My staying was really short as I have been in this structure for one night only and left early in the morning, but the stuff was really lovely and friendly, the best I ever meet in Japan. The area is quiet.

- I had to sleep with earplugs because I was hearing every noices coming from the building: people opening and closing doors, and a very annoying beep repeating every few minutes for the whole night. - In the room there wasn't much space to open a big suitcase. - I had some issue with the door of my room. Every time I opened was beepping like an alarm, and than stop when I close it. I didn't had time to ask if that was a normal procedure.

Nice Central Location, being only a block away from Oasis 21, and with it, Sakae station. Bed was really comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful, even letting me store my bags until check-in time. The facility feels new and is impeccably clean. And the AC units in the rooms work amazingly well (which I normally wouldn't mention, but the day I visited was rainy and incredibly humid, so coming back to a cool room was like an early birthday present).

The Room is a bit cramped, and the bed being in the middle with only about a two feet gap to get around it to the bathroom is a bit annoying. But, it's Japan. The rooms being compact comes with the territory.

The location was perfect for us, we wanted to be close to the middle of Nagoya, and this was super nice for that. And really nice view from the room. The service and reception was very good, clear communication and help. - got help with ordering a taxi it was very quick - stored our luggage for a couple of hours, very easy service

The breakfast selection was nice, with many different types of bread. But, not any Japanese or cereal types. Plus, had to eat it in the room or take it to go, felt a little weird.

The hotel seems to be very new, everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is a few minutes away from Sakae Station which allows quick access to pretty much anywhere in Nagoya. The design of the rooms is not the typical Japanese business hotel style, it is cleverly integrating the bathroom into the entrance area eliminating dead space. The room is also much bigger, comparable to hotel rooms in Europe. Usual business hotel rooms aren’t even really big enough to walk around in. The bed and the pillows were super soft which I really liked. Other hotels I have stayed in had very hard beds. Lastly the staff at the hotel was able to communicate with me in English which is not always a given thing in Japan. Good job guys 👍🏻

There is nothing I didn’t like at the hotel, everything was very nice and I will be staying there again. The only thing I could ever complain about is that our room had a horrible Peltier-based mini fridge. Why build such a nice hotel and then cheap out on the minifridge? I does have no compressor noise but it doesn’t cool like a real compressor-based fridge would and it produces a huge amount of heat. Placing such a Peltier fridge in a cabinet reduces the efficiency further too and it leads to the fridge producing even more heat.

clean, friendly receptionist and great location, near to town and bus terminal and subway to Nagoya station. Very near to Oasis 21, just 50m walk from the hotel. there are lots of food & convenience store in Oasis 21 & bus terminal to town and Chubu airport self check in / check out machine without hassle and easy to use microwave is available in the ground floor, we can use to heat up our take away food from the convenience store good toiletries amenities (hair brush, razor, tooth brush & paste, facial cotton) provided at the counter - self collect

the double bed is a bit small. Though that is still comfortable

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were nice, great cleaning. Breakfast is great, it is provided in the ground floor, but you eat it in your roon. There is a desk for work, which we also use for eating our breakfast. You need to sit side by side, squeeze a bit, but it was OK. We would certainly stay here again.

The size of the room was OK, but if you have a lot of luggage, you might find it difficult to store it in the room.

Accessibility from Sakae station: there's underground passage from station to hotel. From Sakae station, follow the direction to Oasis 21, then 7-11@Oasis 21, then continue to the tunnel that leads to a building with NHK and exit at the ground level. The hotel will be right in front of you opposite the road.

Large luggage is challenging in the room. But considered big for hotel at this price range.

The location is superb, just a 1 minute walk from Mirai Tower and Oasis 21. So it's nice to explore Sakae area in the night since the hotel is nearby. Also, the hotel looks modern and new. The staff allowed us to have our luggage kept until we could check in.

While our room looks really nice, the only downside is the akward layout of the room--you must first pass through the bathroom before getting to the bedroom. I didn't like stepping on the bathroom tiles with our dirty shoes.

I booked the room after a very last minute decision to travel to Nagoya for a few days. It was an excellent choice. The hotel is in a fantastic location and the room was lovely. You're provided with everything you could need for a stay; even sleepwear. We didn't partake in the breakfast but it looked like a lovely spread.

There was a constant drone in the room. Maybe from some sort of ventilation and there may be a way to turn it off, I'm not entirely sure. You do get used to it and the noise just fades into the background but if you're a very light sleeper it might be a problem I guess.

The location was great for my itinerary and it was a very clean hotel, especially the bathroom. All the staff at the front desk were really nice and it was a quiet building so could sleep easily! And despite the small room which was expected, the room layout was great and utilised the space very well.

Nothing really! If you want their breakfast, the area downstairs is very small so you'd be best to take it to your room which I could imagine being somewhat inconvenient.
