The location is awesome. I can't fault it. The rooms are snug, yet there is plenty of room for two people with 2x luggage and day bags, etc. At one stage, we had all four us in there, and it wasn't that bad. The windows ope, which is great, the breakfast go packs are delicious.

The washing machines there are only 2, and the dryer option is not good even with multiple sessions (lightweight sunmer clothing). If you use the washing machines - be a decent citizen - set a timer to return. One machine was locked for and excessive amount of time past it's cycle and any customers were unhappy and left us washing at 1am.

The Nest Hotel was a convenient hotel located close to the train station, restaurants, shopping and important attractions. We were travelling with others and it was an easy place to meet up. The Nest Hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating. They let our friends leave their luggage with us until they could check in at their hotel and they watched our luggage while we shopped on our last day in Hiroshima. The laundry was convenient and breakfast was nicely packaged in take away bags. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing of note is it was compact but most hotels like this in Japan are smaller than North Americans are used to. Aside from that it was a modern, chic hotel with a welcoming lobby and friendly and helpful staff.

Incredible value for the nightly rate! Enormous bathroom, spacious bedroom, cozy pajamas, and very friendly, helpful staff. Just a short walk from the Peace Park, with tram and bus stops on the same block. A short tram ride from Hiroshima Station. Perfectly located to explore the shopping and nightlife. Definitely will return!

We had looked forward to miso soup and rice for breakfast, but instead there were small paper bags with a slice of bread, a mini-muffin, and another small baked good. Please offer a traditional Japanese breakfast! Having access to an ice machine would be helpful, too.

- perfect location in the center of Hiroshima, on a main road, so easy to catch bus or tram - walking distance to shopping as well as castle, atomic bomb museum and parks - comfy bed, pillows and duvet - if they do not clean your room, they will provide towels in a bag on the doorknob - free coffee and breakfast provided in the morning

- general cleanliness of the room and hallway was worse than other Nest Hotels I have stayed at: there were drip markings on one of the walls (resembling coffee or coke spills), there was dust piled up on the curtain railings, the carpet in the room wasn't the cleanest and the carpet in the hallway was plain disgusting with stains everywhere

The location is great, just a few blocks from shopping and touristic areas.

The room was clean, but the common areas such as circulations and elevators could improve.

The room although very small was comfortable and very clean , not hard to get there on tram and to all tourist places.

Little expensive for what you get

The hotel is located perfectly for exploring Hiroshima by foot (e.g. Peace Memorial Park and Hiroshima Peace Museum 20 minutes by foot). The staff was very friendly and stored our luggage on arrival because there was still time til check-in. The service was great - there was even a small breakfast with coffee, tea and pastry in the morning! We booked the smallest room which was very, very small but comfortable (although if you have big luggage it could be a little bit too small, so maybe consider an upgrade). Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Nice location, in-between Hiroshima station and numerous restaurants. Can also walk a few kilometers to the Memorial Museum. Can let your luggages with the staff if you arrive before the check-in time. The staff was nice, and breakfast (bread and coffee) was available in the morning. We did not know it was a service included in the overall price. Appliances such as hairbrush and q-tip were available on the ground floor between the elevators.

N/A, maybe except the size of the room if you plan bringing several luggages.

The Nest hotel has a great location, very close to everything a tourist wants to visit. Also a perfect connection to the train station. Check-in was easy, the hotel staff was nice. There is also some complimentary pastry and coffee every morning. (Pastry is ok and I would not recommend the coffee to specialty coffee lovers, but not complaining as it was free :D).

Acoustic treatment is not great. We could very well hear every sneeze from our neigbour. The room is a little bit too small. For a short stay it's OK.

Rooms were small but clean & neat. Location was near to night spot street and an upscale departmental store plus bus & tram stops, however not within walking distances to the main tourist attractions of the Atomic Bomb Tower nor the Peace Park. Breakfast area was very small, but was rather sufficient for the crowd at this time of the year which is not a peak holiday season.

Toiletries could have been put into rooms based on number of guests o be expected rather than put at common areas on the Ground Floor (only) for guests to take as they go up to their rooms.
