The location right next to the metro station provided a great opportunity to get out and enjoy Barcelona without renting a car or walking a long way for public transportation. The morning hot breakfast provided a great start for the day. The staff was always pleasant and willing to help. We had a room with a king sized bed.

The automatic coffee machine downstairs in the lobby stopped working every night at 1800. There was no microwave in the room. The pillows were too soft for my neck.

breakfast is not sufficient, quality of blankets is not very good. the window can’t isolate the noise outside, therefore it just like sleep on the street.

Good location, very close to Port (if embarking on a cruise like we were), just next to a metro station, with supermarkets and restaurants in the area, and a straightforward walk to the Arenas shopping. Nice breakfast too and very helpful staff.

The shower was not the easiest to work out (water heating as well as bath vs shower option). Besides, Booking offered us an "upgrade" for extra 9€ for a room with "city view", which I realised there that just meant that the room was facing the main street (2nd floor), so it was very noisy at night - I wouldn't stay in the same room again. If I needed to stay there for more than 1 night, I would have asked to change rooms.

I have never stayed in a hotel with such great staff! We were traveling with our baby and they showed a lot of kindness, support and flexibility in all our requests. Sara was one of the receptionists in the evenings and had always a great smile to welcome us back, playing with the baby and was super kind in preparing a little surprise for the baby’s monthly-birthday. Anagyros from the restaurant staff was always welcoming us super well every morning, always attentive to the details and proactive in helping. We had a quick interaction with Carlos from the reception, who also was super kind and tried to help us as much as he could. Other than that, the hotel also has great breakfast, the room is comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Barcelona!

Just minor stuff not worth to mention.

Great location close to a metro station and within easy walking distance of the port, where there is a great choice of restaurants and bars. All staff encountered were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was well laid out and well maintained.

Our room was at the front of the hotel, and even though we were on the 8th floor we were disturbed every night by shouting and sirens from the street below, often between 4 and 6 am. There was no plug provided for the bath, which might have been a water-saving measure but it would be nice to know. Finally, it was a shame there was no bar facility in the hotel in the evening. Apparently the rooftop bar was closed due to the season, which was understandable, but with no other facility available this forced us to leave the hotel if we wanted a drink.

The hotel itself is excellent. The staff is very polite. There is a roof terrace with an amazing view! Our room was clean and the staff cleaned it every day. The room was in middle size. The light in the bathroom was pretty bright, so girls can do makeup perfectly =) The location is close to the historic center and sea!

A small minus for us was that the window overlooked the inner closed courtyard. But, on the other hand, the street is quite noisy, a lot of tourists, so perhaps even for the better, because in the room you could not hear cars and tourists. But the sound insulation between the rooms and the corridor is quite weak.

Super kind staff, rooftop pool and view is amazing! We were in standard room which was exactly as shown on the photos. Breakfast was 10/10 with lot of options. Metro station is just in front of the hotel with good connections anywhere. Street is full of shop, restaurants, bars etc and close to centre. You can ignore negative reviews from random people about sitting shoulder to shoulder with other guests as it is not true!!! And also, staff is kind, and always willing to help all of your needs! + make sure to attend free sangria and cocktail classes that hotel is offering as it is a great experience too! We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a great breakfast option with great selection of dishes and for the good price. The room was big and comfortable with air conditioning and nice bed sheets.

The room was with the street view and because of very thin windows system it was very difficult to sleep because of the feeling you literally lay down on the street. Considering long night life in the city, during whole night you can hear people and various works (like loading cars etc.) outside. It's better to take windows to yard perhaps. The shower had extremely weak water flow....

The doormen that greet you are super friendly and helpful. They help you with your bags and they provide a degree of security as they stand at the door and are mindful of comings and goings. Having come from a number of places where I struggled with heavy luggage, I REALLY appreciated how they leapt to help me. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable; and quiet. The location is excellent- right next to Metro.

The food and service in The Wolf Tavern at dinner time. The breakfast is quite good so I thought dinner would be too- but I was wrong. Terrible steak and dreadful nachos. Not enough options for vegetarians. Staff were completely unhelpful. Expensive canteen food.
