The location is conveniently situated near public transportation and a mall where you can shop and eat.

Unfortunately the staff is not so approachable and friendly.

Everything was very clean, the gym was very good! All technogym equipped! The location was 3 minutes walking from my office. The room was spacious.

I think the only thing I didn’t like was the sink to be outisde the bathroom which was sometimes a bit inconvenient and there was no full length mirror for women/men that would love to check their outfit before leaving their room. Besides that the lightning was a bit bad if you want to do your makeup

The rooms are amazing and mostly the view. They are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing and accomdating. The location is also perfect for attending the Messe just across the street. There is also a shopping ,all right next to it where you can find everything you need.

I don't give it a 10, it's because it's missing a full size mirror in the room. Most people coming in this hotel, travel for business and must look professional. Not being able to see what we are wearing fully is quite a minus and it could be so easily resolved. The room are big enough to add mirrors somwehere. The breakfast is great I feel it's missing a bit of options compared to other hotels of this standard.

We only stayed for one night since we had to go to the airport the next day, the room was comfortable and clean. The skybar was quite nice, especially the view. As hotelguests we did not need a reservation and you can skip the line. We did not try the breakfast.

Very intimate bathroom.. It has a shared sliding door so you can only close the shower OR the toilet and since it is only a partition, you will hear everything on the other side.. Just something to be aware of is that the hotelfloors are on the bottom (I think it was about the first to 12th floor) and then there is the sky bar.

The nhow hotel in Frankfurt offers an interesting experience with its artwork and theme centered around the concept of money. The design elements are creative and align with Frankfurt’s reputation as a financial hub. The overall atmosphere is contemporary, and the staff were generally friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the impressive technology, from the futuristic elevator to the robot delivering room service, which made the stay feel modern and unique. Additionally, its location just two minutes away from Messe Frankfurt exhibition center is incredibly convenient, and the breakfast spread was decent, offering a good start to the day.

However, there were a few downsides to my stay. The air conditioner touch screen panel in my room wasn’t working, which was frustrating when trying to adjust the temperature. The absence of a bell desk for luggage assistance was inconvenient, especially after a long journey. Another strange design choice was the sink being located in the living room area instead of the bathroom, which felt awkward. These issues detracted from what was otherwise a good experience at the hotel.

This was my first visit to the hotel and I was impressed by the design, cleanliness and attention to detail. I was there on a business trip to visit the Achema exhibition so proximity to the Messe was important to us. On entering the hotel you notice the theme of money is everywhere from the numbers on the room doors to the wallpaper and quirky comments on the notepad paper and do not disturb door signs. The rooms are large with full length windows and high ceilings which make it very light and airy. Breakfast was good with a great selection and an omelette station cooked while you wait. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to visit the gym or dine in the hotel on an evening so can’t comment however we did visit the rooftop bar in the 47th floor which was excellent. I would definitely return on a business trip or even privately for a short break to Frankfurt.

Nothing other than the service wasn’t great in the rooftop bar later on during the evening when it gets busy with non hotel guests.

The staff provided a spectacular experience from booking to arrival, exceeding my expectations. We received attentive service, including a complimentary dog bed and bowl for my dog. If you live in Germany, you know customer service can often be lacking, but everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful. They played with my dog and gave excellent advice on places to visit. Frank at the front desk, who checked us out, was particularly amazing, addressing all my questions and parking needs. We reserved a room with premium views, and while the view was great, the room decor was the best part. The decor is amazing and eclectic, with vibrant colors. Every time I woke up and opened my eyes, it felt like I was sleeping under one of Michelangelo’s paintings; it was incredible to just lay in bed and look at the ceiling. The NFT Skybar lounge, located on the 47th floor of the ONE Tower in Frankfurt, offers a spectacular 360-degree panoramic view of the skyline, 185 meters above the business, trade fair, and European district. It's a highly recommended spot for drinks, especially during sunset. The setting is very romantic. Breakfast was great and offered a large variety to help you start your day. In the morning, breakfast is served in the Kantine. Parking was next to the hotel, easy to find, and extremely clean. Some of the automated doors didn’t work, but it was manageable. You can get from the parking lot to the hotel without getting wet or going outside if you need to.

While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a few areas for improvement. The restaurant was closed for dinner, and the NFT Skybar lounge was not serving food due to a kitchen issue that day. Consequently, we had to dine at the bar next to the front desk. Despite being a bar, the staff went above and beyond to serve us as if we were in the restaurant, all while managing the influx of guests.

Great hotel with lovely rooms and lots of nice 'nhow' touches that this hotel group has made a big effort to provide. My room was a good size the bathroom was great and all the extra facilities tea / coffee, coffee maker and kettle were top level appliances. The roof top bar is exceptional but a little expensive even at city prices, but still 100% worth a visit. The breakfast was good and the choice was plentiful.

Prices in the roof top bar could be a little more reasonable, but other than that nothing could be improved on in my opinion as this hotel and its staff are excellent.
