The staff were welcoming and helpful, although I had made a mistake on booking the rooms, my mistake. Ended up with 1 non smoking and 1 smoking room. The non smoking room didn't appear to smell of smoke. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Breakfast was good with several choices and beverages too. Laundry facilities were very useful and takes 100 yen coins. Good views of Mt Fuji from both rooms. It's about a 45 - 60 minute walk to the main bus station. Taxi costs about 1600 yen. The free shuttle bus is useful for getting to the main bus station.

The staff was incredibly patient to our request for a taxi (we inquired about it 3 times), and were still very helpful with a smile in getting us a taxi after our 3rd request. The breakfast was simple but filling before our hike to 5th station (we started from the shrine), so we were happy to have that instead of searching out a place. The room was much larger than we had anticipated, appreciated the space to repack our bags.

We had a quiet spacious , clean room , which had views of Mount Fuji. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Mt Fuji station, which is the best place to board the early morning bus to Mt Fuji fifth station. There’s a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko .

The breakfast was ok, but not a huge choice. There’s a few places to eat in the area , but there’s no nearby main street for eating and drinking .

for the good price during peak period, the hotel was cozy and clean enough for a short stay. our room was looking at mt fuji, beautiful in the morning. i also loved the pillows and bed, its not too soft! location was convinient and the staff were all friendly and helpful. breakfast was nice. honestly no complains!

The staff have difficulty in conversing in English but they tried their best using Google translate etc to understand and help us. She also help us to fill up the luggage transportation form promptly as promised. The stay come with buffet breakfast which filled up our stomach well before we leave to start climb fuji. 😋 The spread was oiishi !! Also, the room come with a good view of fujisan !!

I booked a smoking room by accident and found out about it too late. So I was expecting terrible smoke smell in the room but it was not too bad. The hotel is located in the walkable distance from Fujisan station.

My room was "mountain view" and it technically was, but the window was very small... maybe because it was located at the end of the floor? We were able to see Mt. Fuji but I wish the window was a little bigger.

Fujisan Station Hotel is located a few minutes walk from the station and bus port in Fujioshida. The rooms are a little dated but incredibly clean. The breakfast room has a very pleasant outlook and the staff were very courteous. Views to Fuji-Dan outside the front door and it’s easy to walk to local shrines, cafes, bars and vintage stores.

The hotel is 3 minutes' walk from the central station. A small and quiet hotel. The breakfast is very tasty. We got a room with 2 very comfortable beds and the room is very spacious.

The wifi in the room disconnects from time to time.

Very close to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. We had views to Mt. Fuji. The breakfast was served at 6.30 am which was perfect to start the day early.

The room is a bit small for 3 people if they carry large luggage. It was not our case, so it was perfect for us.

The hotel located near the Fujisan Station, super convenient. The signs are clear to get there. The staff are friendly, polite and professional, can communicate in English. The hotel common area, restaurant and hotel room are clean and tidy. Would highly recommend to stay there:)
