available for the rest of the day to sit and enjoy a view of the Tuscan countryside. Location - Perfect. We were able to comfortably traverse the city while being no further than an easy 10-15 minute walk away. Thanks to Umberto, we found three excellent restaurants (including my new favorite - Osteria la Sosta di Violante) within 500 ft of our lodging. We loved Il Giardino di Pantaneto and plan to return. They were wonderful hosts!

It would have been better if we stayed more than three nights at this centrally-located bed and breakfast. I didn't like the fact that I didn't have enough time to try all the outstanding restaurant recommendations that I received from Umberto.

A lovely boutique hotel experience in Siena. The location was perfect and the comfort level was high. Less than 15 euro to catch a taxi from the station. A perfect experience in Siena.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Alberto’s exceptional service truly made a difference, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast the next morning was delightful, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We were looking forward to spending time in the lovely garden, but unfortunately, the rain kept us indoors. We had such a great stay that we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

The property was a hidden gem in a busy town. Once walking through the front door the hotel had a sense of peace. Our room had a magnificent view over the garden to the wall and valley beyond. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Alberto was fabulous with the amount of information he gave us. Unfortunately I was unwell on the morning of our departure and they were very accommodating for a late checkout and even texted later in the day to make sure I was okay. Fabulous service and accommodations. Would highly recommend.

We have had the most amazing state at this beautiful B&B. It all starts with the wonderful communication with the hosts/owners (Laura and Alberto), who are warm, kind and knowledgeable, providing all sorts of great tips on where to eat and what to see. They were also welcoming of our kids, which was great to see. The room itself was spacious, well decorated, nicely clean and boasted an incredible view over the hills of Tuscany (and the garden in which we were able to enjoy our breakfast). The location itself is fantastic for exploring Siena itself, but also for taking the car from a nearby parking lot and exploring the region (and there is plenty to explore). There really is absolutely nothing that could be any better.
