My husband and I were really happy with the location, service, price, breakfast and the room. It was small, but could tell by pictures and description. Overall it was a great deal and staff was available and very helpful and friendly. The location was only about 4 blocks from Victoria Coach and Train stations, so we were able to walk over after taking bus from airport, and back. We loved the village close by with the great pubs and restaurants, so ate there as often as possible during our 5 night stay. The neighborhood was clean and safe. We will return when we come back to London. Great price! They even stored our luggage the day we were leaving, after check out and until we were ready to go to the station for the airport.

Being on the 3rd floor and at the back of the building it was very peaceful. I had a good night's sleep for an early start for work. Shower was a small wet room but plenty of hot water and fluffy white towels. Price was extremely reasonable so no real complaints.

The remote for the television was useless, batteries held on with old sellotape so didn't work. Was annoying but for 1 night sleep didn't really watch tv.

The room was small but perfectly formed. Plenty of space to move around. I liked that there were 2 doors between the corridor and the bedroom (small wardrobe storage in a mini hallway). The bathroom was a wet room. Very quiet and fantastic location near Victoria

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, although our room was very close to where the facilities were in the corridor, some rooms were quite a way away from it.

The staff were so happy and very kind. When first git to the hotel it was after 10pmat night I was checked in offered a choice of rooms plus helped me and my daughter to room with luggage and showed how to work the card. The room was clean, there was clean bedding and towels, and the toilet was clean. Was also advised that there was a complimentary breakfast cereal tea coffee and toast just enough for a diabetic like me. Asked to check out at 12 on the sat, and that wasn't a problem

Only thing say was room was small but everything else was OK 👍

The boys at the reception were so kind, lovely and smiling, always ready to solve your eventual problems and special requests. The room was clean and all the spaces were good organised. The bed was comfortable. The location is very very interesting because it is situated in a calm and beautiful street even in the night. The underground station is very near to the hotel and the bus station too, Just a few minutes of walk in that lovely street.

The bed and the pillows were comfortable, but too small (the bed). The room is small too, but it’s okay for a few days journey and if you are alone or max 2 people. The breakfast was not continental and not too good, but there were the necessary for a “normal” breakfast, we can say. The price is a little bit high in relation with the structure shape, but I suppose that these are the prices you can find in whole London

Most importantly I booked it as it was close to the coach station and also bus distance to where I wanted to visit. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The room is on the ground floor with window toward the road, a lil noisy, from the street. Room is adequate for a solo traveller.

We were in room 12. I wasn't expecting much, as I had read through the other bad reviews. I can't comment on any other rooms, but for room 12 we got what we paid for. The bathroom was a walk in shower room with toilet and sink. It was modern and clean, and good quality. The room although on the small side had everything we needed. Double bed, bed side tables, space to hang clothes, and a TV. May have been old fashioned, but it was clean and comfortable. I would say homely. Tea and coffee facilities were on the floor below, but it was never a problem. The location was perfect, and fairly quiet too, near to Victoria Coach and Train Stations. Would we stay here again, for the price we paid definitely yes 🙂

Nothing wrong at all for us. We didn't have any breakfast. We were told it was continental, but we planned to eat elsewhere anyway. Anything we asked the host for was provided, so there is nothing to fault them for.

It was pretty close to all the tourist attractions. The room seemed cozy and clean. We had enough space for two people. We also had access to hot water to make tea which was a bonus. After reading the reviews we were worried but the hotel was more than we expected. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful.

The water was everywhere after taking a shower, but it wasn’t a really big problem. It dried pretty quickly. We didn’t eat breakfast because there wasn’t much to choose from.

Our experience was quite nice. The rooms were neat and clean, the window was easy to open and the room was equipped with towels, clean bedsheets, pegs, a mirror, heater, TV, and hairdryer! It was more than we expected. The bathroom was also small but really nice, with hot water always and mirror. Breakfast was included and we did not know. Also the check in was quite late and they showed no problem with it.

It smells quite bad at the reception. Like sweat and no shower kind of bad. The breakfast is not regularly loaded so they run out of something and it won't be filled. Also only four tables... some people had to wait. Finally, no shampoo or gel in the bedroom.

Staff was so nice and helpful. The young man that worked that saturday morning 13-1, we dont know your name, but thank you so much for all your help. The location is perfect! Rooms are very small, but warm and perfect for just a weekend when you are mostly outside anyway.

Bed was really hard. A lobby would have been nice.
