View perfect, bed comfortable clean and well located.

The balconies are closed for renovation. This was only mentioned upon check in. Part of the choice of this hotel was to be able to sit out on balcony and enjoy the ocean. Still it was a very good stay.

It was great, I really enjoyed our vacation. The room was very big, we had a corner room so we had a perfect view of the pool and the beach! It honestly looked like an apartment. It has a living room area with a television and beautiful ocean views. The bedroom also has amazing ocean views. I’m very picky when it comes to hotels and the bathrooms, they can often times be hit or miss. I was very pleased to see that the bathtub, sink, and toilet were super clean. This hotel is perfect for a getaway with your significant other or your family. The beach doesn’t get packed at all, besides my daughter and husband there were probably around 5-6 other couples on the beach. I definitely want to come back here next year. Hopefully the balconies will be opened back up because that’s the only thing that was disappointing about my trip. I would’ve loved to open up the balcony at night and watch the ocean. Other than that, the stay was perfect. Customer service was also exceptional. Everyone was very kind and respectful. Definitely a gem of a hotel.

Room was very poor compared to the price paid, all balconies have been closed due to them being condemned by local authority but we were made aware of that upon booking, some sockets in the room literally came out of the wall when unplugging anything, toilet seat was broken and no safe in the room which we thought was very strange and did ask at reception if they had one but was told they couldn’t find one, overall great location but expensive for the quality of the suite we had.

The location is perfect. Right in the beach and everything near it. Coffee, breakfast places, restaurants and even Walmart. All in almost a walking distance. View was wonderful and sounds of waves put us to sleep. Rooms were huge and comfortable. Services were great too. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. Also, all elevators worked perfectly. Beach was never super busy.

Liked the location. The beach access was excellent. The staff was very helpful and let us check in a bit early - it was off-season. There was a problem with our door lock, but maintenance promptly addressed it. Having a balcony door to be able to listen to the ocean was awesome! I misunderstood thinking breakfast was included - it was not. Overall very nice hotel.

Would have been nice to have a cosmetic mirror. They forgot to replace the shower curtain when they cleaned the room prior to our arrival. Had to call down to have one brought up.

Perfect location right on the beach. Spacious rooms, with refrigerator and coffee maker. Good sized pool, not heated though. Close to shops and restaurants. I recommend Texas Roadhouse!

Too bad the balconies were closed off, hope they will fix it. Air condition very noisy, but working. The whole property is a bit dated, unfortunately. But I would stay there again if I'm in the area.

Brain was very attentive helped with any questions. The view is great hopefully they will open the balconies back up. If they do we will definitely be back. It's nice there is food and a bar you can order from near the pool. Plus you can pay for breakfast on site. They do have coffee in your rooms. You can walk to the beach straight from the hotel back exit. The beds were comfortable to me.

Room room excellent, best of all beach front hotels. Private patio, bedroom and living suit face beach. Beach clean, wide, and hotel offers lounge chairs and umbrellas for rent with towels.

Hotel offered better services before the pandemic. No more microwaves in room. No service after 6 pm. Give you sheet with local restaurants to choose from or takeout from. Furniture could use updating. Phones don't work in many rooms do to wiring issues, had to go stairs to front desk to get answers or help.

The hotel staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. They were able to accommodate our request of an upper floor, which we loved. And, for a small fee, they were able to give a later than usual checkout since my ceremony was in the early evening and I wouldn't have had a place to change.

The balconies were all under construction so we were unable to access our balcony. Other than that, we were pleased.

Room size is excellent. Good breakfast. location good. The staff is top notch. A special shout out to Brian and Joshua at the front desk. Brian was especially welcoming.

Really did not like that the balcony was not usable. The bathroom needs updating and a grab bar for us older guests. The dogs barking constantly below our room was annoying.
