We liked the location, quiet, residential and away from the toutisty crowds. The rooms are comparably big to the average hotel room size in the middle of THR tokyo tourist spot. We had a nice view on the tokyo sky tree which was a privilege! 5mns walk to the Sensoji temple so you can imagine how central this facility is located, yet quiet in a residential area. We used the kitchen a lot which was phenomenal to prepare meals. It was also the main reason why we have chosen this facility. Furthermore, we also loved the general interior taste! Well done!

There are two things to mention which are recommended to change. Rooms can be dusty so that the room cleaning team should also clean under the mattresses. Pls have a closer look. Furthermore, newer frying pans should be provided as the frying pans can not really be used as they look old and dirty. Pls change. For those who love personal hospitality maybe not the best option for this hotel, however, we loved it very much as we love independancy.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Spacious for Tokyo and good value for money. The room had a balcony which was a great addition giving it a more spacious feel. The room was very cozy and modern. The hotel had an apartment feel with it being very private, the 7 nights we stayed we barely had any other run ins with other guests. The location was great about a 4 minute walk to the temple, amazing at night when there is nobody else there and is lit up. Plenty of restaurants around and a 7/11 close. I highly recommend staying here if you wanna stay in Asakusa.

The location is ideal in a quiet and conveniently near mass transit, The facility has a shared kitchen with most of the appliances like a stove-top and gadgets like pots and pans which gives us lots of options to use. In our travel, we only use the refrigerator and microwave. The facility also has a washer and dryer and if you have lots of laundry, there is a laundromat a block away.

There is no negativity that I can identify with this place. As an English speaker, the facility has a faceless check-in. I am glad I had my adult children with me who are techno-savvy. We booked two rooms at different check-in times, and I am glad they gave me verbal instructions on the steps what to do and scan the QR code to check out.

The location is very close to Senso-Ji Shrine, the Sumida river and the Tokyo Skytree. I recommend going for a run along the river in the evening hours. ;) Within 40-60min you can get to a lot of famous places in Tokyo. We did Akihabara, Ikebukuro, Shibuya, Ueno etc. The shared kitchen space and the laundry shop around the corner worked out better for me than anticipated.

We booked the room for 3 people and it got pretty cramped. There is a small balcony, but it clearly isn't meant for usage, except maybe luggage storage to get a bit more space in the room. There is no bathtub, but the shower was pleasantly large on the inside. The blankets were far too warm. These could have been used in the freezing depth of winter.😅

The hotel is a little bit hidden away, but we found it with the help of our taxi driver. It is about a 10 minute walk from the Metro station, but it was raining hard when we arrived. We were lucky, someone was at reception to greet us, normally all is done remotely (via a screen with a Skype contact at reception). We first needed to connect to the internet. The room was tiny, but I guess that was to be expected in Tokyo. The area was very quiet during our stay. There is a communal kitchen on the ground floor, with everything one would need. We found the contactless system a bit impersonal, but I guess that is just our personal preference. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout time. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We had our Shinkhansen tickets sent to the hotel and they ended up in the postbox, which seems to never be checked. Everyone was searching for our tickets, we went to the post office for nothing, and eventually noticed the letter in the postbox. They said we should have informed them to expect the ticktes.

Hotel comfortable, close to the historic part of the city, very safe area, vending machines and 7-eleven next door, you can (for a fee) leave your luggage, the metro is a piece - about 15 minutes, OK for me.

The electronic check-in system, contrary to appearances, not so convenient (first you do it online, scan your passport etc, then at the hotel you connect via WhatsApp on an installed tablet with the staff, then you get a code for the room. Simple in theory, but the online check-in hung up, at the hotel you had to re-enter most of the information anyway, the connection with the reception was not seamless, so I do not rate this system positively. Complicated system of access to the kitchen. The rooms are not cleaned but also there is not very much where to throw the rubbish (in this respect there is discrepant information in the different intructions). This becomes problematic after a few days.

Everything. Two minute walk from the gorgeous Senso-ji temple and the market around it, but still being so quiet. Ten minutes to Asakusa station. Just 10/10 location, and not on a main road so surpisingly quiet. Beds were comfortable and having two types of pillows, one thin and one thick per bed was a small detail that made all the difference to having a good night sleep. Clean and well laid out room and public spaces, even had free umbrellas to borrow for the rainy days at the front door. Just a great space in a great place, all around great.

Check in could be a bit smoother, as the process is quite awkward and can be difficult to hear at times.

Bigger and more modern looking than business hotels. Room even has a veranda which allows sunlight and fresh air to get in. I like that the bathroom facilities - shower, toilet, sink are separated. Very near sensoji temple so you can visit a tourist spot anytime.

It takes around 12 mins to get to the nearest station which is in the ginza line - not a major train line. There's no one in the lobby or reception which means you have to wait for the host to reply to your message every time you have a question that takes a few hours usually. There's no luggage storage option too because lobby is really small. I hope they put some hooks in the shower area where to hang clothes and towel.

This was a quiet little hotel tucked away near Asakusa and a convenient walk to the station (not too far away.) The space is small but the extra (third) bed with underbed storage was fabulous. The shower room was great and the aircon worked quickly. The beds were fantastically comfortable and had outlets/reading lights conveniently located.

Our fridge was not working while we were there so it was hard to store milk in our room for coffee. This wasn't a huge issue as there was a very nicely appointed kitchen downstairs but for early morning coffee it was a bit inconvenient.

By far the best accommodation we had out of the 4 different places during our stay in Tokyo! So cozy I didn’t want to leave. The room is perfect size compared to the small space we had at others. The convenience of being able to get new towels when we needed and throw out rubbish as well whenever. Definitely coming back to stay, my first time in Japan and this stay was memorable!

Asakusa is a very nice area. Just a little far out for some of the activities we wanted to do. Would have loved some towel hooks to hang wet towels but wasn’t a big problem after finding out we were able to put our used towels downstairs in the laundry room and get some new ones for the day.
