I loved the style of the property inside - very cool with the great swimming pool in the middle but my husband didn't like this as it made the hotel feel quite damp he said. (I didn't agree and loved the pool.) There was no breakfast available the days we were there. The room was spacious and had a nice sofa and shower. Basic tea and coffee facilities only. Nice big smart TV. There was a back door from the spill over car park which was handy.

The outside of the hotel was a bit of a disappointment with a pretty grubby car park. The room felt slightly under cleaned (carpet, sofa) though the bed linen was very clean.

The wifi couldn’t connect to the tv and we couldn’t play Netflix at night It’s also struggled to stay connected for more than 5 minutes on our phones and iPad It’s sounds silly - but travelling with 2 kids and the down time for them is a film on at bed time to wind down while us parents tidy up and sort for the next day. It’s hard to keep telling them it doesn’t work Pool was a little cold for evening time in spring

We were upgraded to a room with a microwave and cooktop which were both used during our 3 night stay. We were gifted a room that looked out to the ocean and marina which also allowed us to enjoy the fresh breezes throughout the stay. We definitely will be back again.

Not sure that there was anything we didn't like apart from the bathroom not having a fan to use. Understanding the age of the premises may not permit this, it just leaves the bathroom very humid (or slightly smelly) after use.

The studio room was large and well equipped kitchenette Bed and bedding was great

The noise early morning of buffet setting up Very loud when they were setting up cutlery and crockery around 6am We were on the 3rd floor it was about 6am and was really loud The very strong chlorine smell from the pool took my breath away Should install better extraction fans as the entire motel was affected by the smell I feel the bond was excessive 4 and 5 star motels eg The Crown casino don't even charge that

The room was very basic but functional and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Bathroom was surprisingly not old and tacky. We opted for the bigger room and it was well worth the extra $20 or something like that. The hotel is close to the harbour and retaurants. The busstop is approx 100m from the entrance door to the hotel. Staff was really friendly and welcoming on arrival.

Don't have anything bad to say about the hotel and our stay. I did not expect too much and we did not want for antyhing. There was even an extra blanket that came in handy for me.

Basic but very clean and well maintained rooms and facilities. Indoor swimming pool excellent. Well situated to walk easily to a lot of external facilities and the promenade.

Got badly bitten by mosquitoes on the first night as the window was left slightly open. Traffic noise was also noticeable until I closed this window.. beds are a bit firm ! BE AWARE this hotel operates on a cashless basis. Only bank and credit cards are acceptable. Wifi can be a bit challenging ! Have you ever tried to fill in a login password in a white box with slightly whiter microscopic letters ?. Bit like the hitchhikers " black light lighting up black on a black background". Somebody really needs to sort this out.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and welcomed me like an old friend. They were helpful and assisted WITH EVERY DETAIL. They explained everything and I didn't have to worry about anything. It's a beautiful hotel, an old charming girl. I love all the facilities in one place, everything is clean, and the pool and spa is " to die for" at the end of a working day...no wonder you see repeat business for FIFOs, tradees, business, holiday 😀 peoples, travellers from all over. Its a great place. Worth a great welcome stay. GO FOR IT!!

People who yelled and shouted. But this was dealt with by the night manager, and staff on duty swiftly, as its in the rules folks!! And people who go to the downstairs loo all wet? Try drying yourself off? It's in the rules people...it was disgusting navigating puddles to do my business...but this was swiftly dealt with...its the people and morons who make it stupid, not the staff. They will deal with you quickly, and will not tolerate disruption for the sake of other peoples comfort and peace and enjoyability. Take a hint!!

I just can't get over how clean the room was!!! I've stayed at a lot of places for work/relaxation & the cleanliness at The Atrium Mandurah was by far the cleanest place ever like I actually went looking for dust or just something and could not fault any part of the room. The cleanliness alone makes it feel relaxing and cool. Great air-conditioning system. The whole loft was cool, even up stairs. Comfortable clean decent bed, bedding and towels and the proximity of everything is wonderful right in the heart of Mandurah. Will be back again for sure.

The smell of chlorine on the immediate entrance of the hotel foyer. One guy at the administration desk seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of people checking in at once in the afternoon and seemed to not be too interested in speaking to people or some people. He seemed kind to some people but others, rather blunt.

Staying at the Atrium was an overnight stay before I headed back home. The reception staff were friendly and have excellent communication skills, although I was a bit early, I was allocated a room straight away and was given information about the Hotel. Reception area was welcoming and immaculate. Easy lift to room after emptying car. Bedroom and bathroom crisp and clean - beautiful fluffy white towels! Basic coffee and tea facilities in room. Loved the inside balconies, overlooking a pristine pool, festooned with live plants draping down the sides contrasted with the blue carpet and white walls. Unfortunately time did not permit me to go to the bar nor to the restaurant, so cannot comment.

Then Dante on Reception saw our dilemma and re settled us in an apartment with Kitchenette and all the facilities to make our stay one of the most enjoyable in our 20 years of visiting the Atrium. A big Shout out to Dante Thank you.
