Everything about the hotel is excellent! The quality of the materials used and the attention to details are outstanding! The location is perfect since it’s in a very quite area, but very close to San Marco. And also the customer service is at another level, we felt extremely welcomed and we got a lot of help in planning everything we wanted for our trip (thank you Corina, you were amazing)! The restaurant is also very good, with delicious dishes and friendly staff. Can’t wait to be back!

Nothing to dislike, not even for a picky person.

The allure of Venice, becomes complete with a stay at MyVenice. Everyone who passes through the door has the privilege to meet, and befriend the supreme staff. Each team member uniquely brings a personality, and harmony to the hotel. The talented young chef surprised us with his creative dishes to the point that we dined there twice for dinner. Vasili cooks from the heart....and the waitstaff, and manager were a true delight which made our evenings more of an experience than any other restaurant in Venice. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, and the room settings are visually stunning. There is a modern Venetian grace, and elegance that exudes from every space. A place to linger, and absorb the impeccable ambiance. We would return to MyVenice in a heartbeat.... Jan Infante

Delicate hotel, great interior design, love the structure of my room, and all the glasses they use is so beautiful. The restaurant deserves a star, the best tomato pasta I’ve ever had, and the croissant plate they made spontaneously is sublime. We like the staffs very much, they have passion on their job, and take care everyone stay with them hospitably.

Small things for improvement: 1) the switch panels for the room lights are a bit difficult to match, need to test and remember which button is for which light. would be good to have an icon on it to indicate. 2) bed is a bit too soft.

Excellent small boutique hotel. Only 10 rooms in the entire hotel, Staff makes you feel like highly valued guests not just a number.

A magical Venetian adventure! We spent three unforgettable nights in this wonderful hotel, located one kilometer from St. Mark's Square. And you know what? This turned out to be a real advantage! The hotel's location is a true gem. Close enough to the main attractions (just a 15-20 minute leisurely walk to the heart of Venice), yet away from the tourist hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, immersing ourselves in the atmosphere of authentic, unhurried Venice. The hotel staff was simply magnificent! Every request of ours was fulfilled quickly and with genuine care. They helped us feel like special guests. And the breakfasts... They were absolutely stunning! Every morning, a real feast for the taste buds awaited us. The freshest croissants and aromatic coffee - everything was prepared with love and served impeccably. Our room was cozy and elegant, with a view of a quiet Venetian canal. Falling asleep to the gentle lapping of water and waking up in a peaceful environment - priceless! This is the perfect place for those who want to immerse themselves in the true atmosphere of Venice, while still being able to easily reach the main attractions. We fell in love with this hotel and will definitely return again!

We had an amazing stay at Palazetto My Venice Hotel! The location is unbeatable, nestled perfectly in the heart of Venice, making it easy to explore all the city has to offer. Our room was not only incredibly comfortable but also had an artistic charm that added a unique touch to the experience. The staff truly made our stay exceptional, with Stephan and Valeria going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail really made us feel welcome. The breakfast each morning was wonderful, offering a delightful start to our day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we can’t wait to return to this gem in Venice!

Everything! Just wow! Amazingly quiet and convenient location only 15 mins walk to the San Marco Piazza, exquisite luxury and attention to detail everywhere. The staff were particularly attentive, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was stunning - fresh and high quality. A special praise has to go to Margherita and Corina who helped make our stay for my wife’s 50th super special - little touches like balloons, champagne and a cake delivered to our room on her birthday. Without doubt we will absolutely return again in the future!

From the moment we arrived, we had a fantastic stay. The staff could NOT have been nicer. We were welcomed and offered water after a long travel day, and they made sure our room was ready within 10 minutes of our arrival. They decorated the room with balloons, champagne, and dessert (as we were celebrating our anniversary). The hotel was clean, easy to find, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was top notch. As a boutique hotel, there were under 20 rooms, which I found charming and allowed the staff to keep things running smoothly. We loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect! Excellent location, very comfortable rooms with a very Venetian design and atmosphere. Very intimate small hotel but perfect for a few days in town. Breakfast is delicious, staff are very professional and courteous. The place is clean and well maintained, really nothing to say! The price is also fair.

Just the light switches in the room are very confusing.. but very small detail! Also the bathroom is in the bedroom which is fine for a solo traveler or very intimate couple.

Stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and had a great time. Cozy well maintained room, everything looks and feels new. The breakfast was very good, fresh and well made. Staff is nice and went above and beyond to make our stay special, got us flowers and cake for my girlfriends birthday! I recommend this hotel for any couple that comes to venice and wants to stay away from the crowds.
