Location: Very close to Milano Centrale which makes it easy to use the trains and metro. Super market and pharmacy very close. Room: It was very good for the price. I had everything I needed. The room was cleaned every day which was very nice. They also stored our luggages since we arrived very early.

Location: It may be very convenient to catch trains but the area felt very unsafe especially for women. Lots of people who look at you weirdly and making you uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend walking alone there especially at night.

First room was noisy due to tram area . I was transfered to another room but the bathroom shower floods the flooring of the whole toilet n bath due to no glass door or no shower curtain it makes the flooring totally wet and can be slippery .

The hotel was 500 meters from where the bus from Malpensa leaves you. Also next to the Central Station and various bus stops.The metro is super easy to use just google maps search where you wanna go and look and the metro stops. The staff was really nice and spoke English. The sheets and bath towels where changes everyday. The room was super clean and it had a safe. I would recommend getting an outlet extender or the triple outlets. Will stay again if I ever find myself in Milan again. Thank you guys.

Our room was pretty spacious with a big bathroom, they were both clean and fine. We tried the morning breakfast at the hotel, and it was great. (The presentation of the food wasn't the most fancy but the food was great!) The location of the hotel is really great, there are a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The Duomo is a circa 40 mins walk, which was great for us.

The location of the hotel is near the central train station so if you're easily disturbed by the sound of trains this might not be the best choice for you, although it wasn't a problem for us.

Room with a very good space, confotable bed, nice staff and worth money paid. Station and metro less than 10mins from hotel. Breakfast not expensive too. lf go back to Milan don't mind to stay again in this hotel.

would be nicer if there was at least a small kettle as speaking for myself l am a tea/coffee lover. Its time that furniture will changed too.

Location was convenient and offered good value for money. Staff was also helpful.

Would be good to have decentralised heating, as we sometimes found the room temperature to be a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is at a 5 min walk from the Milano Central Station which is great if you arrive late by train and just want to crash in a bed quickly. The building looks a bit old, the taste in the room is not great but it is clean, which I guess in times of a pandemic is the most important. The receptionnists are nice and helpful however they haven't been able to help with the timetables of the shuttle to Linate Airport. And as the wifi was not working in the room, we have not been able to access the information and went randomly for 8am, crossing our fingers!

Great location, helpful staff. Very clean standard hotel. Only a 5 minute walk from Milano central. Lots of small stores and restaurants/ cafes close by.

Couldn’t seem to get any channels on the tv. Not a problem really if I’m honest was out all day just returned to sleep at night. Internet worked fine so not a problem.

I loved the breakfast. That was awesome, there were variety of choices and food was delicious. I am happy I got the bath tub as I requested. I recommend this accommodation near Centrale station to everyone. Very comfortable to every facility.

There was a problem with the window. We couldn’t open it fully. I guess it was blocked.

We only had an overnight stay but it was really convenient for train and airport bus. While a bit old fashioned it was clean with an excellent bathroom and comfy bed.
