Breakfast selection was limited but the croissants were amazing. Great that we could do our laundry with ease - there were three wash machines and three dryers located within the hotel. Pleasant and friendly hotel staff. I like how the hotel encourages guests to avoid using hotel tooth brushes, and they reward guests who return unopened toothbrushes to the reception in exchange for a small treat.

Rooms are small, but I guess that’s the norm for Japan.

Super clean amenities and you can even chose your pillows. Breakfast exceed our expectations and you can even take a bento takeaway. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The male spectacled manager refused to let us park in front of the hotel and asked us to park further awar for no reason even though we had a wheelchair. Room was abit small as expected for the price.

The hotel included a really nice onsen with convenient hours. The hotel offered great amenities, such as bottled water, and supplies for the onsen. The room itself was very private, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

I was in a smoking room and I am not a smoker. The smell of the room stuck to my clothing for a few days after. If you're not a smoker, grab a non-smoking room!

Pleasantly surprised. Helpful and friendly staff, room and bathroom were very clean, onsen was ambient and also very clean, breakfast was buffet style and fine. Location was fine, no complaints. Overall very satisfied.

Only complaint is that the pillow was very hard and unusable for me.

Breakfast was good! The sweets were delicious! I think the “choose your own pillow/ amenities “ service was uniquely considerate and thoughtful.

The lady in the dining area greeting and sending off diners in the kitchen with her disturbingly loud voice in the duration of the entire breakfast time. Some people would prefer a quite breakfast to be able to enjoy the food.

Small room - the bed is boxed in between three walls. There is a seating area though, which is nice.

A very decent breakfast even closer to 9 am. Everything is nice. You can pick a pillow for your taste at the reception which is very important 😉

I did not like that instead of the blanket case there was just another bedsheet, I find it uncomfortable

We really liked the Onsen. Everything seemed new and very clean. Very friendly staff. A lot of parking spots available was another highlight for us.

When we entered the 6th floor, it strongly smelled like cigarette smoke even though we had asked for a nonsmoking room.

Breakfast was great, hot bath was delightful. It’s a very popular hotel for businessman. They have varieties of pillow to choose from, varying in hardness. There’s plenty of carpark space too!

Room is a bit small, with bunker bed. Still comfortable nonetheless.

Very clean hotel. Small but very nice and relaxing hot-spring. The breakfast was excellent for the price.

The rooms and bathrooms could be too small for some people. But it was fine for us.
