Really spacious room for Japan, with its own hallway, separate toilet and both shower and bathtub. In the bedroom, we even had a small sofa. The hotel felt luxurious and was aesthetically pleasing. Very tasty breakfasts with many options to choose from. Good location - walk distance to all main attractions.

For such a big hotel, there were only two washing machines and two dryers which could be used only after retrieving keys from the reception. The staff was using translators to communicate with us, but they understood us well.

Great location, 7-11 connected to hotel, very safe, walkable area with lots of shops & restaurants. Hotel has a fantastic buffet breakfast with varied choices of fresh food. Staff are attentive to ensuring dishes and beverages are constantly being refilled. There is a coin laundry which is quick and affordable. Room is large by Japanese standards, very clean. I like how the coffee/tea service in the room includes ceramic cups, rather than paper cups. Wash basin is separate from toilet & bath which is great. Free coffee bar on 2nd floor is wonderful. There's even a lounge area with a large table where you can gather with friends and family. Fresh and bottled water are left each morning.

I liked everything about this hotel

Hotel Vista is in a great location in Hiroshima. 3 stops on the bus from the train station or board the streetcar to Hatchobori. The no.2 or 6 would also take you directly to the A-bomb dome and museum. Walking it would take about 20 minutes, which we did through the shopping street. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also great. Free amenities are available at the reception to use, and there's free coffee after 8 am. The staff were welcoming and helpful too.

We had planned to stay 2 nights, but unfortunately, we had to leave Hiroshima a day earlier due to Typhoon Ampil. The JR shinkansen suspended train travel towards Tokyo on Friday, and we decided to change our train tickets to leave on Thursday and return to Tokyo in order to make our flight back home on Saturday morning. We asked the hotel for a refund for the one night we didn't use, but it was declined.

Almost everything. Hotel is quite new- everything was done with good quality, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast - fresh, tasty with big choice (Japanese style and European style). Coffee available the whole day. Very good location- 15 minutes to the station and 15 minutes to Memory Area. Shop (7-eleven) as a part of the building. If you need trams - on the same street. Many places to eat available within several minutes'walk .

Only one thing- uncomfortable to unpack. Too small place to hang things.

Amazing location in the center of Osaka, only a few minutes from Dotonbori and its humming neighbourhood by foot. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and had a TV on which we were able to charge Netflix which is a big plus for foreign travellers who do not understand japanese TV. We did not really use the kitchen but it was well equipped and it was amazing to have a table and some extra space. The balcony is also a big plus ! The beds were extremely comfortable too, allowing for a good nights sleep. It was great to be able to do self check-in.

I don‘t remember anything particular that I did not like. It was great to be able to store luggage in the lobby before check-in even if it was unsurveilled. However, it would be more convenient if there were a reception with a person being present on site for information and to look after the luggage.

The room was modern and clean. Typical to japan accommodation but slightly bigger then what you would get in Tokyo but a lot better in price. We enjoyed the shared space in the lobby. We were only 5 minute walk from the main road the street cart runs down so it wasn't bad getting to and from our hotel from Hiroshima station. Also enjoyed having a 7/11 under the hotel. It was also a few minutes away from the main strip.

Everything was as expected and or exceeded our expetation.

Everything is super clean, although we used the Eco plan, so they clean the bathroom and change sheets every third day, but they change towels and take out garbage every day. It was very nice to get a bottle of water per person every day, also in the lobby you can have tea/coffee any time in a comfortable relaxing room. The breakfast was exceptional, with a lot of both Japanese and western food choices. Tiny but tasty deserts and every day a special chef dish: French toasts, omelet, okonomiyaki and so on. We stayed 5 days and the breakfast was never boring. Location is very good, very close to streets with lots of shops and restaurants and a short walking distance to main places like Hiroshima Peace Memorial and Hiroshima castle. It is easy to get from the train station, although it takes about 25 minutes lazily walking with suitcases. The room is very interesting, it is quite rare to have separate toilet and a bathroom in a hotel room, also a separate sink in the room itself. The room size is not Japanese, there was a small table and an armchair in a room, the sliding door separates the room from the entrance with toilet and bath rooms. Comfortable bed, hard enough with several pillows of different softness. Internet was good, no problem doing team meetings and video calls. The staff is very friendly and helpful at the reception and during the breakfast.

Location - great walking area, lots of shops. 7-11 connected to hotel, close to street car stops. Room was large for Japanese standards, clean, quiet, bed was so comfortable and it had 4 pillows. The toilet was separate in it's own area with a door. There is a sliding door separating the entry, shower room and toilet from the sleeping area. The basin was in the room which is different but I really liked it. Made it convenient and more sanitary than having it close to the toilet. Hot water pot was super fast. Staff pleasant, spoke English. Short taxi ride from Hiroshima train station. They held our luggage and when we returned they had already been delivered to our room. The toiletry products are high quality. There is a guest lounge area where you can hang out by the coffee bar.

The shower takes a bit of getting used to, drains on the main floor or you can position the sprayer to face the tub.

Excellent location close to trams and well stocked 'Yours' supermarket. The walk from the main railway station is a flat 25 minutes. About 20 minutes flat walk to the Peace Park. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. Room moderately spacious (for Japan), very clean and bright. Even had a small fridge. Room was very quiet overnight - with the window closed. Bed on the firm side.

Pillows way too hard for our taste.

Short ride on the street car from the station the hotel is well situated to explore the city. . Checking in was simple and staff helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable with good ac (which was essential as the temperature was in the 30s). Despite it being busy it was very quiet and peaceful. Also liked the discreet and entrance/exit into the 7/11 on the ground floor - handy for popping down to pick up supplies.

All OK really. There are no safes in the rooms but we were able to leave valuables at reception for safe keeping at no extra charge.
