Very close to the station and bus stop. The hotel is literally behind Fuji-Q Highland so if you're planning to visit there it's very convenient. They allowed me to leave my luggage when I was too early. All facilities are clean. Plenty of showers, sinks and toilets.

You have to be out 10am-3pm for cleaning.

Very clean, modern and convenient. Lawson convenience store right next to it. Big supermarket and drug store not far from it. Really convenient for the Fuji-Q Highland amusement park. Staff is really friendly. One stop from Kawaguchiko station where you can get buses to different parts of the Mt. Fuji region.

It's generally quiet, but if you are a light sleeper you might have some trouble as there's always people coming in and out even during the night. Luckily they provide free ear plugs. I wish the lockers were a bit bigger. Everyone needs to leave the premises between 10AM and 3PM, which wasn't a problem for us but it might get annoying if you are tired and wants to sleep till later.

Even though there is a train station right over the rail, the bedroom area is quiet. Bunk bed is very comfortable. Both shower rooms and toilet areas are well maintained. Microwaves and hot water are available at the lounge for us to use. And staffs are very polite and friendly. I have stayed in this capsule hotel a few times already, and I recommend this place to my friends and would like to come back again.

It was not the hotel’s fault at all, but there was a guest who was talking loudly on the phone in the bedroom area and I woke up because of him. Considering the situation I would not blame hotel staffs for it. Aside from that one guest, it was all good.

Chose this location to experience a capsule hotel. It was a good experience. A large locker was provided which would fit large hiking backpacks. Facilities were very clean. The capsule itself had good lighting, power outlets and sound proofing from external noises to the building. Was a good stay for the price.

There was only one washing machine and dryer, so if there were a couple of people in front of you it was a long wait to use them. Also, the dryer (mens at least) didn't completely my clothes, they were still a bit damp at the end of the cycle. Luckily for me my pod was in the section that didn't contain the toilet / shower area. I imagine the foot traffic could be slightly noisy if your pod was located right next to the door. But overall, very small issues and my stay was a good experience.

Very close to Fuji Q park. There’s a combini nearby. Pretty spacious building, spacious cabins, easy check in, good bathroom. I didn’t expect them to have amenities! Late check in is available.

It’s hard to get there from bus stop at night in Fuji Q entrance (bus from Tokyo). The instructions on Google were confusing, because park and gates were closed. We needed to figure out the right way to get there. And at some point we needed to walk through the fence. Would be good to have explanations about this route as well on the website or somewhere (map for nighttime check in)

Conveniently located. Trains from Fujikju Highland depart regularly and don’t take long to Kawaguchiko (just use your Suica card). It’s a capsule hotel of the „gigantic“ category, meaning there are tons of capsules. Despite that, it wasn’t noisy or messy during my stay. Staff were friendly. You do have to leave the hostel from 10 to 3 I believe - but you should be out exploring anyways.

Everything was clean, the only thing I’ve noticed was a bad smell at the toilet / urinal section of the bathroom - they have many air fresheners there, but I think they should rather take a look at the underlying piping problem. Given that it’s a big capsule hotel it lacks personality compared to smaller hostels, but that’s to be expected.

- Location is very good, 5 mins walk to train station and entrance of Fuji Q Highland - Staff is great, support everything, answer every questions - Capsule is clean, modern, love it - Important for who would like to enjoy in Fuji Q Highland, you can buy ticket from hotel amount 5,000 yen instead of 6,000 yen and they will give you a paper to let you go in FujiQ from 9:30AM (normally 10AM) this is very special because you can go to take photo and queue your favorite machine before a lot of people

No, everything is perfect

Amazingly clean! beds are so comfortable and good sense of privacy, box is large, everyone keep quiet in the sleeping room. I had a very good sleep! Washing rooms are well equipped. in the female one there are creams, hair dryers etc. There is hot water in the hall room to make tea or noodles. it’s in the Fuji Q station and to get to Kawaguchico lake you will need a liner tram to get to the station, and then a bus or 40 min walk to get to the north part of the lake. can reach chureito pagoda by walk. good value for money

all went well. location in the Fujiyoshida city would have been better but it was all booked out.

Plenty of locker space and luggage storage for my big backpack and suitcase. A wee lockbox in the capsule itself for smaller more important items. Great bathroom facilities, I was quite happy, included face cleanser and lotion, hair dryer. Great location, right next to a train station, bus stop and of course Fuji Q! The capsule itself I found to be very spacious and comfortable, and the common area was nice too.

They only had one washing machine/dryer but that wasn’t a huge issue

Perfect place to those wanting to go to Fuji Q Highland or get the train to Lake Kawaguchi to view Mt.Fuji. No shoes inside but there are plenty of shoe lockers at the front door. I really liked the lock safe within the capsule, you can make your own code and put away some of your valuables (fits passport/wallet/phone quite nicely). A big communal area where you can eat/drink or research your next moves around Mt.Fuji area. I recommend getting some supermarket food and cheap drinks from the near by supermarket. Or there are a few restaurants near by if you want to splurge a bit. Washing up area for the men's bathroom had nice face cleansing dispensers which I used each day.

Luggage lockers are a tad smaller than expected, although there is a oversized lugge space in the back corner. I asked for their free wire lock to secure my suitcase but it was already broken. Snoring from other guests, ear plugs are available but the sound still resonates through the cabins.
