Super easy check in. Super friendly staff + fast response via booking dot com. They were apologetic when we accidentally broke one of the glasses - thanks so much for the care shown to us! Property itself was brand spanking new, all rooms were upstairs with one bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also another toilet on the ground floor. I particularly appreciate the fact there is one full body mirror and mirrors in the toilet too! My most favourite spot in the house is sitting on the tatami using the chair provided in the corner of the living room, oh it was so relaxing! Futon is on the thinner side though. Easy walking distance to KFC, a Japanese restaurant, Daiso and a supermarket.

The host is very helpful, responded quickly. Also like about the location, cleanliness, air-conditioners, convenient carparking, water pressure and instant water temperature. The beds are comfortable Ideal for family stay

- TV. There’s no local channel, unable to log in after resetting from previous guests, it’s too small - WiFi reception is unsatisfactory, slow & unstable. Need to login to different wifi at each floor is hectic - Towel rack inside shower area will make towel wet, need few hooks outside the shower. Wet room door needs to be lockable - Each step of staircase is too high, understand to save space

The host response to my enquiries and willing to answer all the questions I asked. Clear instructions to guide me for entering the villa. The location of the villa is really nice with an unexpected good view of Mt.Fuji. Also it is easy to find with lots of restaurants and different kinds of store nearby. The villla is clean and tidy. Also the bedrooms, toilets and bathroom are nice.

Suggest to ready more cooking tools and simple seasoning, like oil, salt and sugar, for the tenants to use.

Very spacious. Two proper bedrooms and a third area with Japanese style mattresses. We did use this. We had a car so we wanted a property with parking. There’s parking right outside the front Easy check in and check out process. If you plan to stay in the Fuji area and have a car, I recommend this place for groups

Our family was welcomed in a very nice and clean house. Comfortable, well located, and from the terrace of the house we chose, we could see Mount Fuji, FujiQ Highland and many other things. We will come back on our next trip. Good luck with your work, thank you.

Location- stonethrow fr McD, KFC & many restaurants. Free Parking-plenty. Convenience shopping walking distance. Roof balcony- view of Mt Fuji better than in front of Lawson. Appt clean, with washing machine & dryer. Kitchen facility - complete.

Everything is good.

The best place I chose during my trip to Japan! It was incredibly clean, exceptional, and offered a direct view of Mount Fuji from the third floor (I stayed in the “Suite P”). Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Brand new house, very clean and comfortable. Connecting room perfect for parents with young children. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

We arrived at night and it wasn’t clear where the specific villa was located. Would be good if there’s signage from carpark.

It was roomier than I thought. Plenty of space for a family of 5. It also comes with a parking space and a washer and dryer. And everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute drive.

Very big apt. Clean, comfortable, great beds, we used the perfect kitchen for cooking, the complimantery beverages waited for us, the quiet neighborhood - it is a perfect place to stay!
