It is very near a train station (although you will need a few changes to get into city proper), walking distance to the Aquarium, there is a free ferry operated by City of Osaka that gets you over to Universal Studio city, if you choose to train it to USJ, it is less than 30min. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The person in charge (Mr Kan) is friendly despite not knowing much english.

Couldn’t control the heater

The location is perfect if you’re planning to go to USJ and Zepp. There are restaurants and shops nearby. It’s also close the the train station. The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff was awesome! Very friendly. Explained everything properly, gave information on how to ride the ferry and where to get taxis. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable enough. I like that the AC is not centralised, so I was able to adjust it to the temperature I like. I’ll definitely go back. Thank you!

The staff is amazing and super friendly, explaining everything to us. The rooms were comfortable for the four of us. Theres bar and some food that you can order as well from the owner. The location is close to many attractions too. Highly recommend 👍🏻

The shower is on the ground floor unfortunately so you need your climb down the stairs if you want to take a shower. Not much of a problem though

GREAT value for money. Close to everything, especially the main tourism attractions. Very clean, simple, safe, quiet. Owner is so nice, gave us so many pieces of advice, which I would not have found in any regular guidebooks.

It was an amazing experience . The owner was very nice since the beginning and he helped us with everything. The amenities were clean, organized and well presented. Also we appreciated that they provided soup, shampoo and borrowed towels for free. The owner was always smiling and receiving us with a warm greeting. Definitely I will come back to this hostel and I won't hesitate in recommending it to everybody.

I like everything

If you plan to go to Universal Studios and/or the Area around Osakako for the Kaiyukan Aquarium it is certainly a great place to spend a few nights in, if you don't mind small bedrooms and shared bathrooms. The Hotel is run by only one man who was very friendly

We checked in pretty late past 9pm so we didn't get to experience much but the staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming. Common areas were clean and kept tidy for what we saw. Location was great just a few minutes from the station and with a nice local sushi restaurant opened until 11 just around the corner.

It was to be expected but rooms are not very soundproof. It wasn't a problem though since it is required to keep quiet on the rooms floor and it was indeed calm during night time.

Really nice stay if you want to visit the USJ! The owner is super super nice and friendly, he gave us a really good feeling! Its the easiest way to go fast to the USJ since you just have to take the ferry (for free) for two Minutes and then just take the metro for one station. The owner told us everything we Need to Know. the rooms have a good size and everything you need. He also provides a very expensive and high quality hair dryer and hair iron! ^^ Thank you so much!

Look no further - this is the absolute best place to stay for anyone who is visiting USJ. The location is convenient. Only took me about 30 minutes to get to the park. Finding the JR ferry was super simple. Staff is super friendly and helpful. This will for sure be the place I stay anytime I visit USJ!

Nice people/owner, great location in vicinity to the aquarium; and universal studios are easily reachable by a short ferry ride. The guest house has everything needed: Shared fridge and showers etc. there is an elevator for luggage but not for persons (so people with special needs should know but for us the luggage elevator was sufficient). A grocery store is very close for breakfast. Was a nice stay, would go it again.
