Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, great English. The best shampoo and conditioner! Tons of floor space to open suitcases and hangers for jackets. Very quiet, couldn't here next rooms or outside noise.

Beds were quite firm but blanket and pillow were good. Toilet too close to wall, knees against wall to sit and I'm only 173cm. Bathtub too small. Bit of a walk to get to train stations.

The hotel is within walking distance of the saikaisuji hommachi station so reaching public transport is convenient. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating of requests you may have. There are convenience stores nearby too. The hotel rooms were very comfortable. The price for the room was also very good compared to other hotels in area, so that's a big a plus.

A small point that's not really a dislike, on previous trips the hotels I have stayed at always had room cleaning in the morning for this hotel you have to request room cleaning a day in advance. To be honest I think this also fine since you can request what time the cleaners come to clean your room when you are not in. The bathroom was a bit small compared to other hotels but then again hotel bathrooms in Japan are generally not spacious.

The room is comfortable with everything you need. It’s close to the metro and to lots of places to eat. I arrived much later than planned, and the hotel reached out to me to confirm. They also offered to combine my two bookings so I didn’t have to check out and check back in again. The staff at front desk was very helpful, and waited to help me check in after 10pm, despite not really speaking much English. The AI translator worked well.

The air conditioning (for heating) was a little bit uneven through out the room. Underneath the ac it was too hot but elsewhere was still a bit cold.

It is a very reasonable hotel considering its location and what it offers to its guests. If you are going to use the room for resting, the room is large enough. It is designed more comfortably than most chain hotels. There is everything you need such as private bathroom, refrigerator, kettle, tea/coffee, air conditioning, air purifier, television, a window that opens, hair dryer, towels, slippers, pajamas, toothbrush + paste, hair clips.. Moreover, they keep your luggage after check-in and check-out on the same day. The staff is friendly and polite, just like everywhere else in Japan.

At 3 a.m. the hotel's automatic emergency alarm was activated. We woke up in a daze and couldn't understand anything because the alarm was in one language. The staff's lack of English is not a big deal, but at least a hotel's emergency alarm must be in English too. And also, in such a situation, an explanation in English could have been written for the guests and slipped under the room door. It would make those who would continue their stay feel more comfortable.

The hotel was in a nice spot, not too far from the different subway lines, the shops, and it was also near a laundry place. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was cozy at a good price.

The room is cozy, but very very small. For a solo traveller like me, it wasn't really a problem, although I did have issues finding space to open my suitcase. As well, the hotel does not do luggage forwarding. This wasn't a huge issue for me, but if you are wanting a hotel that does that service, you may want to look elsewhere. In the end, you pay for what you get!

The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, the lobby was super quaint and I actually really loved the room. They gave me a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room since they had the availability and though it the room was still small, I actually felt that it was really cozy and it fit my needs, which is all I could ask for. The amenities were sufficient and everything was available as needed. It was also walking distance to two train stations and was easy to get around. Yes it is a bit of a walk with big luggage but I had no issues with accessibility. The hotel also seemed updated, new and modern!

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was as I expected or better.

- either it's very new OR the management is doing a great job in maintaining the place spic and span. - about 15mins walk to the famous Dotonbori street. For it's price, highly recommended - nice, chique, little boutique hotel. Perfect for our taste. - coin laundry is 5mins away. Another perfection - definitely will come back with rhe kids

- 10 mins walk to the nearest station. Not complaining much but there are more hotels with nearer distance from the stations. - located in the prime business area, so those hoping to experience a Japanese neighbourhood will be a tad disappointed. As parents of 4 kids, we get excited and in awe whenever we see little kids walking to school all by themselves like what we saw back in tokyo. - although the room comes with a window, we didn't get much natural sunlight as we were about 5 feet away from the building next door. But this adds to the quirkiness of staying in Japan, so we dont mind it that much.

While the room was quite small, it is a) indicated during booking and b) is expected in Japan, and it had everything we needed. The hotel looks very nice and new, and it's located about 10 minutes on foot from the metro and 30 minutes of walk from Dotonbori area. You can get as many amenities as you need from the station downstairs (shampoo, conditioner, face cleansers and masks, tea, fresh towels, etc.). It was overall a nice stay.

- Without AC blasting on 25 C and more, the room was quite cold (we were visiting the end of March). - Some staff speak English while some don't, probably depends on a shift. - It wasn't a big deal for us, but the room isn't cleaned unless you specifically ask a day before.

Good location. It's between two stations with a bit of a walk to each one. Thankfully, the ground is level and there's not much traffic to dodge. Close to Dotonbori which is a must see. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lady that checked us in spoke fantastic English and even offered an upgrade for a reasonable fee as our original room was very small and we were going to stay for 4 nights. Complimentary tea and coffee included in the rooms. Very very close to convenience stores. Also a lot of small local restaurants. Very nice outdoor seating area which is a good waiting area when there aren't any smokers around. Nice and clean. Great visit. Would definitely book again.

No complaints.

Very nice small hotel amongst the smaller inner streets of an Osaka grid. Not too noisy, and pretty close to metro stations. Hotel itself aint one of the massive ones, a modest ~10 rooms per floor, and during my stay wasn't too crowded. Convenience stores and vending machines are plenty nearby too

Not the fastest elevator ever, considering i was on the 10th (top) floor it did take a while at times to get up n down. The window in the room was also a clouded one, which meant i couldn't see much outside (not that there was a lot to see, considering it's within those small streets)
