Efficient check in system. Reached earlier n staff help to check in n offered to put luggage in the room so it's hassle free, we go to Nara right away, came back just check in to our room. it's so relives and relaxing stays. Good spread of buffet breakfast There is both Japanese n western choices. - Egg counter - Soba, yakisoba, bacons, sausages, etc - Fruits shake - Pancakes - Good choice of cereal - Tempura - Curry rice - Pizza - Cream puff - Coffee and variety of tea n juices machines Room is clean & replenish everyday There's laundry area Lawson is just right downstairs but need hotel key to enter/exit. Walking distance to USJ & Airport Bus Stop - U can just get on the airport bus at the USJ Parking area (first come first serve, no advance booking, payment by cash or IC card)

Maybe Hotel can provide a stop for airport limousine bus so we don't need to push our bags so far. Imagine if it's summer or is so cold below 10 degree to walk .. Change of menus of breakfast buffet please. stayed 4 nights, though I get to try all but wish to see new items too.

The location is the best if you are going to Universal Studio. We purchased 1.5 days ticket, and you can also upgrade your 1 days ticket at the hotel reception. Due to early arrival time at USJ in the next day morning, I didn't take breakfast at the hotel, but there's a convenience store right downstairs. Room is large and clean, and the bathroom has a nice bath to use after a tiring day at the USJ. The hotel also provided lots of kids amenities such as pyjamas, slippers and toothbrush, and my daughter also had a great time there. Definitely would stay here again if I come back to USJ!

While the rooms were small (as to be expected throughout Japan), they were well appointed and comfortable for our family of 4. The hotel is very thoughtful about family use, as even the 4 cups in the bathroom were different colors so that you could keep track of your own! We had a quad room, so 4 single beds. Lighting makes it possible to have reading lights on for some but off for others, so the kids could sleep while the parents were reading. The breakfast was great! The kids loved all of the options that combined western and Japanese foods. We were well-fortified before our day at USJ! The Lawson downstairs was one of the best-stocked we encountered. Though there wasn't a great dinner option in the hotel itself, there were a LOT of take-out options easily obtained at the Universal City Walk nearby (we were simply too tired after the day at USJ to want to eat out after). Very short walk from the train. If we did this trip again, we would have researched the option/timing to take the airport limo bus from nearby the hotel to Kansai international. The Osaka trains were very confusing to get to KIX and we ended up missing our flight!

The front office staff who checked us in was very polite, yet friendly. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. He also offered us an upgrade at an impossible to take advantage of rate so we did and totally, NO REGRETS! it was more than double the space with a separated shower, tub and toilet area, best quality and amenities galore! they only had the room prepped for 2 so they brought up the additional amenities, in 4 shopping bags filled with towels, bathrobes, creams, skincare, slippers...basically everything you can imagine!! They even allowed us to store our bags the whole day while we were at universal studios at no cost!

We wish we could have stayed longer and just enjoyed the luxury of the room but only planned for one night for our visit to Universal Studios the day of check out.

When I looked at this hotel on Google maps, I thought it would be MUCH further away from Universal Studios Japan, but it is literally RIGHT across the street. The train station is also right in front of USJ, so location is superb! The "downtown" area in front of USJ is filled with both Japanese and American shops restaurants and attractions and is open to the public, so a great and close place when not at USJ. We LOVED the hotel's included breakfast, especially the fresh cream puffs! The staff was kind, helpful, and all spoke English!

We loved everything about this hotel. Especially the proximity to USJ It was clean and very well located. Wifi worked great! Bathroom was fabulous. The bottled water they offer (free of charge) was fabulous after a hot day at the park.

My son got off on the wrong floor one day and didn’t have his key card. It was almost impossible for him to access any floor without it. He couldn’t even get on our floor. My daughter had to rescue him. It was funny but a bit inconvenient. It would have been great if a hotel this size had a pool.

Just 4 minutes away from Universal Studios, this is probably the only reason why I would come to this hotel. You are almost immersed in the park, you can hear people scream when riding the roller-coasters! The room was good, they had free toiletries in the evening, and free micro Coca-Colas in the morning!

A bit expensive for what you get. You pay a hefty price for the convenience to being almost inside Universal - if it hadn't been a special occasion, I would have chosen something a bit further away for less money.

The hotel's proximity, just a 5-minute walk from USS Osaka, is convenient for visitors. Additionally, having a Lawson store downstairs is convenient for any immediate needs. The spacious family room with four individual single beds accommodates each family member comfortably.

Finding the location by car can be challenging due to the complexity of the route, particularly when using Google Maps. The presence of another hotel named Universal Port adds to the confusion. Additionally, the parking fee is relatively expensive, costing around 3,000 Yen per day.

The layout of the room and size but we LOVE the most especially was the toilet. The shower and toilet were in different spaces and the set up and toiletries were complete and excellent quality. I normally cannot use hotel shampoo and conditioners but Hotel Port Vita has such lovely shampoo and conditioner. I wish the hotel sold their shampoo and conditioners for their guests to buy and bring home ! My room faces USJ park directly and it was such a delight to see the happy faces going to and leaving the theme park.

We stayed in a 3 beds room and the room is bigger than usual in Japan. I particularly like the design of the bathroom, which is separated from the toilet and washing basin. There are many storage spaces too. I can see the little details they put in the room, which are kids friendly, like a step stool in the bathroom, a chair close to the door for kids to sit on while putting on shoes and a small night torch. A convinence store is located downstairs connecting to the hotel which is very handy. Generally highly recommended to family with young children to stay here.

Not being the closest to USJ and the shops, but still easy walking distance even with young kids. Laundry facilities can be very busy during peak travel seasons.
