Beautiful quiet location next to a Church. View of the rooftops of Venice and could hear the soothing sounds of the boats on the water during my stay. Basic facilties, especially the bathroom but still a homely stay. The bunk beds were a fun experience! Welcoming and kind staff :)

The location was great, very convenient to get everywhere and right the by the water. I like the spacious room with plenty of storage, and the separate bathroom. Amenities were provided such as towels, soaps and shampoo. Staff were friendly on arrival.

There was no air con in the rooms. There was also insufficient power points in the large 4 bed room I stayed in. There seemed to be points only in two corners of the room, which was fine on my side because the was an extension multi cord to share with the person on the other side, however the other side of the room only had the single power point. This was crucial because we needed to use the fans provided in order to stay cool with no air con. The only other thing is that there is a fridge to put items in but it is not accessible outside of reception hours, which meant not being able to get my breakfast at my early checkout time.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Great communication. And very accommodating. The location was right next to a water bus which was very continent. Great resturant right outside too. The room was very clean and large. I would definitely go back to this hotel and plan to return I would just be careful to select a room with air conditioning during summer.

I didn't realize there wasn't air-conditioning. That was the only negative. Also they have a hotel style room within the hostel which I would have booked had I realized. This was my fault not there's.

We really loved staying here, it was right next to our favourite restaurant Da Alvise, on the canal. The room was large and it was so nice opening the windows up to the canal and hearing the boats splashing too.

The hostel part (private double room) is fine, it’s nice but they use the bit outside your room as a storage area of sorts, so at all hours, people were in and out and it shook the room door every time, and it was loud. We made a cardboard wedge so it wouldn’t shake so much. I know it’s “just” the hostel area, but if you pay a few hundred for two nights, you should be treated the same. Just my opinion.

Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but the blonde woman in the reception was so nice and helpful. She pointed me to a lot of good places to visit, she was very nice every time we interacted. The place is just near the vaporetto to Burano/Murano which was very convenient, I could reach any place I'd like with a few minutes walk and at the end of the day I had a quiet place to sleep (since the place is not in the center you don't get all the center buzz). Very decent and convenient place for the price :)

This property is located right next to the boat stop, which is great for access to the other islands. It is also out of the way of the main streets so nice and quiet, but still close enough for easy access. 10/10 for location. 10/10 for staff as well as they were lovely and greeted us every day kindly. Walls are thin, but is still quiet when sleeping. The shared bathroom is also great because there are 6 individual rooms with toilet, sink and shower. If coming to Venice again, I would 100% rebook and recommend to others!

I liked the comfy bed, the quiet location in Venice, but next to vaporetto stations, also next to a quiet restaurant. Next time I go to Venice I will come back here.

There was no central heating in October , we I asked from the receptionist to do something about it. He didn't. Hopefully they have blankets in the room, so...

This was the second time we stayed at the dorm for a night on the way back home. We were lucky to get the new room built for four. It even smelled new and has and excellent build. Separate shower, washing machine (if you need) and even a proper kitchen. So all in all it was an even better experience than for the first time. Next time I am on the road needing a room to stay I shall definitely come back again.

Very polite staff, supported all needs, the room was clean, everything needed was there, has hair dryers, fans in the room,provides toilet paper, soap, shampoo, has vending mashines downstaires for drinks and snacks. Right outside place there is a nice cafe for breakfast or you can choose an option to have breakfast in hostel for 10 euros per person. Very nice view and calm place, recommend!

The showers and toilets could be cleaned more often, I understand that some visitors don’t really respect the work and shared areas leaving mess around and that is not the staff problem, but we had to deal with loads of mess in shared toilets and showers.

Amazing proximity to the F Nove water taxi station (1 min walk) so if you’re arriving from airport or wanting to go to Murano/Burano it is excellent. About 20 minute walk to the train station. Really spacious room too. No air conditioning, but the room was actually cool and the fan provided was all I needed to get a very comfortable temperature in the room.

Unfortunately the sink in my room was broken, so I couldn’t drain water from it. Toilet paper was provided in the rooms, but you have to remember to take it with you each time you want to use the restrooms, as there is none in there!
