Excellent location very near to train stations and supermarkets, right above the fantastic good mall Regent Place with a connection door, spacious room and good view, helpful and patient staff

1) Dining table light bulb burnt for 7 days. We informed the front desk but no one replaced the burnt bulb even on our departure date with explanations like no bulb inventory, no engineer to replace … 2) our the elevator went up and down during our lift uncontrollably on our departure date. It happened that we needed to catch outbound flight…. Very scary experience

This was not our first visit to Frasers and admittedly it hadn't met our expectations after the pandemic but that was understandable because the hospitality industry was decimated and there were staff shortages. But it seems everything is back to normal now and service was excellent. Our dishwasher was broken by a previous occupant but maintenance fixed that immediately. Location is excellent as always. Very convenient and easy to get to everywhere in the CBD.

The sound but thats not the property's fault. Being in the CBD you will get a lot of noise from the outside even with the double layered glasses.

Staff were so lovely on arrival, showed us the room so we could see the view before payment (we didn’t even have to ask). Lovely apartment, gorgeous view, location was excellent, staff were so lovely, housekeeping perfect and always helpful.

We loved it and would stay again, although the bed gave us sore backs, pretty typical when it’s not your usual bed although we had to change our departure date and transport home because of this. The bathroom was also a little small, just keep in mind if you are looking for a bigger bathroom. Otherwise perfection.

Location is excellent. Staff at check in (Justin and Cindy) were super helpful. Room was ready, as expected. Room key is practical for lift and room. Room/Bed were very clean, towels too. Had very nice liquid shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. Opted for mini kitchenette option - nicely equipped for making tea and storing water or a little bit of food. Breakfast is good and delivered to room, if asked.

There is no 24/7 in-room dining option. For travelers from Middle East, depending when you land, you might get hungry on first night. Uber does not deliver beyond a certain time and options are limited. If it rains, they don't deliver - as we found out.

Our room was on the 30th floor, the view outside at night was brilliant. The place was very clean and tidy, , room was spacious and modern, the bed was comfortable, location is in Sydney CBD convenient to everywhere you want to go, Town Hall train station is a short walk. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Perfect accommodation for a staycation!

It's only minor, there's a sensor in the living room for the aircon to activate( which we weren't informed). We called the guest services and they were helpful to fix it for us.

This is now my second time staying at Fraser Suites and I love it! It is located in the best spot, close to city shipping, public transport including trains, trams & buses. Not a far walk to Darling Harbour either. Very comfortable, exceptionally clean, has a lovely vibe and very cozy! Would definitely recommend this Hotel for brides, larger families and safe for the little ones, weekend staycations, travelling interstate and even for business travel.

Everything was exceptional only thing our room didn't have was a toilet cleaner, this should definitely be in every room.

Staff were friendly at check-in and checkout, and they made things very easy,. The room was perfect for a solo traveller, although you could hear the elevator and talking when it was quiet and occasionally loud traffic (I was on the 32 floor). Amenities were nice (the bathroom grout was black in some places) and the shower was free of mould. The bed was very comfortable and they have a pillow menu! Which I found amazing. Will definitely come and stay again.

Occasionally you could hear the elevator and talking outside in the hallway.

Location is the best with this price. Also the parking fees is the cheapest compared to the hotel around Sydney CBD. It’s $52 and others are around $60-$90.

The bathroom. I am not sure why was sand on the floor and some tiles was broken up which cut my toes. I was in this room for 2 nights which I thought the 2nd night will be cleaned up but end up wasn’t. That’s the only downside for this hotel.

location and room size. We also liked that the staff did everything they can to accommodate our request - early check in. They put us in an accessible room but it was inconvenient for us as the bathroom had very wet floors, but they made up for it by offering to move us to the earliest available room which we declined, and giving us complimentary chocolates and a bottle of wine. We loved the gym as well.

The ambience, friendly reception staff, the clean apartment, clean facilities like the leisure area with pool, sauna, and spa. It’s such an amazing stay and made a very memorable experience with my mum on her birthday. They also provided complimentary wine a small box of chocolates on arrival. Would highly recommend and will be back again soon! Thank you Fraser Suites for a lovely stay.
