Fantastic location 2 mins walk either side of hotel to different subway lines. We stayed in the top floor apartment with a balcony a rare find in Tokyo. The room size was fantastic, so big had two double beds and a sofa bed with seating area too, very clean great amenities. Had a Don Quito opposite the hotel which was a great bonus so didn’t have to carry those heavy bags far. Had 7/11 and family marts literally outside loads of place to eat and shop all within walking distance. Great location for a group highly recommended.

Bathroom water supply played throughout the stay don’t know if it was weak water pressure wasn’t a major problem but at the same time was inconvenient

Staff were polite and approachable which makes it easy to communicate considering the language barrier with tourists in Japan. Location is convenient, it is near from different train station especially the skyliner station. The room is clean everyday if you request for regular clean up. Excellent bathroom and AC cooling. Comfortable stay during the whole duration of the trip.

Room is quite cramped for 3 people which makes it difficult for arranging luggage, to think that tourist will often buy tax-free goods from stores. No cabinet for clothes, again making it hard given the limited space of the room. Bit expensive comparing to others in average. What I dislike is that many pubs were in the area making it troublesome for individuals who like to travel alone. Although no violence happened during my stay except some shouting from drunk people

The location is nice and convenience. It's near Keisei-Ueno station so you can just take a Skyliner straight from Narita Airport and reach the hotel within minutes of walk. It's also easy to travel via Tokyo Metro because you can also walk to Ueno-Okachimachi or Ueno-Hirokoji from the hotel. Many restaurants and shops are around in the Ueno area. Compared to the price I paid this convenience was pretty worth it. The hotel has good wi-fi. I also got a room on the same floor with the vending machine so if you're thirsty or just need to get rid of the coins you can just walk down the hall and buy some drinks. It also has comfy lobby if you need to take a break before checking-in or need to chill after checking-out and leave for airport. The staff were helpful. The casual room for 1 person I booked is nice and comfortable to stay, but it is a bit smaller than my expectation. There's no much room to do anything except for laying down a luggage and unpacking your stuff, but if you're travelling alone with few personal belongings or you're just looking for a room with a bed and a bathroom to stay over the nights, I think it's acceptable compared to the price.

The room is clean and cozy, but the interior decor is somewhat outdated, and the lighting is slightly insufficient.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, making it very convenient for transportation and shopping. However, at night, the presence of solicitors from certain businesses on the street can be a bit disturbing.

The hotel was rather quiet (normal big city noice etc.) and clean. It was close to a metro station entry so it was easy to move anywhere. For the cheap price it was extremely good hotel. Of course Ueno has it's night time scene so it might not be the most suitable hotel for families with small children. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful.

It fitted our entire family of 7 into one apartment albeit very small but had outdoor patio with hot tub. Price very reasonable. In a great area for restaurants, museums, Ueno Park and trains. Front reception very helpful

Great location, within walking distance to many train stations, cafes, restaurants, Ueno Park and Zoo. Our room on the 9th floor of the Annex (across the lane from the main building) had great street views, a super comfortable bed, everything we needed and was super clean. Sadly the restaurant and bar in the main building lobby, were closed. Hopefully it will reopen again soon, but it wasn't really a problem for us, as there are so many eating options in the area near the hotel.

Loved everything about this hotel!

Loved the location, loved having family mart just outside the door! The bed was very comfortable, the pillows not so much. The shower was excellent, great water pressure.

We got a lot of quick food from convenience store out front, I missed having a table or tray inside the room to eat at instead of on the bed.

Good location . A little walk from Ueno station or Okachimachi station or Ameyoko. Old and regular room size but worth for budget.

Very helpful. We appreciated they stored our luggages for free for week while we made a trip to Hokkaidō.

Bigger than most Tokyo hotel. Bed is comfortable. Amenities are well provided. We left our luggage at station locker and spend a night here. Very good location.

Hotel is near all pubs, clubs and night spot. We stayed during Friday night so it was very rowdy. Alot of shouting at night, pple were lying on the road drunk and ambulances passed by very frequent the noise cancellation wasn't very well so we can hear everything. And we are staying at the 9th floor
