The location is very good. Near the subway and have escalator at exit 24. Not far from Dotonburi. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room is quite small. I have reserved 2 rooms but the rooms wasn't adjacent.

Amazing location, and was shocked by how spacious the rooms were, especially for a hotel so close to the shopping areas. The room was comfortable, had everything that you need and most importantly, clean, and ample of room to open 2 or more large suitcases, something that we had trouble with with other hotels in Japan. Check-in was a breeze, no fuss with the automated counters and staff were ready to assist if needed. There was a onsen which my husband used and enjoyed (only 3 people allowed at a time which you could monitor at the entrance of the bath). Overall excellent hotel that I will choose to stay again if I am ever back in Osaka.

Excellent location! One block away from Dotonbori but in a quiet area. Very near subway stations. 711 in the corner is a big plus. Having the option to leave the bags in a secure place is great especially if you arrive before check in. Very clean rooms and friendly staff (if you see them).

Lobby was under renovation so it was a bit cramped. Self check in took a while but there’s an option to call for assistance so it wasn’t so bad. Very near subway stations but most of them DON’T have elevators which is difficult when you have luggage. The nearest one with an elevator is on the corner of Lawsons (M24 I think) - the elevator is inside the building though but is most helpful especially if you have several luggage since you need to go down to basement level 1. After that the entire subway seems to be all connected underground so you can just walk it.

The view from the 15th floor is amazing!!! We spent an hour up there sipping a drink from the vending machine and watching the city light up. The onsen on the top level was also incredible, being our last night on Japan and having not tried it, I really enjoyed the experience. So relaxing, and very hot water. It's quite small, so I was grateful to have it to myself. Rooms were a decent size, with nice pajamas. Staff at check in were very friendly. Location is good, a short walk to dontonburi and quite close to the train station.

Excellent location with walking distance to Dotonburi. It is literally 30 seconds to the entrance of Namba subway. Automated, easy check in and out. The room is made daily including new towels everyday. The rooftop public bath is easily accessible and is nice to have after a long day. We would book this hotel again.

Like other hotels in Japan, space is premium. We couldn't open both suitcase at the same time. Not much room in the vanity. The in-room bench seat is narrow and not made for relaxed sitting. These are compromise for the excellent location.

The location is good. There is a 7-11 store next to the hotel. The onsen is clean and operating hours till 12am is fantastic. Room is clean and brand new.

The check-in is automated so there is no human touch. Also, if there is any clarifications or request for laundry or luggage delivery services - it will not be readily available to us.

Exceptional location - convenient from Namba Station and Nankai JR Line from Kansai International Airport (KIX) - but far enough from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori Bridge tourist area. Both Yostsubashi and Midosuji Lines to Umeda are within walking distance. We preferred Yotsubashi, which is a little further to get to, as it was far less crowded. Within walking distance to the west is the more orderly and trendy area of Orange Street while to the east is Dotonbori Bridge. South-east is the Takashimaya and Namba Walk area, which leads to Kuromon Markets further east. Walk a little bit further southeast is Shinsekai - worthwhile glimpse of the past and cheap eateries. The baggage “lockers” (steel wire with 4-digit combination lock) located on the right after you enter is easy to use but can get quite busy. We left our luggages prior to check-in to explore. Staff were extremely helpful and polite - just ring the bell if unattended as there is no counter, they are in the room behind the electronic check-in booths. Any issues we had were quickly resolved with a smile. Room was spacious for Japanese standards. Toilet and shower was also spacious. A highlight was the modern toilet and shower equipment. Note that there was no bath in the rooms, there is a public bath (accessible by room key) on level 15; separate baths for males and females. The rooms were impeccably cleaned each day (clean towels and public bath robes) upon request - just stick the magnet on the front door each morning. Sleep was made more comfortable by the blackout roller blinds. Will definitely come back to stay at Fourz Kintetsu Osaka-Namba!

Sound-proofing. It is located in the outskirts of the tourist area with major roads and an overpass nearby, so it can be quite loud particularly on weekends. After staying at a hotel above the main station in Kyoto where it was absolute silence, this would not be suitable for light sleepers. Wi-Fi is very patchy. Many times the internet connection would drop out and it would take a while to reconnect. Thankfully we had data from our mobile phones.

The location was by far the best thing about this hotel. Located in the Namba district it was located 5 minutes away from major clubs and nightlife making it an excellent choice for some travelers ready to club! The self check in experience was very quick and made it easy to check in/out at any time of the day.

There really wasn’t anything to dislike about my stay here especially because of the price J paid for the hotel was extremely reasonable. I would just be aware that there is no dedicated front desk person to give you recommendations here, so you are all on your own in that aspect.

Newly renovated and clean room, the toilet was the best one out of the toilets we had in our 2 weeks trip in Japan. The hotel is in the middle of Namba, so close to conbinis and main nightlife spots / shopping area and Dotonbori.

Our room had a weird layout, it was quite skinny so was a bit awkward to walk around it and not much space for the luggages, but I think the latter is a common issue in accomodations in Japan.

Location was great, just a short walk from Dotonbori and Osaka-Namba station. Room was comfortable and not as cramped as other hotels we've stayed at in Japan. Staff was very helpful during check-in and let us store our luggage before and after our stay. It's also a few steps away from a vending machine that sells melon soda (my favorite)!
